背景技术
无缝针织的概念创始于20世纪80年代。在1984年意大利胜歌公司申请了无缝内衣针织机的专项权利,至此无缝技术开始应用于内衣领域,1988年意大利圣东尼公司通过不断先进技术的开发与研究,无缝内衣产品开始大批量的推入市场了。
随着无缝技术的进步,织造和制造水平的提升,同时基于市场对女性服饰的要求,无缝概念开始从单一的内衣类别扩展到女装其他系列,如裤子,连衣裙,上衣等。
现有技术中无缝衣在制作的时候会需要用到胶条,但是现有技术中的胶条大多应用于工业,不适合用在这个领域。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,其特征在于:由以下原料构成:苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、交联剂、炭黑、氧化锌、硬脂酸、碳酸钙、水杨酸、促进剂。
进一步地,取炭黑原料在直径大至1.5 m的平坦的燃烧铁盘上燃烧,含有炭黑的燃烧气体由内铺有砖块的排气罩收集,然后通过弯管和通火管到达沉积,收集沉积的炭黑,进一步过滤,得到原料中的炭黑。
进一步地,将电解法制得的锌锭加热至600~700℃熔融后,置于耐高温坩埚内,使之1250~1300℃高温下熔融气化,导入热空气进行氧化,生成的氧化锌经冷却、旋风分离,将细粒子用布袋捕集,即制得原料中的氧化锌。
进一步地,在水解锅中加入棉籽油硬化油、水解剂硬脂酸甲酚磺酸和硬脂酸萘磺酸,通入蒸汽至油层透明后,加水,继续加热至沸,常压下反应7.5h,澄清0.5h,分离下层甘油水,此后再加水解剂,通入蒸汽加热到油层透明后,加水反应,当混合酸价达190mgKOH/g以上时,澄清0.5h,分离甘油水后,加盐、水进行水洗,再用盐、水进行二次水洗涤,第一步洗涤后澄清0.5h,第二步洗涤后澄清2h,分尽下层酸水后,取上层混合脂肪酸备用,将混合脂肪酸加入蒸馏釜,进行减压分馏,釜温250-255℃,塔温210-220℃,顶温200-210℃,塔顶余压0.53-0.93kpa,进料、出料和排料达平衡后,转入连续操作,进料100%,出料40%,徘料60%,徘料用于制造三级硬脂酸,出料经分析碘值达2mgl/100g以下后,将硬脂酸和硫酸依次投入酸洗锅,煮沸洗涤,割尽酸脚后,取硬脂酸投入脱色锅加热到190℃,并先后加入化学纯碱及干燥白土,然后在105℃的环境下,减压搅拌下脱色45min,经压滤、浇盘成型,即得原料中的硬脂酸。
进一步地,将石灰石原料煅烧生成石灰和二氧化碳,再加水消化石灰生成石灰乳,然后再通入二氧化碳,碳化石灰乳生成碳酸钙沉淀,最后经脱水、干燥和粉碎而制得原料中的碳酸钙。

在水解锅中加入棉籽油硬化油、水解剂硬脂酸甲酚磺酸和硬脂酸萘磺酸,通入蒸汽至油层透明后,加水,继续加热至沸,常压下反应7.5h,澄清0.5h,分离下层甘油水,此后再加水解剂,通入蒸汽加热到油层透明后,加水反应,当混合酸价达190mgKOH/g以上时,澄清0.5h,分离甘油水后,加盐、水进行水洗,再用盐、水进行二次水洗涤,第一步洗涤后澄清0.5h,第二步洗涤后澄清2h,分尽下层酸水后,取上层混合脂肪酸备用,将混合脂肪酸加入蒸馏釜,进行减压分馏,釜温250-255℃,塔温210-220℃,顶温200-210℃,塔顶余压0.53-0.93kpa,进料、出料和排料达平衡后,转入连续操作,进料100%,出料40%,徘料60%,徘料用于制造三级硬脂酸,出料经分析碘值达2mgl/100g以下后,将硬脂酸和硫酸依次投入酸洗锅,煮沸洗涤,割尽酸脚后,取硬脂酸投入脱色锅加热到190℃,并先后加入化学纯碱及干燥白土,然后在105℃的环境下,减压搅拌下脱色45min,经压滤、浇盘成型,即得原料中的硬脂酸。
将石灰石原料煅烧生成石灰和二氧化碳,再加水消化石灰生成石灰乳,然后再通入二氧化碳,碳化石灰乳生成碳酸钙沉淀,最后经脱水、干燥和粉碎而制得原料中的碳酸钙。
作为本发明的一个实施例:本发明的一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,最终制成的胶条,一面没有粘性作为表层,一面有粘性作为里层,里层附不粘纸,用时裁剪好长度,撕掉不粘纸,直接贴在无缝衣的超声波熔接接缝处,对熔接部位进行补强,里层与无缝衣能快速紧密粘结、耐水洗、日晒而不会脱落,与衣物成为一体,且薄柔软而舒适,穿着时感受不到胶条存在。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (5)
1.一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,其特征在于:由以下原料构成:苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、交联剂、炭黑、氧化锌、硬脂酸、碳酸钙、水杨酸、促进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,其特征在于:取炭黑原料在直径大至1.5 m的平坦的燃烧铁盘上燃烧,含有炭黑的燃烧气体由内铺有砖块的排气罩收集,然后通过弯管和通火管到达沉积,收集沉积的炭黑,进一步过滤,得到原料中的炭黑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,其特征在于:将电解法制得的锌锭加热至600~700℃熔融后,置于耐高温坩埚内,使之1250~1300℃高温下熔融气化,导入热空气进行氧化,生成的氧化锌经冷却、旋风分离,将细粒子用布袋捕集,即制得原料中的氧化锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣服接缝高强度胶条,其特征在于:在水解锅中加入棉籽油硬化油、水解剂硬脂酸甲酚磺酸和硬脂酸萘磺酸,通入蒸汽至油层透明后,加水,继续加热至沸,常压下反应7.5h,澄清0.5h,分离下层甘油水,此后再加水解剂,通入蒸汽加热到油层透明后,加水反应,当混合酸价达190mgKOH/g以上时,澄清0.5h,分离甘油水后,加盐、水进行水洗,再用盐、水进行二次水洗涤,第一步洗涤后澄清0.5h,第二步洗涤后澄清2h,分尽下层酸水后,取上层混合脂肪酸备用,将混合脂肪酸加入蒸馏釜,进行减压分馏,釜温250-255℃,塔温210-220℃,顶温200-210℃,塔顶余压0.53-0.93kpa,进料、出料和排料达平衡后,转入连续操作,进料100%,出料40%,徘料60%,徘料用于制造三级硬脂酸,出料经分析碘值达2mgl/100g以下后,将硬脂酸和硫酸依次投入酸洗锅,煮沸洗涤,割尽酸脚后,取硬脂酸投入脱色锅加热到190℃,并先后加入化学纯碱及干燥白土,然后在105℃的环境下,减压搅拌下脱色45min,经压滤、浇盘成型,即得原料中的硬脂酸。
