Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a display device which comprises a display screen, a light source and a reflecting device. The light source is arranged above the display screen and used for emitting light; the reflecting device is arranged behind the display screen, and light emitted by the light source to the reflecting device can be reflected to the back of the display screen to realize the backlight function. According to the invention, the display device adopts a split type backlight structure, and the light source is arranged in the space outside the display screen, so that the display screen only has the thickness of single-layer glass, and the appearance performance of the product can be improved. On the other hand, the multifunctional design with multiple purposes is realized, and when the light source is turned off, the display screen can be used as a projection screen; the light source may be operated alone to function as a conventional indoor lighting when the display device is not in use. Furthermore, the backlight structure is split, so that the assembly steps are saved, and the production and maintenance cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display device.
Background
At present, the appearance of a television becomes thinner and thinner, the thin design can increase the selling points of products, and the product competitiveness is improved. Current television displays are all of one-piece backlight structures, limiting their potential for further slim designs.
In addition, the current television display has a single function, and cannot effectively realize a multifunctional design with multiple functions, so that there is a need to develop a display device to overcome the defects in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
One aspect of the present invention provides a display device, which employs a split backlight structure, and arranges a light source in a space outside a display screen, so that the display screen has only a single-layer glass thickness, and the appearance performance of the product can be improved. On the other hand, the multifunctional design with multiple purposes is realized, and when the light source is turned off, the display screen can be used as a projection screen; the light source may be operated alone to function as a conventional indoor lighting when the display device is not in use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in one embodiment of the present invention, a display device is provided that includes a display screen, a light source, and a reflecting device. The light source is arranged above the display screen and used for emitting light; the reflecting device is arranged behind the display screen, wherein light emitted by the light source to the reflecting device is reflected to the back of the display screen by the reflecting device to realize the backlight function.
Furthermore, the thickness of the display screen is 0.5-2.0 mm.
Further, the display screen is disposed on a base. It can set to certain inclination, or the base that has rotation function conveniently rotates the display screen is convenient for spectator's viewing, and inclination preferred sets up to 90 degrees.
Furthermore, the light source is in a long strip shape and is arranged in parallel with the display screen, and the length of the light source is less than or equal to the length of the side of the display screen. The light source is preferably an LED, a fluorescent lamp, or the like.
Furthermore, an included angle between a central axis of the light-emitting lens of the light source and a horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees.
Furthermore, the horizontal distance between the reflecting device and the display screen is 100-1000 mm.
Furthermore, the reflecting surface of the reflecting device is designed into a corresponding curved surface according to the incident path of the light emitted by the light source to the reflecting device, so that the light emitted by the light source is uniformly reflected to the back surface of the display screen, and the backlight function is realized. Under the backlight, the viewer can view an image from the screen.

Further, the light source is driven by a motor to rotate, and the motor drive is controlled by an external control device. The external control device can be an infrared remote control device, can be convenient for high-distance or long-distance light source control, and is convenient to operate.

Furthermore, the backlight structure is split, so that the assembly steps are saved, the assembly process of the liquid crystal display television is simplified, the production cost is reduced, the phenomenon that part of components are damaged and the whole machine needs to be replaced can be avoided, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following description of the various embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings that illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The directional terms mentioned in the present invention, such as [ upper ], [ lower ], [ front ], [ rear ], [ left ], [ right ], [ inner ], [ outer ], [ side ], are only referring to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides a display device including a display screen 1, a light source 3 and a reflection device 4. The light source 3 is arranged above the display screen 1 and used for emitting light; the reflecting device 4 is disposed behind the display screen 1, wherein the light emitted from the light source 3 to the reflecting device 4 is reflected to the back of the display screen 1 for implementing a backlight function.
Wherein the thickness of the display screen 1 is 0.5-2.0 mm. Preferably, the thickness of the display screen 1 is 1.5 mm.
Wherein the display screen 1 is arranged on a base 2. It can set to certain inclination, perhaps has the base 2 of rotation function conveniently to rotate display screen 1 is convenient for spectator's to watch, and inclination sets up preferably to 90 degrees.
The light source 3 is in a long strip shape and is arranged in parallel with the display screen 1, and the length of the light source 3 is less than or equal to the length of the side of the display screen 1. The light source 3 is preferably an LED, a fluorescent lamp, or the like.
Wherein the included angle between the central axis of the light-emitting lens of the light source 3 and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees.
The horizontal distance between the reflecting device 4 and the display screen 1 is 100-1000 mm.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the reflection device 4 is disposed behind or above the lcd panel 1. The reflecting surface of the reflecting device 4 is designed into a corresponding curved surface according to the incident path of the light emitted from the light source 3 to the reflecting device 4, and then the light emitted from the light source 3 is uniformly reflected to the back surface of the display screen 1, thereby realizing the backlight function. Under the backlight, the viewer can view an image from the screen. The reflecting device 4 may be formed by a plurality of elongated reflecting mirror surfaces with a planar structure, so as to facilitate adjustment of the reflected light. When in the position shown in fig. 3, the curvature of the reflecting surface of the reflecting device 4 is 0, i.e. it is a plane.
When the light source 3 is turned off, the display screen 1 may be a projection screen. The split design may thus facilitate the use of the display screen 1 with projection devices of the prior art.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the light source 3 is rotated by a motor 5 to drive the light source 3 to rotate for illuminating the space in front of the display screen 1. The light source 3 can be used as a conventional indoor lighting source when the liquid crystal television is normally turned off.
Wherein the light source 3 is driven to rotate by the motor 5 in a manner that the motor 5 is controlled to drive by the external control device 6. The external control device 6 can be an infrared remote control device, which is convenient for high-distance or long-distance light source control and convenient for operation.
Different from the prior art, the display device provided by the invention adopts a split type backlight structure, and the light source is arranged in the space outside the display screen, so that the appearance of the display screen only has the thickness of single-layer glass, and the appearance performance of the product can be improved. On the other hand, the multifunctional design with multiple purposes is realized, and when the light source is turned off, the display screen can be used as a projection screen; the light source may be operated alone to function as a conventional indoor lighting when the display device is not in use.
Furthermore, the backlight structure is split, so that the assembly steps are saved, the assembly process of the liquid crystal display television is simplified, the production cost is reduced, the phenomenon that part of components are damaged and the whole machine needs to be replaced can be avoided, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (4)
1. A display device, comprising:
the thickness of the display screen is 0.5-2.0 mm;
the light source is arranged above the display screen and used for emitting light rays; an included angle between the central axis of the light-emitting lens of the light source and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees;
the reflecting device is arranged behind the display screen, and the horizontal distance between the reflecting device and the display screen is 100-1000 mm; the light emitted by the light source to the reflecting device is reflected to the back of the display screen by the reflecting device to realize a backlight function; the reflecting surface of the reflecting device is designed into a corresponding curved surface according to the incident path of the light emitted by the light source to the reflecting device, and then the light emitted by the light source is uniformly reflected to the back surface of the display screen;
when the light source is turned off, the display screen can be used as a projection screen; the light source is driven to rotate by a motor in a rotating mode and is used for illuminating the space in front of the display screen.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the display screen is disposed on a base.
3. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the light source is in a shape of a long strip and is arranged parallel to the display screen, and the length of the light source is less than or equal to the length of the side of the display screen.
4. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the light source is driven to rotate by a motor by controlling the motor drive through an external control device.
