The display interface of the display device includes a cell position setting area 801, a selection area 802, and an operation area 803, where the cell position setting area 801 is used to display the arrangement pattern of a plurality of sorting cabinets and to display the icon of each cell, the operation area includes an indicator light on button 8031, further, the operation area 803 further includes an indicator light off button 8032, and the selection area includes icons of a plurality of types of sorting cabinets, in this embodiment, the selection area 802 includes a four-cell sorting cabinet icon 8021, a horizontal two-cell sorting cabinet icon 8022, and a vertical two-cell sorting cabinet icon 8023, where each type of sorting cabinet icon includes a plurality of cell icons 8011, and the user selects a sorting cabinet icon according to the type of a sorting cabinet and sets the arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinet icons in the cell position setting area 801 according to the arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinets. As shown in fig. 2, when three four-cell sorting cabinets are arranged in a delta shape, a user selects three four-cell sorting cabinet icons 8021 in a selection area 802 and drags the icons to a cell position setting area 801, and arranges the three four-cell sorting cabinet icons 8021 in the delta shape, and a display device generates a graph in accordance with the types and arrangement shapes of a plurality of sorting cabinets in the cell position setting area 801 according to input information of the user, wherein each cell icon 8011 represents one cell of a sorting cabinet.
In the sorting cabinet system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the controller displays and controls the display device to display sorting cabinet arrangement patterns consistent with the physical layout of a plurality of sorting cabinets according to the input information of the input device, and the corresponding relation between the grid icons displayed by the display device and the grid openings lightened by the grid opening indicator lamps is marked one by lightening the grid opening indicator lamps one by one, so that no matter how the positions of the sorting cabinets are placed, the one-to-one corresponding relation exists between the grid opening icons displayed by the display device and the physical positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets, when the destination of the express mail is obtained by scanning the identifier pasted on the express mail by using scanning equipment, the corresponding grid opening icons in the display device are lightened, and as the display positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets in the display device correspond to the physical positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets one by one to one, a sorter can obtain prompt information of the physical positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets according to the grid opening display position, therefore, the problem that prompt information of the physical positions of the grids of the sorting cabinet cannot be obtained from the display device is solved, and the sorting efficiency is improved.
The following describes in detail a sorting cabinet cell display position setting method according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 and 2, where the method is executed by a controller. Referring to fig. 3, a method for setting a display position of a grid of a sorting cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:

The sorting cabinet arrangement pattern comprises: a plurality of sorting cabinet icons; each sorting cabinet icon comprises a plurality of grid icons; the shape of arranging of a plurality of letter sorting cabinet icons is unanimous with the shape of actually arranging of a plurality of letter sorting cabinets, and the shape of arranging of a plurality of bin icons in every letter sorting cabinet icon is unanimous with the shape of actually arranging of a plurality of bins of this letter sorting cabinet.
In a specific implementation, the specific method for controlling the display device to display the distribution pattern of the sorting cabinet may be as described in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.

In a specific implementation, the setting sequence of the trellis address includes any one of the following:

In the specific implementation, in order to avoid the installation confusion, the sorting cabinet is convenient to maintain at the later stage, generally, when the indicator lamps corresponding to the grids are connected with the sorting cabinet controller, the indicator lamps are sequentially connected according to a certain interface sequence, for example, the indicator lamps corresponding to the grids are sequentially connected with the interfaces on the sorting cabinet controller one by one according to the grid positions from left to right, from top to bottom and the sequence of first arrangement and later arrangement, and if the interfaces on the sorting cabinet controller are arranged in a row, the indicator lamps corresponding to two adjacent grids are adjacent to the interfaces installed on the sorting cabinet controller; if the interfaces on the sorting cabinet controller have multiple rows, the interfaces are sequentially connected with the indicating lamps corresponding to the grids according to the sequence that the interfaces are arranged from left to right, from top to bottom and in a row-by-row sequence.
In addition, in order to identify the cell, the cell is generally named according to a certain rule, and the name of the cell generally includes the cell number, so the order of the size of the cell number included in the cell name may be the order of the cell address.
Step S303, after each indicator light is lighted, marking the serial number of the corresponding cell icon on the distribution graph of the sorting cabinet so as to establish the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the cell icons and the cells, so that each cell icon has a unique serial number.
In the concrete implementation, the grid addresses are set according to a certain sequence when being set; the intelligent terminal can send the instruction of turning on light to the letter sorting cabinet controller that corresponds according to the bin address of bin, and letter sorting cabinet controller can control the pilot lamp that corresponds and light after receiving the instruction of turning on light. And on the pattern is arranged to the letter sorting cabinet, the shape of arranging of letter sorting cabinet icon is unanimous with the actual shape of arranging of letter sorting cabinet, and the shape of arranging of a plurality of bin icons in every letter sorting cabinet icon is unanimous with the shape of arranging of a plurality of bins of this letter sorting cabinet. Therefore, after a certain indicator lamp is lightened, the grid icon corresponding to the grid indicated by the indicator lamp can be found from the distribution graph of the sorting cabinet, the serial number is marked on the icon, and the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the grid icon and the grid is established. The one-to-one correspondence is actually represented by a mapping relationship between the grid address and the serial number of the grid icon. The controller stores the cell address, the serial number of the cell icon, and the mapping relationship between the two.
Step S304, turning off the indicator light corresponding to the serial number marked grid icon.
When the sorting cabinet controller is used for realizing the light-off instruction, the intelligent terminal can send the light-off instruction to the corresponding sorting cabinet controller again according to the grid address of the grid after a certain grid icon is marked with a serial number and the one-to-one correspondence between the grid icon and the grid is established, and the sorting cabinet controller controls the corresponding indicator light to be turned off after receiving the light-off instruction.
The method for setting the grid display position of the sorting cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a controller controls a display device to display sorting cabinet arrangement graphs consistent with the physical layout of a plurality of sorting cabinets according to input information of an input device, and marks the corresponding relation between grid icons displayed by the display device and grid openings lightened by grid opening indicator lamps one by lightening the grid opening indicator lamps one by one, so that no matter how the positions of the sorting cabinets are arranged, the grid opening icons displayed by the display device have one-to-one corresponding relation with the physical positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets, when a scanning device is used for scanning marks pasted on express mail to obtain the destination of the express mail, the corresponding grid opening icons in the display device are lightened, and as the display positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets in the display device correspond to the physical positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets one by one to one, a sorter can obtain prompt information of the physical positions of the grid openings of the sorting cabinets according to the grid opening display position information of the display, therefore, the problem that prompt information of the physical positions of the grids of the sorting cabinet cannot be obtained from the display device is solved.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a specific method for establishing a one-to-one correspondence relationship between a lattice icon and a lattice, where on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method cyclically executes the following processes:
step S401, controlling the indicator light of the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address to light according to the setting sequence of the grid addresses.

In a specific implementation of the above embodiment, when the total number of the grid openings in all the sorting cabinets is N, the value range of N is: 1 to n. When the control indicator lights are turned on, firstly, the 1 st grid indicator light corresponding to the 1 st grid address is controlled to be turned on according to the setting sequence of the grid addresses, then the grid icon corresponding to the grid address is selected on the arrangement pattern of the sorting cabinet, and the serial number N is marked for the selected grid icon. The display device selects the sorting cabinet icons according to the sorting cabinet type information, and generates graphs consistent with the sorting cabinet type information and the actual arrangement shapes in the grid position setting area according to the actual arrangement shapes of the sorting cabinets. For example, the user selects a sorting cabinet icon according to the sorting cabinet type, and sets the arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinet icons in the cell position setting area 801 according to the actual arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinets. As shown in fig. 2, when three four-cell sorting cabinets are arranged in a delta shape, a user selects three four-cell sorting cabinet icons 8021 in a selection area 802 and drags the icons to a cell position setting area 801, and arranges the three four-cell sorting cabinet icons 8021 in the delta shape, and a display device generates a graph in accordance with the types and actual arrangement shapes of a plurality of sorting cabinets in the cell position setting area 801 according to input information of the user, wherein each cell icon 8011 represents one cell of a sorting cabinet.
And step S503, the intelligent terminal controls the indicator light of the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address to be turned on according to the setting sequence of the grid addresses.
When the input device of the intelligent terminal receives input information of a user, for example, an indicator light turn-on button is selected, the controller generates a light-on instruction, sends the light-on instruction to a sorting cabinet controller to which a cell corresponding to an Nth cell address belongs according to the setting sequence of the cell addresses, and controls a cell indicator light corresponding to the Nth cell address to be turned on, wherein the light-on instruction comprises an I/O port number and a light-on signal (for example, high level) in the cell address. In one embodiment of the invention, the setting order of the bin addresses is set according to the size of the values of the bin addresses, and in another embodiment of the invention, the setting order of the bin addresses is set according to the size of the bin numbers in the bin names. In this embodiment, the size of the cell number in the cell name is used as the setting sequence of the cell address, where N is set to 1 when the step is executed for the first time, and when the controller detects that the position of the indicator light turn-on button 8031 of the touch display screen is selected, the controller generates a light-on instruction, sends the light-on instruction to the first sorting cabinet controller 21 to which the cell corresponding to the 1 st cell address belongs, and controls the indicator light 231 to which the cell corresponding to the 1 st cell address belongs to turn on; when the step is not executed for the first time, namely N >1, when the controller detects that any grid icon of the touch display screen is selected, the controller sends a light-on instruction to a sorting cabinet controller to which the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address belongs, and controls an indicator light of the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address to be turned on.

The user selects a grid icon corresponding to the grid position of the lighting in the display interface, when the controller detects that any one grid icon in the display interface is selected, the controller controls the display device to display the serial number N in the selected grid icon, sends a light-out instruction to a sorting cabinet controller to which the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address belongs, and extinguishes an indicator light of the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address, wherein the selected grid icon is the grid icon corresponding to the Nth grid address position of the sorting cabinet in the display interface. In one embodiment of the invention, the light-out instruction is generated when the controller detects that an indicator light off button of the touch display screen is pressed; in another embodiment of the invention, the light-out instruction is generated when the controller detects that a grid icon of the touch display screen is pressed. For example, when the indicator light of the cell corresponding to the 1 st cell address is turned on, the user presses the cell icon 8011 corresponding to the cell indicator light in the display interface, and when the controller detects that the cell icon 8011 is pressed, the serial number 1 is displayed in the cell icon 8011, and when the controller detects that the indicator light off button 8032 of the touch display screen is pressed, the controller generates a light off instruction, and sends the light off instruction to the sorting cabinet controller 21 to which the cell corresponding to the 1 st cell address belongs, and turns off the indicator light of the cell corresponding to the 1 st cell address. For another example, when the indicator light of the bay corresponding to the 1 st bay address is turned on, the user presses the bay icon 8011 corresponding to the position of the bay indicator light in the display interface, and when the controller detects that the bay icon 8011 is selected, the serial number 1 is displayed on the bay icon 8011 and the controller generates a light-off command, and the controller sends the light-off command to the sorting cabinet controller 21 to which the bay corresponding to the 1 st bay address belongs, to turn off the indicator light of the bay corresponding to the 1 st bay address.
Step S506, judge whether all the grids complete the marking.
And the controller of the intelligent terminal judges whether all the grids are marked or not by comparing the N with the total grid numerical value, if the N is less than the total grid numerical value, the judgment result is negative, the step S507 is executed, and if the N is equal to the total grid numerical value, the judgment result is positive, and the process is ended.

controlling the display device to display a sorting cabinet arrangement graph; the sorting cabinet arrangement pattern comprises: a plurality of sorting cabinet icons; each sorting cabinet icon comprises a plurality of grid icons; the arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinet icons is consistent with the actual arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinets, and the arrangement shape of the plurality of grid openings in each sorting cabinet icon is consistent with the actual arrangement shape of the plurality of grid openings of the sorting cabinet;
controlling the indicator lights of the grids corresponding to all the grid addresses to be sequentially lightened according to the setting sequence of the grid addresses;
after each indicator light is lighted, marking a serial number on the sorting cabinet arrangement graph for the grid icon corresponding to the indicator light so as to establish a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the grid icon and the grid, so that each grid icon has a unique serial number.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of marking the corresponding grid icon on the sorting cabinet layout graph with a serial number, the method further comprises the following steps:

acquiring sorting cabinet arrangement information; the sorting cabinet arrangement information includes: the number information of the sorting cabinets and the arrangement information of the icons of the sorting cabinets;
and controlling the sorting cabinet icons displayed on the display device to be arranged according to the sorting cabinet icon arrangement information to form sorting cabinet arrangement graphs.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the setting order of the trellis addresses comprises any one of:
taking the size sequence of the values of the grid addresses as the setting sequence of the grid addresses;
and taking the size sequence of the grid serial numbers contained in the names of the grids as the setting sequence of the grid addresses.
5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the indicator lights of the crates corresponding to all the crater addresses are controlled to be sequentially lighted according to the setting sequence of the crater addresses; after each indicator light is lighted, marking the serial number of the corresponding cell icon on the distribution graph of the sorting cabinet, specifically comprising the following steps of:
controlling the indicator light of the cell corresponding to the Nth cell address to be turned on according to the setting sequence of the cell addresses;
selecting the grid icon corresponding to the grid address on the sorting cabinet arrangement graph;
marking a serial number N for the selected grid icon;
judging whether all the grid icons are marked with serial numbers or not according to N and the total number of the grids;
if not, let N be N + 1.
6. A sorting cabinet system, comprising: the system comprises a plurality of sorting cabinets and intelligent terminals; the sorting cabinets are connected with the intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal comprises: a display device and a controller;
each sorting cabinet comprises a plurality of grids; each grid is provided with an indicator light; each of the cells has a unique cell address;
the controller is used for controlling the display device to display the sorting cabinet arrangement graph; the sorting cabinet arrangement pattern comprises: a plurality of sorting cabinet icons; each sorting cabinet icon comprises a plurality of grid icons; the arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinet icons is consistent with the actual arrangement shape of the plurality of sorting cabinets, and the arrangement shape of the plurality of grid openings in each sorting cabinet icon is consistent with the actual arrangement shape of the plurality of grid openings of the sorting cabinet; controlling the indicator lights of the grids corresponding to all the grid addresses to be sequentially lightened according to the setting sequence of the grid addresses; after each indicator light is lighted, marking a serial number on the sorting cabinet arrangement graph for the grid icon corresponding to the indicator light so as to establish a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the grid icon and the grid, so that each grid icon has a unique serial number.
7. The sorting cabinet system of claim 6, wherein the intelligent terminal further comprises: an input device;
the controller is specifically used for acquiring sorting cabinet type information and sorting cabinet arrangement information from the input device; the sorting cabinet type information comprises: the number information of the grid icons and the arrangement information of the grid icons; the sorting cabinet arrangement information includes: the number information of the sorting cabinets and the arrangement information of the icons of the sorting cabinets; generating the sorting cabinet icon according to the sorting cabinet type information; arranging the sorting cabinet icons according to the arrangement information of the sorting cabinet icons; controlling the sorted sorting cabinet icons to be displayed on the display device after the sorting cabinet icons are arranged, and forming a sorting cabinet arrangement graph;
or,
acquiring the sorting cabinet type information from the input device; the sorting cabinet type information comprises the number information of the grid icons and the arrangement information of the grid icons; generating the sorting cabinet icon according to the sorting cabinet type information, and controlling the sorting cabinet icon to be displayed on the display device; acquiring sorting cabinet arrangement information from the input device; the sorting cabinet arrangement information includes: the number information of the sorting cabinets and the arrangement information of the icons of the sorting cabinets; and controlling the sorting cabinet icons displayed on the display device to be arranged according to the sorting cabinet icon arrangement information to form sorting cabinet arrangement graphs.
8. A sorting cabinet system according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the order of arrangement of the grid addresses comprises any of the following:
taking the size sequence of the values of the grid addresses as the setting sequence of the grid addresses;
and taking the size sequence of the grid serial numbers contained in the names of the grids as the setting sequence of the grid addresses.
9. The sorting cabinet system according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the controller is specifically configured to: the following processes are executed in a loop:
controlling the indicator light of the cell corresponding to the Nth cell address to be turned on according to the setting sequence of the cell addresses;
selecting the grid icon corresponding to the grid address on the sorting cabinet arrangement graph;
marking a serial number N for the selected grid icon;
judging whether all the grid icons are marked with serial numbers or not according to the N and the total number of the grids;
if not, let N be N + 1.
10. The sorting cabinet system of claim 9, wherein the sorting cabinet further comprises: a sorting cabinet controller;
the controller is specifically used for sending a light starting instruction to the sorting cabinet controller; the light starting instruction carries a grid address corresponding to a target grid; the target grid is the grid corresponding to the Nth grid address;
and the sorting cabinet controller is used for controlling the indicator lamp corresponding to the target grid to be lightened according to the light starting instruction.
