Abstract
本发明公开了一种丙酮酸激酶基因,该丙酮酸激酶的基因序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示。该丙酮酸激酶基因的编码氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO.2所示。该丙酮酸激酶的基因序列来源于蒺藜苜蓿。本发明从蒺藜苜蓿克隆出丙酮酸激酶基因,并对其功能进行了系统鉴定,发现了该基因不仅可以在体外催化磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸形成丙酮酸,还可以参与类黄酮的生物合成。
The invention discloses a pyruvate kinase gene, and the gene sequence of the pyruvate kinase is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The encoded amino acid sequence of the pyruvate kinase gene is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The gene sequence of the pyruvate kinase was derived from Medicago truncatula. The present invention clones the pyruvate kinase gene from Medicago truncatula, and systematically identifies its function. It is found that the gene can not only catalyze phosphoenolpyruvate to form pyruvate in vitro, but also participate in the biosynthesis of flavonoids.
