The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the wireless detection device for the elevator car and the elevator are provided aiming at solving the problem that the operation control, detection, maintenance and detection of the elevator car in the prior art are inconvenient.

Furthermore, the maintenance box and the mobile maintenance board are provided with one or more of a wireless communication module, a Near Field Communication (NFC) module, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) module or a Bluetooth module; the mobile maintenance board passes through the wireless communication module and the remote control maintenance box detects the car operation control.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a wireless cage detection device and an elevator, wherein the wireless cage detection device is used for detecting the operation control of a cage outside an elevator shaft and comprises an inspection box and a mobile inspection plate which are in wireless communication connection; the maintenance box is arranged on the top of the lift car and used for connecting and detecting the operation control of the lift car; the mobile access panel is used for controlling the access box to detect the car outside the elevator shaft. It can be understood that when the operation control detection is carried out on the lift car, the detection and maintenance work can be completed only on the floor plate outside the lift shaft without entering the lift shaft; and then the efficiency of detection maintenance is greatly improved and the personal safety of maintenance workers is effectively guaranteed.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a car wireless type maintenance device for detecting a running state control of a car 20 outside an elevator shaft 40, including: the maintenance box 12 and the mobile maintenance board 11 are in wireless communication connection; the maintenance box 12 is arranged on the top 21 of the car 20 and used for connecting and detecting the operation control of the car 20; the mobile access panel 11 is used to control the access box 12 to inspect the car 20 outside the hoistway 40. It can be understood that the wireless car maintenance device provided by the invention comprises a maintenance box 12 and a mobile maintenance board 11 which are separately arranged, wherein the maintenance box 12 is fixedly installed on the roof 21 of the car 20, namely, is located in the elevator shaft 40, and when maintenance detection is performed, the maintenance box 12 can be controlled to perform running state control detection on the car 20 only by operating the mobile maintenance board 11 on the floor board 50 outside the elevator shaft 40; the efficiency of detection maintenance is greatly improved and the personal safety of maintenance workers is effectively ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, in particular, the maintenance box 12 and the mobile maintenance board 11 are provided with wireless communication modules 13, and the wireless communication modules 13 include one or more of a Near Field Communication (NFC) module 131, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) module 132, a WIFI module 133, or a bluetooth module 134. It can be understood that the mobile access panel 11 remotely controls the access box 12 to detect the operation control of the car 20 through the wireless communication module 13; specifically, the mobile maintenance board 11 sends a detection instruction to the maintenance box 12 through the wireless communication module 13, and receives detection information fed back by the maintenance box 12; the maintenance box 12 receives a detection instruction of the mobile maintenance board 11 through the wireless communication module 13, detects the operation control state of the car 20 according to the detection instruction, and sends detection information to the mobile maintenance board 11; it can be understood that a single chip microcomputer 14 is further arranged in the mobile access panel 11 and the access box 12, and the single chip microcomputer 14 is used for data interpretation, coding and the like between the mobile access panel 11 and the access box 12; it should be noted that the single chip microcomputer 14 is in the prior art, and the invention is not emphasized and further described. Obviously, by arranging the wireless communication module 13, the remote control between the mobile access panel 11 and the access box 12 is realized; the inspection does not need to be performed into the hoistway 40, but rather on a floor panel 50 outside of the hoistway 40. Furthermore, the detection and maintenance efficiency is improved, and the personal safety of maintenance workers is effectively guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the mobile access panel 11 is provided with a detection button (not shown), and the detection button includes an emergency stop button 115, a detection knob 116, an up button 117, a down button 118, and a common button 119. It can be understood that, in the detection work, only by pressing the detection button on the mobile access panel 11, the mobile access panel 11 will send a control instruction corresponding to the detection button to the access box 12, and the access box 12 performs corresponding control detection according to the detection instruction; for example, when the up button 117 is pressed on the mobile access panel 11, the mobile access panel 11 sends an up control instruction to the access box 12 through the single chip 14 and the wireless communication module 13, and after receiving the up control instruction, the access box 12 controls the car 20 to perform up control detection and sends detection information to the mobile access box 12; meanwhile, it should be noted that the detection information may be whether to uplink, uplink speed, and the like, and the feedback of the detection information is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
Furthermore, the mobile access panel 11 is provided with an access panel storage battery (not shown); promptly remove access panel 11 can supply power through the access panel battery, and then made things convenient for detection achievement. Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment, the mobile access panel 11 is further provided with a first detection port 112, and the access box 12 is further provided with a second detection port 121 and a third detection port 122; the first repaired port and the second detection port 121 are used for wired communication connection between the mobile overhaul panel 11 and the overhaul box 12; the third detection port 122 is used for the service box 12, and is connected with and controls the car 20 and the elevator control box 30, that is, the service box 12 is connected with the car 20 through wired communication. It can be understood that the mobile access panel 11 and the access box 12 can also be connected by wired communication; furthermore, when a wireless connection failure occurs between the mobile access panel 11 and the access box 12, workers can also timely and effectively perform the detection and maintenance work of the fixed conditions in a wired connection manner. Meanwhile, an overhaul box overhaul button 124 is also arranged on the overhaul box 12, so that the operation control detection of the lift car 20 can be carried out by directly pressing the overhaul box overhaul button 124; the running stability of the wireless maintenance device of the car is further enhanced.
Further, be provided with maintenance box battery (not shown) and/or maintenance box power socket 123 on maintenance box 12, maintenance box power socket 123 is used for the electricity to connect car power 22, maintenance box battery is connected maintenance box power socket 123, and passes through maintenance box power socket 123 carries out the electric power storage. It can be understood that the wireless charging module is arranged on the maintenance box 12, so that the power supply of the maintenance box 12 is effectively ensured; meanwhile, the number of wires on the maintenance box 12 is simplified, and the stability of the wireless maintenance device of the car is improved.
In another embodiment, the mobile access panel 11 is further provided with a display screen 113 and/or a status indicator lamp 114; it can be understood that the display screen 113 is used for displaying the car 20 detection information fed back to the mobile access panel 11 by the access box 12; the status indicator lamp 114 displays the detection information of the car 20 fed back to the mobile access panel 11 by the service box 12 through color change. Specifically, after the inspection box 12 detects the operation control of the car 20, the inspection box feeds back detection information to the mobile inspection board 11, and the singlechip 14 in the mobile inspection board 11 interprets the detection information and controls the display screen 113 or the status indicator lamp 114 to display the detection information. It can be understood that by arranging the display screen 113 or the status indicator lamp 114, the detection result of the wireless car maintenance device on the car 20 can be visually displayed, and the detection and maintenance efficiency is obviously improved.
The present invention also provides an elevator, comprising: in the wireless car inspection device according to the present invention, the inspection box 12 in the wireless car inspection device is fixed to the roof 21 of the car 20 of the elevator, and is connected to the car 20 in data and electrical manner. It can be understood that the elevator provided by the invention can complete the detection and maintenance work only on the floor plate 50 outside the elevator shaft 40 without entering the elevator shaft 40 when the operation control detection is carried out on the elevator car 20; and then the efficiency of detection maintenance is greatly improved and the personal safety of maintenance workers is effectively guaranteed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a wireless cage detection device and an elevator, wherein the wireless cage detection device is used for detecting the running control of a cage outside an elevator shaft and comprises an overhaul box and a mobile overhaul board which are in wireless communication connection; the maintenance box is arranged on the top of the lift car and used for connecting and detecting the operation control of the lift car; the mobile access panel is used for controlling the access box to detect the car outside the elevator shaft. It can be understood that when the operation control detection is carried out on the lift car, the detection and maintenance work can be completed only on the floor plate outside the lift shaft without entering the lift shaft; and then the efficiency of detection maintenance is greatly improved and the personal safety of maintenance workers is effectively guaranteed.
