Abstract
The invention discloses a test protection device for a display panel, which comprises a bottom plate, a display panel carrier arranged on the bottom plate and a crimping structure for crimping a display panel FPC, wherein the top of the display panel carrier is a display panel positioning groove, the crimping structure is arranged in the display panel carrier and positioned below the display panel positioning groove, the display panel carrier is provided with a signal switching PCB (printed Circuit Board) which is electrically connected with the crimping structure and is used for switching signals, the bottom plate is provided with a crimping signal switching PCB and a crimping POGO (potential energy) used for switching signals, and the crimping POGO is electrically connected with a signal output structure which can output signals outwards. The crimping structure transmits signals of the display panel FPC to the signal transfer PCB, the crimping POGO transmits signals of the signal transfer PCB to the signal output PCB cover plate through wires, and the probe points of the signal output PCB cover plate can detect the display panel. The display panel FPC is only crimped once by the crimping structure, so that signal detection of different devices on the display panel can be met, and the damage to the display panel is reduced.

With the rapid development of flat panel displays and the improvement of living standard of people, display panels are increasingly used in daily life of people. More and more display panel FPC connectors are on the back, so that different inspection devices are required to inspect the same display panel in order to inspect the display panel to produce a series of related products. But most of detection equipment in the current stage is to directly press-connect the FPC connector, and the FPC connector is repeatedly and directly press-connected and detected for a plurality of times, so that the display panel is greatly damaged, and in order to reduce the damage to the display panel and facilitate the operation, a protection device is needed to meet the detection requirements of different equipment to the display panel and simultaneously reduce the damage to the display panel to the minimum.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and to specific examples.
The test protection device for the display panel shown in fig. 1-18 comprises a bottom plate 1, a display panel carrier 2 arranged on the bottom plate 1 and a compression joint structure 3 for compressing and jointing a display panel FPC4, wherein the top of the display panel carrier 2 is provided with a display panel positioning groove 5, and the compression joint structure 3 is arranged in the display panel carrier 2 and positioned below the display panel positioning groove 5.
The crimping structure 3 includes probe module 6, signal switching FPC7, drive probe module 6 remove to the cylinder (first drive arrangement 9) of crimping position, drive probe module 6 carries out needle mould base 10 and cylinder (second drive arrangement 11) that connect or break away from with display panel FPC4, cylinder (first drive arrangement 9) set up on bottom plate 1, needle mould base 10 is fixed in on the piston rod of cylinder (first drive arrangement 9), probe module 6 sets up in the bottom of needle mould base 10, cylinder (second drive arrangement 11) are fixed in the top of needle mould base 10, the piston rod of cylinder (second drive arrangement 11) supports the top of probe module 6, the both ends of signal switching FPC7 are fixed connection probe module 6 and the back of signal switching PCB8 respectively.
The needle mould base 10 comprises a fixed plate 12, a needle mould turning plate 13 and a first spring 14, wherein the fixed plate 12 is fixed on a piston rod of an air cylinder (a first driving device 9), a turning shaft 15 is arranged on the fixed plate 12, the middle part of the needle mould turning plate 13 is sleeved on the turning shaft 15, the top of one side of the needle mould turning plate 13 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first spring 14, the top of the first spring 14 is fixed on the fixed plate 12, and the other side of the needle mould turning plate 13 is in contact with the bottom of the probe module 6. Guide sleeves 16 are respectively fixed at two ends of the bottom of the fixing plate 12, guide rods 17 are arranged in the guide sleeves 16 along the vertical direction, and the bottoms of the two guide rods 17 are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the top of the probe module 6. A second spring 18 is fixed to the bottom of the guide sleeve 16, which is in contact with the top of the probe module 6. The other side of the pin die flap 13 is provided with two barbs 19. Two ends of the bottom of the probe module 6 are respectively provided with a notch 20, and two barbs 19 are respectively contacted with the top surfaces of the two notches 20.
As shown in fig. 5, a notch 25 for the signal transfer FPC7 to pass through and fixedly connect the probe module 6 and the back surface of the signal transfer PCB8 is formed on the side of the display panel carrier 2.
The display panel carrier 2 is provided with a signal transfer PCB8 connected with the signal transfer FPC7, the bottom plate 1 is provided with a press-connection POGO21 of the press-connection signal transfer PCB8, the bottom plate 1 is fixedly provided with a signal output PCB cover plate 26, the back of the signal output PCB cover plate 26 is provided with a signal output PCB27, and a wire 28 is connected between the signal output PCB cover plate 26 and the press-connection POGO 21.
The working process of the invention is as follows: firstly, the display panel 24 to be tested is placed into the display panel carrier 2, the buckle is pressed to buckle the display panel 24 to be tested, then the FPC of the connected display panel 24 to be tested is pressed from the back through the press connection structure 3, and the scanned product is provided with the two-dimensional code 29 to check, input, store and the like information of the display panel 24 to be tested.
At this time, the signal of the display panel 24 to be tested is sent out to the press-connection POGO21 of the display panel 24 to be tested, the signal of the press-connection POGO21 is sent out to the signal output PCB cover plate on the front through the wire 28, and finally the signal is transferred to the PG through the signal output PCB, so that the screen of the display panel 24 to be tested is lightened.
If the display panel 24 to be detected is required to be detected, only the metal contacts on the PCB cover plate need to be detected, and thus the display panel 4 to be detected can be detected through the metal contacts of the PCB cover plate 26 to be detected only by crimping the display panel FPC4 of the display panel 24 to be detected once.
