Abstract
一种减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)取已准备好的锶铁氧体磁粉,加入润滑粘结剂,混合,过筛,得混合粉料;(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉料填入模具内,再加压成型为环形坯体,成型时,通过在模具外缘施予径向2n极磁场,使坯体产生外径向2n磁极取向,n为是1到24的自然数;(3)将成型所得的环形坯体进行烧结,磨削,清洗,得到干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环;(4)经多极充磁及表面磁通密度检测后即为成品。本发明具有模具结构简单,生产稳定,成本较低,安全可靠,得到的磁环性能高、成品率高,且无开裂问题等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法。
背景技术
2009年以来,全球电机市场的规模持续扩大,且各国对电机能效的要求越来越高,致使无刷电机(能效等级可达IE3及以上)的市场需求明显上升,发展前景广阔。永磁体转子是无刷电机的关键部件,其市场需求量亦随之激增。常规的永磁体转子由多片磁瓦拼接而成,通常存在以下缺点:1)装配难度大;2)拼接间隙漏磁;3)表面磁通呈非正弦分布,使电机存在明显转矩脉动及齿槽效应,能耗高、噪声大。越来越多中、低功率无刷电机采用干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环作为转子,可大幅降低转子装配难度,且无拼接漏磁现象、表面磁通呈正弦分布,有助于提升电机性能及寿命。
CNl04392836A、CN201877285U公开的干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环制备方法为:将磁粉填入具有环形型腔的模具内,再加压成型为环形坯体,成型时于环形型腔的外缘施予径向多极磁场对坯体进行磁极取向,成型后对坯体予以烧结、磨削、清洗,即成。但在烧结阶段,因各磁极中心位置的烧成收缩率大于两相邻磁极交界处的烧成收缩率,故上述方法所得的多极磁环坯体在烧结后外圆呈多边形,如外径向八极磁环坯体烧成后外圆呈八边形,外径向六极磁环坯体烧成后外圆则呈六边形,增加了后续磨削工序的操作难度,且存在容易沿外圆棱角处开裂的问题,造成产品成品率低。
为改善上述方法中多极磁环坯体烧结后难磨削、易开裂的问题,中国台湾专利M473598公开了一种外径向多极磁环的成型模具结构,该模具结构对环形型腔(原文称“型腔”为“模穴”)进行了改良,在型腔外缘设有一衬套,该衬套在多极磁场的磁极中心处较薄、在磁极交界处较厚,使成型得到的坯体外圆不再是标准的圆形,而在磁极中心处呈圆弧状外凸的曲边多边形(参见专利原文的图十四)。经烧结收缩后,该坯体外圆将变为较标准的圆形,有效降低磨削难度及坯体沿外圆棱角处开裂的问题,提升了产品成品率。然而,该模具的上、下模须与型腔的衬套紧密配合,以形成密闭空间,故上、下模的外圆均须做成有多个圆弧状外凸的曲边多边形,这无疑增加了模具的制作难度;同时,在模具安装及使用时,须确保上、下模外圆的多个圆弧状外凸曲边与型腔衬套的厚薄变化位置相互对准,否则将会在成型时造成上、下模及型腔衬套的损坏、崩裂,可能发生危险,甚至威胁操作人员安全。值得注意的是,在模具使用过程中,上、下模与型腔衬套之间的少量相对位移是不可避免的。因此,该模具结构导致上、下模及型腔衬套经常性损坏,极大地增加生产成本、降低生产效率,并增加了生产过程的不安全因素。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,该方法在磁粉成型时的模具结构简单,生产稳定,成本较低,安全可靠,得到的磁环性能高且成品率高,无开裂问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取已准备好的锶铁氧体磁粉,加入润滑粘结剂,混合,过筛,得混合粉料;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉料填入模具内,再加压成型为环形坯体,成型时,通过在模具外缘施予径向2n极磁场,使坯体产生外径向2n磁极取向,n可以是1到24的自然数;
所述的模具由一具有环形型腔的中模、一组能够在环形型腔内相向位移加压的上模与下模构成,所述的混合粉料填入中模的环形型腔内,由上模与下模相向位移,能够使混合粉料被加压,形成环形坯体;
所述模具的中模由两个部分组成,一是由45#钢制作的外套筒,该外套筒外壁轮廓为圆形,套筒内壁轮廓则为沿径向外凸的曲边多边形,该多边形共有2n条外凸曲边,每条外凸曲边的中心对准中模外缘施加的多极磁场的每一个磁极中心;二是由无磁硬质合金制作的内套筒,该内套筒外壁轮廓为沿径向外凸的曲边多边形,该多边形与外套筒内壁的曲边多边形完全一致,内套筒内壁轮廓则为圆形;内、外套筒可无缝配合嵌套成一个整体,该整体在外观上为一标准的圆柱形套筒;成型时,该整体的外壁(即外套筒外壁)将被施予径向2n极磁场,该整体的内壁(即内套筒内壁)以内将被填充混合粉料;
(3)将成型所得的环形坯体进行烧结,磨削,清洗,得到干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环;
(4)经多极充磁及表面磁通密度检测后即为成品。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述的锶铁氧体磁粉牌号为Y30、Y35、Y40、Y45或Y48等。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述的润滑粘结剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、樟脑、硬脂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸金属盐或脂肪酸系蜡等中的一种或几种。所述硬脂酸金属盐优选硬脂酸钙。更优选地,所述润滑粘结剂为硬脂酸钙与聚乙二醇的质量比为1:1~3的混合物,或硬脂酸酰胺与油酸酰胺的质量比为1:0.5~1.5的混合物。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述的混合可采用搅拌混合或V型混料机混合,设备转速为30~29000 r/min,时间为0.5~800 min。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述过筛的目数≥40目。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述的加压成型压力为10~30 MPa(更优选为12~25 MPa),压制到生坯密度≥2.8 g/cm3即可。压力过小,则生坯强度低、易变形;压力过大,则易引起生坯开裂。压制成型至生坯的密度≥2.8 g/cm3。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述的径向2n极磁场的强度为3500~12000 Oe(更优选为4000~10000 Oe)。磁场强度过小,则难以达到满意的生坯取向度,使产品性能劣化;磁场强度过大,则对成型设备要求高、磁场线圈发热严重,使得生产成本高、效率低。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述的烧结是指以2~5℃/min的速率升温至1000~1300℃,烧结1~3h。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明成型模具的中模采用由导磁的45#钢与不导磁的无磁硬质合金构成的特殊双层复合结构。一方面,该双层复合结构保证模具型腔为标准的圆环形状,上、下模外圆均为标准圆形,从而降低模具使用时上、下模与型腔对准的难度,避免因模具使用过程中少量旋转位移导致型腔壁或上、下模损坏、崩裂的问题,增加模具使用过程的便利性与安全性,降低模具的维修频率与成本;另一方面,该双层复合结构可有效调节型腔内的磁场分布,与本发明技术方案相辅相成,在保证坯体磁性能的同时,可有效降低成型后坯体在烧结过程的径向不均匀收缩趋势,所得坯体在烧结后仍为较标准的圆环形状,外圆无明显棱角,从而降低后续磨削工序的操作难度,有效解决坯体沿外圆棱角处开裂的问题,明显提升产品成品率。
综上所述,本发明采用的特殊模具结构与本发明技术方案相辅相成,实现优于现有技术方案的效果,具有模具结构简单,生产稳定,成本较低,安全可靠,得到的磁环性能高、成品率高,且无开裂问题等优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
(1)取牌号为Y35的锶铁氧体干压粉末100 kg,加入樟脑粉1 kg、硬脂酸钙1 kg,进行搅拌混合,转速为800 r/min,时间为180 min,随后过60目筛,得混合粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉料填入模具内,再加压成型为环形坯体,所述的模具结构如图1-3所示;成型时,通过在中模外缘施予径向4极磁场,使坯体产生外径向4磁极取向,成型压力为25 MPa,成型磁场强度为5000 Oe,所得坯体密度为2.8 g/cm3;
(3)将所得坯体置于电窑炉中,以3℃/min的速率升温至1200℃,烧结1.5 h,磨削;
(4)将磨削后产品进行充磁,检验。
结果表明,所得铁氧体外径向4极磁环产品的表面磁通密度峰值的平均值为1905Gs,性能优异,合格率为95%,且无开裂不良品。
实施例2
(1)取牌号为Y45的锶铁氧体干压粉末100 kg,加入樟脑粉1 kg、加入0.5 kg硬脂酸酰胺(-325目)和0.5 kg油酸酰胺(-325目),进行搅拌混合,转速为29000 r/min,时间为5min,随后过40目筛,得混合粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉料填入模具内,再加压成型为环形坯体,所述的模具结构如图1-3所示;成型时,通过在中模外缘施予径向4极磁场,使坯体产生外径向4磁极取向,成型压力为12 MPa,成型磁场强度为8000 Oe,所得坯体密度为2.85 g/cm3;
(3)将所得坯体置于电窑炉中,以3℃/min的速率升温至1145℃,烧结2.5 h,磨削;
(4)将磨削后产品进行充磁,检验。
结果表明,所得铁氧体外径向4极磁环产品的表面磁通密度峰值的平均值为1970Gs,性能优异,合格率为93%,且无开裂不良品。
对比例1
(1)取牌号为Y35的锶铁氧体干压粉末100 kg,加入樟脑粉1 kg、硬脂酸钙1 kg,进行搅拌混合,转速为800 r/min,时间为180 min,随后过60目筛,得混合粉末;
(2)其余步骤按CNl04392836A步骤(2)-(5)进行,所得铁氧体外径向4极磁环产品的表面磁通密度峰值的平均值为1860 Gs,性能一般,合格率为83%,其中,开裂不良品占所有不良品的比率为57%。
对比例2
采用中国台湾专利M473598公开的外径向多极磁环的成型模具结构,其余操作步骤同实施例1。所得铁氧体外径向4极磁环产品的表面磁通密度峰值的平均值为1670 Gs,性能较差,合格率为88%,其中,开裂不良品占所有不良品的比率为10%。
综上所述,本发明采用的特殊模具结构与本发明技术方案相辅相成,实现优于现有技术方案的效果,具有模具结构简单,生产稳定,成本较低,安全可靠,得到的磁环性能高、成品率高,且无开裂问题等优点。
Claims (8)
1.一种减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取已准备好的锶铁氧体磁粉,加入润滑粘结剂,混合,过筛,得混合粉料;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合粉料填入模具内,再加压成型为环形坯体,成型时,通过在模具外缘施予径向2n极磁场,使坯体产生外径向2n磁极取向,n是1到24的自然数;
所述的模具由一具有环形型腔的中模、一组能够在环形型腔内相向位移加压的上模与下模构成,所述的混合粉料填入中模的环形型腔内,由上模与下模相向位移,能够使混合粉料被加压,形成环形坯体;
所述模具的中模由两个部分组成,一是由45#钢制作的外套筒,该外套筒外壁轮廓为圆形,套筒内壁轮廓则为沿径向外凸的曲边多边形,该多边形共有2n条外凸曲边,每条外凸曲边的中心对准中模外缘施加的多极磁场的每一个磁极中心;二是由无磁硬质合金制作的内套筒,该内套筒外壁轮廓为沿径向外凸的曲边多边形,该多边形与外套筒内壁的曲边多边形完全一致,内套筒内壁轮廓则为圆形;内、外套筒可无缝配合嵌套成一个整体,该整体在外观上为一标准的圆柱形套筒;成型时,该整体的外壁将被施予径向2n极磁场,该整体的内壁以内将被填充混合粉料;
(3)将成型所得的环形坯体进行烧结,磨削,清洗,得到干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环;
(4)经多极充磁及表面磁通密度检测后即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的锶铁氧体磁粉牌号为Y30、Y35、Y40、Y45或Y48。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的润滑粘结剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、樟脑、硬脂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸金属盐或脂肪酸系蜡中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的混合采用搅拌混合或V型混料机混合,设备转速为30~29000 r/min,时间为0.5~800 min。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述过筛的目数≥40目。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的加压成型压力为10~30 MPa,压制到生坯密度≥2.8 g/cm3。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的径向2n极磁场的强度为3500~12000 Oe。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的减少干压成型锶铁氧体外径向多极磁环开裂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述的烧结是指以2~5℃/min的速率升温至1000~1300℃,烧结1~3h。
