The side wall of the fork main body 1 is provided with a guide groove, the guide groove is a cuboid hollow groove, and the length direction of the guide groove is consistent with that of the fork main body 1; as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the guide bar 62 is provided with an adjustment handle 621 extending toward the side wall of the fork main body 1, and an extending end of the adjustment handle 621 is received in the guide groove; the adjustment handle 621 is provided with a groove 622 in the middle portion facing upward (the upper surface of the fork main body 1), the groove 622 being located below the arrangement direction of the lock pin 6321; by moving the adjustment handle 621 and the locking button 63, the three locking pins 6321 can be inserted into the grooves 622 in sequence.
When the movable bearing plate 2 needs to be locked, an external force drives the adjusting handle 621 to drive the guide rod 62 to slide along the direction of the fork main body 1, so that the guide rod 62 sequentially slides into the through holes of the fixed rail 41, the switching rail 42, the movable rail 43 and the ear plate 21, at this time, the groove 622 is located below the locking pin 6321 close to one side of the ear plate 21, the locking button 63 is pushed to move downwards along the guide column, the locking pin 6321 is inserted into the groove 622, the locking mechanism 6 is locked, so that the movable bearing plate 2 is in a locking and retaining state, that is, the movable bearing plate 2 cannot be turned over or move towards the inner side of the fork.
When the movable bearing plate 2 needs to be unlocked and turned over, the locking button 63 is pushed to move upwards along the guide column to separate the locking bolt close to one side of the lug plate 21 from the groove 622, the locking mechanism 6 is released, the adjusting handle 621 is driven by external force to drive the guide rod 62 to slide along the direction of the fork main body 1 to enable the guide rod 62 to be away from the through hole of the lug plate 21, the groove 622 is located below the locking bolt 6321 far away from one side of the lug plate 21, the locking button 63 is pushed to move downwards along the guide column to insert the locking bolt 6321 into the groove 622, the locking mechanism 6 is locked, the movable bearing plate 2 is turned over or is moved to the inner side of the fork to release the holding state, and the movable bearing plate 2 is driven by the external force preferentially to move towards.
When the movable bearing plate 2 needs to be unlocked and the fork needs to be moved to the inner side, the locking button 63 is pushed to move upwards along the guide column to separate the locking bolt close to one side of the lug plate 21 from the groove 622, the locking mechanism 6 is released, the adjusting handle 621 is driven by external force to drive the guide rod 62 to slide along the direction of the fork main body 1 to enable the guide rod 62 to be away from the through hole of the lug plate 21, the groove 622 is located below the middle locking bolt 6321, the locking button 63 is pushed to move downwards along the guide column to insert the locking bolt 6321 into the groove 622, and the locking mechanism 6 is locked to enable the movable bearing plate 2 to be in a turnover release holding state.
In order to overcome the problem that the sliding direction of the guide rod 62 is the same as the running direction of the fork, the guide rod 62 slides freely under the driving of the running inertia force or other external forces, so that the state of the movable bearing plate 2 cannot be kept continuously, the guide rod 62 is locked or released by adopting the movable adjusting handle 621 and the locking button 63, the state of the movable bearing plate 2 is kept unchanged, and the stability of the using state of the fork is improved.

the movable bearing plate can move towards the inner side of the fork through the second movable connecting piece under the condition that the movable bearing plate is not turned over by 180 degrees so as to expand the inward bearing area of the fork, and when the movable bearing plate is used for a pallet truck, the area between the forks is partially covered by the movable bearing plate.
2. The fork of claim 1, wherein the first movable connecting member is a hinge, and two ends of one side of the movable carrier plate are movably connected to the movable rail through the two hinges, respectively.
