A constant-temperature safe and efficient heating system comprises a combustion chamber, a heat dissipation main body communicated with the combustion chamber, a burner assembly, a smoke exhaust pipe, a constant-temperature valve assembly, an igniter, an ignition needle, a thermocouple and a main control board, wherein a primary air inlet hole is formed in a bottom plate of the combustion chamber; a deflector hole is arranged on the rear wall plate of the heat dissipation main body; the self-resetting type temperature controller comprises a main radiator, a self-resetting type temperature controller and a temperature sensing control head, wherein a front wall plate of the main radiator is provided with a flow guiding external interface, a bottom plate of the main radiator is provided with an air inlet hole, a flow guiding plate at the lower end of the main radiator is matched with the air inlet hole, and a top plate is provided with a smoke discharging hole; the auxiliary radiator is provided with the rear part of the radiating main body, the radiating main body is communicated with the auxiliary radiator, and the self-resetting temperature controller is arranged on the guide plate; the smoke exhaust pipe is connected with the smoke exhaust hole, and the self-resetting temperature controller and the temperature sensing control head are connected with the main control board. The auxiliary radiator is arranged, flame continues to burn in the auxiliary radiator, so that the combustion is sufficient, the exhaust emission is reduced, and the energy efficiency is improved.

Background
At present, the gas heating system is suitable for being used in areas with severe cold weather. The air conditioner has the characteristics of large heating space, high combustion power and quick temperature rise, and can independently heat and intensively heat. The energy efficiency of burning is high, the emission is low, compared with traditional electric heating and coal-fired heating, it possesses more advantage in energy saving and emission reduction. Most of the existing gas heating systems are characterized in that tail gas is directly discharged indoors, so that potential safety hazards exist to a certain extent; the heating system is not provided with a thermostatic valve, so that the requirement of saving energy is not met.

The invention is realized in the following way: a constant-temperature safe and efficient heating system comprises a combustion chamber, a heat dissipation main body communicated with the combustion chamber, a burner assembly, a smoke exhaust pipe, a constant-temperature valve assembly, an igniter, an ignition needle, a thermocouple and a main control board, wherein a primary air inlet hole is formed in a bottom plate of the combustion chamber; the special feature is that: the rear wall plate of the radiating main body is provided with a diversion hole, and an interface is arranged on the diversion hole;
also comprises an auxiliary radiator, a self-resetting temperature controller and a temperature sensing control head,
the front wall plate of the auxiliary radiator is provided with a diversion outer interface, the bottom plate of the auxiliary radiator is provided with an air inlet hole, the diversion plate at the lower end of the auxiliary radiator is matched with the air inlet hole, and the top plate is provided with a smoke exhaust hole;
the auxiliary radiator is provided with the rear part of the radiating main body, the interface of the diversion hole is inserted into the diversion outer interface, the radiating main body is communicated with the auxiliary radiator, and the self-resetting temperature controller is arranged on the diversion plate; the smoke exhaust pipe is connected with the smoke exhaust hole, and the self-resetting temperature controller and the temperature sensing control head are connected with the main control board.

As shown in fig. 1, the constant-temperature safe and efficient heating system comprises a combustion chamber 1, a heat dissipation main body 2 communicated with the combustion chamber, a burner assembly 3 arranged in the combustion chamber, a smoke exhaust pipe 8, a constant-temperature valve assembly 4, an igniter 5, an ignition needle 6, a thermocouple 7 and a main control board. The rear wall plate of the radiating main body 2 is provided with a diversion hole, and the diversion hole is provided with an interface 21; a primary air inlet hole 1A is arranged on the bottom plate of the combustion chamber 1;
also comprises a secondary radiator 9, a self-resetting temperature controller 10 and a temperature sensing control head 11,
the front wall plate of the auxiliary radiator 9 is provided with a diversion outer interface 91, the bottom plate of the auxiliary radiator 9 is provided with an air inlet 92, the diversion plate 93 at the lower end of the auxiliary radiator 9 is matched with the air inlet 92, and the top plate is provided with a smoke exhaust hole;
the auxiliary radiator 9 is provided with the rear part of the radiating body 2, the interface 21 of the diversion hole is inserted into the diversion outer interface 91, the radiating body 2 is communicated with the auxiliary radiator 9, and the self-resetting temperature controller 10 is arranged on the diversion plate 93; the smoke exhaust pipe 8 is connected with a smoke exhaust hole, and the self-resetting temperature controller 10 and the temperature sensing control head 11 are connected with the main control board.
The self-resetting temperature controller 10 automatically cuts off the thermocouple to close the electromagnetic valve when the temperature of the temperature controller is suddenly increased due to the backflow of hot gas under the condition that the smoke exhaust pipe 8 is partially or completely blocked and exceeds a set range, so that the whole gas control system is automatically closed, and the safety protection function is realized.
The temperature sensing probe 11 transmits temperature information to the main control board, and the thermostatic valve assembly is adjusted according to the set gear temperature and the indoor temperature condition detected by the temperature sensing probe, so that the effects of constant temperature and energy conservation are achieved.
The front wall plate of the heat dissipation main body 2 is provided with a protrusion 2A protruding from the outer surface to the inner surface, and the rear wall plate of the auxiliary heat dissipation body 9 is provided with a protrusion 9A protruding from the outer surface to the inner surface.
Further comprising a choke piece 12, wherein the choke piece 12 comprises a cylinder part 121 with a lower opening and an exhaust hole 122 arranged on a top plate of the cylinder part;
the choke piece 12 is arranged in the lower end of the smoke exhaust pipe 8, and the cylinder body 121 is fixedly connected with the smoke exhaust pipe 8. The flow blocking piece is arranged, so that the outflow speed of hot gas is effectively slowed down, and most of heat is absorbed by the combustion chamber main body and auxiliary heat dissipation, so that the heat efficiency and the energy efficiency are improved to a great extent.

A constant-temperature safe and efficient heating system comprises a combustion chamber, a heat dissipation main body communicated with the combustion chamber, a burner assembly, a smoke exhaust pipe, a constant-temperature valve assembly, an igniter, an ignition needle, a thermocouple and a main control board, wherein a primary air inlet hole is formed in a bottom plate of the combustion chamber; the method is characterized in that: the rear wall plate of the radiating main body is provided with a diversion hole, and an interface is arranged on the diversion hole;
also comprises an auxiliary radiator, a self-resetting temperature controller and a temperature sensing control head,
the front wall plate of the auxiliary radiator is provided with a diversion outer interface, the bottom plate of the auxiliary radiator is provided with an air inlet hole, the diversion plate at the lower end of the auxiliary radiator is matched with the air inlet hole, and the top plate is provided with a smoke exhaust hole;
the auxiliary radiator is provided with the rear part of the radiating main body, the interface of the diversion hole is inserted into the diversion outer interface, the radiating main body is communicated with the auxiliary radiator, and the self-resetting temperature controller is arranged on the diversion plate; the smoke exhaust pipe is connected with the smoke exhaust hole, and the self-resetting temperature controller and the temperature sensing control head are connected with the main control board.
