Conventional cooking appliances such as electric rice cookers have a cooking cavity into which a user cooks food to be cooked after putting the food into the cooking cavity before cooking. Some cooking appliances have a reservation function, but users often find that the longer the reservation time is, the greater the probability of deterioration of food in the pot. For example, if a user pre-takes rice before going to work in the morning and returns to eat in the evening, it is found that rice is generally dried and yellow, and particularly, peculiar smell is more generated in summer, so that the existing cooking appliance cannot keep the freshness of the rice under the condition of long-time reservation.
A cooking appliance capable of automatically adding rice is also known, which can be separated from water generally when a reservation function is performed. When in use, a user firstly puts water into the inner container, the matched rice is put into the rice storage bin, and when the preset time is reached, the rice can automatically fall into the inner container to be mixed with the water. However, this cooking appliance has a great disadvantage in that it cannot wash rice, that is, rice put in the rice bin is not washed when a user reserves.
For this purpose, the applicant has developed a cooking appliance capable of mounting a capsule in which the food material to be cooked is contained in rice. However, the applicant has found that in such a cooking appliance, the capsule opening device cannot conveniently open the capsule so that the food material smoothly enters the cooking cavity through the damaged area of the capsule.
Therefore, there is a need for a capsule transmission mechanism and a cooking appliance having the same, to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems.

The capsule transmission mechanism comprises a first moving device for moving the capsule opening device along a first direction and a second moving device for moving the capsule opening device along a second direction, so that a capsule plate group comprising at least two rows and at least two columns can be opened, specific capsules can be opened according to requirements, the arrangement is convenient, and the space is saved.
Alternatively, the second moving means may be driven to move in a first direction by the first moving means. Thus, the second mobile device can be connected with the first mobile device so as to be driven by the first mobile device to move.

Detailed Description
In the following discussion, details are set forth to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without one or more of these details. In particular examples, some technical features that are well known in the art have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention. It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", and the like are used herein for illustrative purposes only and are not limiting.
Ordinal numbers such as "first" and "second" cited in the present invention are merely identifiers and do not have any other meaning, such as a particular order or the like. Also, for example, the term "first component" does not itself connote the presence of "second component" and the term "second component" does not itself connote the presence of "first component".
The present invention discloses a capsule transmission mechanism comprising a capsule receiving means, a capsule opening means (not shown), a first moving means 130 and a second moving means 140.
The capsule transmission mechanism may be provided in the cooking appliance 120 or may be provided independently of the cooking appliance 120. As shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance 120 includes a pot body and a cover body. The cooking appliance 120 may be a rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, a cooking machine, a soymilk machine, an electric stew pot, etc.
In the illustrated embodiment, the capsule transmission mechanism is provided in the cooking appliance 120, and the cover of the cooking appliance 120 is provided with a capsule receiving device for receiving the capsule 110. The capsule containment apparatus is configured to be able to contain at least two rows and at least two columns of capsules 110. Here, a plurality of capsules 110 may be connected together to form a capsule plate pack 100 as shown in fig. 1A.
The capsule plate set 100 shown in fig. 1A is formed by connecting three rows and five columns of capsules 110. As shown in fig. 1B, the capsule 110 may be configured as a substantially hexahedron. The capsule 110 is filled with food material to be cooked, which may be, for example, rice or beans, etc. The capsule 110 may include a body having an opening and a cover film covering the opening. For example, the body of the capsule 110 may be cylindrical, and its cross-section (radial cross-section) may be circular, elliptical, polygonal, etc. An opening is provided at the lower end of the body, and the shape of the opening may be identical to the cross section of the body. The cover film covers the opening for sealing the capsule 110.
The capsules 110 in the capsule plate pack 100 may be configured to adhere directly to adjacent capsules 110, for example, by injection molding during production. Alternatively, the capsules 110 may be connected together via a connector, such as an overwrap.
The capsule 110 may be secured to the capsule containment means by means such as a snap fit. The capsule housing means may have a tapered guide surface and a food material outlet located at a substantially central position of the guide surface, for example, the food material outlet communicates with an inner pot (cooking space) of the cooking appliance 120. When the capsule 110 fixed on the capsule housing means is broken, the food material housed in the capsule 110 can move along the guide surface by the gravity and enter the cooking space through the food material outlet.
The capsule opening device is configured to be able to open the capsule 110, for example, the capsule opening device may be a cutter, a heating wire, a laser emitter, etc.
Turning now to fig. 3 and 4, the first moving means 130 is configured to move the capsule opening device in a first direction D1; the second moving means 140 is configured to move the capsule opening device in a second direction D2, the second direction D2 being disposed at a predetermined angle to the first direction D1. Preferably, the first direction D1 is perpendicular to the second direction D2.
In the illustrated embodiment, the second moving device 140 is driven to move along the first direction D1 by the first moving device 130. Specifically, the first moving device 130 is configured as a quadrangle, which includes two first guide rails 131 disposed along the first direction D1, and the two first guide rails 131 are disposed in parallel. The second moving device 140 is connected between the two first guide rails 131 and is movable relative to the first guide rails 131 in the first direction D1.
The first moving device 130 further includes a first motor 132 and a belt 134 connected to the first motor 132 via a transmission shaft 133, and the second moving device 140 is connected to the belt 134. The belt 134 may be driven to rotate by the first motor 132, thereby driving the second moving device 140 to move.
Further, the first direction D1 includes a first forward direction D11 and a first reverse direction D12 that are opposite. I.e. the first forward direction D11 and the first reverse direction D12 are 180 degrees apart. For example, the forward rotation of the first motor 132 drives the belt 134 to rotate so that the second moving device 140 moves along the first forward direction D11, and the reverse rotation of the first motor 132 drives the belt 134 to rotate so that the second moving device 140 moves along the first reverse direction D12.
The second moving means 140 includes a second rail 141 connected between the two first rails 131, the second rail 141 being disposed along the second direction D2. The capsule opening device is connected to the second moving device 140 and is movable in the second direction D2 relative to the second rail 141.
The second moving means 140 further includes a second motor 142, a screw rod 143 connected to the second motor 142, and a mounting member 150 provided on the screw rod 143, and the capsule opening device may be mounted on the mounting member 150. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, when the second motor 142 is operated, the screw 143 connected to the second motor 142 rotates so that the mounting member 150 can move relative to the second rail 141.
Further, the second direction D2 includes a second opposite forward direction D21 and a second opposite direction D22. I.e. the second forward direction D21 and the second reverse direction D22 are 180 degrees apart. For example, forward rotation of the second motor 142 rotates the screw 143 such that the mounting member 150 moves in the second forward direction D21, while reverse rotation of the second motor 142 rotates the screw 143 such that the mounting member 150 moves in the second reverse direction D22.
In this way, the mounting member 150 (capsule opening device) can move in the first direction D1 and the second direction D2 so as to be freely movable under the capsule plate group 100 and can move to a position corresponding to each capsule 110 in the capsule plate group 100 to open the capsule 110.
Although in the above-described embodiment the capsule opening device is connected to the second moving device 140 by the mounting member 150, in an embodiment not shown, the capsule opening device may also be directly connected to the second moving device 140. And the first moving means 130 is not limited to the structure of the belt 134, and the second moving means 140 is not limited to the structure of the screw 143. Also, the capsule plate group 200 may be configured in a U shape as shown in fig. 6 and 7. In fact, the specific shape of the capsule plate set 100, for example, the arrangement of the capsules 110 in a matrix, L-shape or U-shape, may be modified according to the need, for example, the ratio of food materials, etc.

Further, optionally, a capsule recognition device is also included, which is configured for recognizing the capsule 110. Thus, the capsule recognition device can recognize information corresponding to the capsule 110, for example, information such as the type of food material contained in the capsule 110, whether the capsule has been opened, and the like, and perform operations such as opening. The cooking appliance may further include a control device, the capsule recognition device may be capable of transmitting the recognized information to the control device, and the control device may control the first moving device and the second moving device to move the capsule opening device and control the capsule opening device to open the capsule.
Turning now to fig. 5, alternatively, the capsule plate assembly 100 has a width W and a length L, the specific dimensions of which may be set according to the capsule containment apparatus. a first moving means configured to move the capsule opening means in a first direction; and
a second moving means configured to move the capsule opening means in a second direction,
the second direction is disposed at a predetermined angle to the first direction.
2. The capsule transmission mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second moving means is drivable by the first moving means to move in a first direction.
3. Capsule transmission according to claim 2, wherein the second movement means comprise a belt or screw connected to the capsule opening means.
4. A capsule transmission according to claim 3, wherein the first moving means comprises a belt or screw connected to the second moving means.
5. A capsule transmission according to claim 3, wherein the second moving means further comprises a mounting member connected to the belt or screw, the capsule opening means being connected to the second moving means by the mounting member.
6. The capsule transmission mechanism of claim 1, wherein both the first moving means and the second moving means are connected to the capsule opening means to move the capsule opening means.
7. The capsule transmission mechanism of claim 1, wherein the capsule is configured to have a length of 80mm to 400mm and a width of 70mm to 380 mm.

13. The capsule transmission mechanism of claim 1, wherein the capsules are configured to adhere directly to adjacent capsules or to be connected together via a connector.
