Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保可降解塑料袋,包括以下重量份的成分:低密度聚乙烯30‑55份,聚乙烯醇树脂20‑26份,丁三醇3‑5份,光偶联剂2‑6份,降解促进剂5‑10份,醋酸纤维素2‑7份,硅藻土1‑10份,螯合剂1‑4份,乳化剂2‑5份,自崩剂3‑7份。本发明所述的一种环保可降解塑料袋,通过将光偶联剂与螯合剂协同添加到聚乙烯塑塑料体系中,能够防止制备塑料袋加工过程中热老化引起的交联、防止凝胶化,能够极大的提高制成的塑料袋热稳定性、抗氧化性,还能起到增塑的效果;同时在材料中加入降解促进剂,制备的塑料袋具有优异的生物降解性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保可降解塑料袋。
背景技术
聚乙烯(polyethylene,简称PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。聚乙烯是结晶热塑性树脂,它们的化学结构、分子量、聚合度和其他性能很大程度上均依赖于使用的聚合方法。聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,是无臭、无味、无毒的可燃性白色粉末;聚乙烯容易光氧化、热氧化、臭氧分解,在紫外线作用下容易发生降解;聚乙烯化学稳定性较好,室温下可耐稀硝酸、稀硫酸和任何浓度的盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸、甲酸、醋酸、氨水、胺类、过氧化氢、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等溶液。
塑料袋是人们日常生活的必须品,但使用塑料袋的便利与环境污染直接的矛盾正在日益严重,为此,国家出台了限塑令,但效果不是太明显,除了减少塑料袋的使用量之外,塑料袋的材料也是需考虑的一方面,为此人们开始着力研究能够降解的塑料袋,目前尽管有关降解塑料的研究和报道较多,但许多具体问题不能解决,可降解塑料袋色泽暗淡发黄,透明度低,给人一种不够清洁和难看之感,用起来不放心。另外可降解塑料袋承重能力低,不能满足顾客多装东西和反复使用的要求;含淀粉的降解塑料耐水性都不好,湿强度差,一遇水则力学性能大降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保可降解塑料袋,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种环保可降解塑料袋,包括以下重量份的成分:低密度聚乙烯30-55份,聚乙烯醇树脂20-26份,丁三醇3-5份,光偶联剂2-6份,降解促进剂5-10份,醋酸纤维素2-7份,硅藻土1-10份,螯合剂1-4份,乳化剂2-5份,自崩剂3-7份。

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明所述的一种环保可降解塑料袋,通过将光偶联剂与螯合剂协同添加到聚乙烯塑塑料体系中,能够防止制备塑料袋加工过程中热老化引起的交联、防止凝胶化,能够极大的提高制成的塑料袋热稳定性、抗氧化性,还能起到增塑的效果;同时在材料中加入降解促进剂,制备的塑料袋具有优异的生物降解性。

一种环保可降解塑料袋,包括以下重量份的成分:低密度聚乙烯35份,聚乙烯醇树脂20份,丁三醇3份,光偶联剂3份,降解促进剂8份,醋酸纤维素3份,硅藻土3份,螯合剂1份,乳化剂4份,自崩剂3份。
实施例2:
一种环保可降解塑料袋,包括以下重量份的成分:低密度聚乙烯55份,聚乙烯醇树脂25份,丁三醇5份,光偶联剂5份,降解促进剂8份,醋酸纤维素6份,硅藻土7份,螯合剂2份,乳化剂5份,自崩剂7份。
