Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a repair base station with a sleeve crown base station, which is used for solving the problems that the existing modification base station is inconvenient to use, time-consuming to operate and responsible for maintenance.

The shape of the installation part is a truncated cone, an installation hole is formed in the central axis of the installation part, internal threads are formed in the inner side wall of the installation hole, and the installation screw penetrates through the counter bore and then is installed in the installation hole.
The connecting portion comprises a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, and the first connecting portion is arranged at the upper end of the second connecting portion.
The connecting portion further comprises a third connecting portion, the third connecting portion is arranged between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the shape of the first connecting portion, the shape of the second connecting portion and the shape of the third connecting portion are all inverted truncated cone shapes, and the threaded portion is a screw rod extending downwards from the second connecting portion.
Each central axis of the first connecting portion, the third connecting portion, the second connecting portion and the screw rod is the same straight line, and the first connecting portion, the third connecting portion, the second connecting portion and the screw rod are integrally formed.
The connecting device comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, wherein a through hole is formed in the first connecting part, a threaded hole is formed in the second connecting part, the through hole is communicated with the threaded hole, the central axis of the through hole coincides with the central axis of the threaded hole, and an included angle beta between the central axis of the threaded hole and the central axis of the mounting part is 15-30 degrees.
An included angle beta between the central axis of the threaded hole and the central axis of the mounting part is 15 degrees or 30 degrees.
The connecting bolt penetrates through the through hole and the threaded hole in sequence and extends outwards, and the threaded portion is a screw portion, located outside the threaded hole, of the connecting bolt.
An included angle alpha between the central axis of the counter bore in the outer sleeve crown base and the central axis of the outer sleeve crown base is 0 degrees or 7.5 degrees or 15 degrees or 22.5 degrees or 30 degrees.
The repairing abutment with the sleeve crown abutment has the advantages that the sleeve crown abutment is arranged on the multi-element abutment, the outer sleeve crown abutment in the sleeve crown abutment can be set to be 0 degree, 7.5 degrees, 15 degrees, 22.5 degrees and 30 degrees and matched with a finished sleeve (namely an outer sleeve), and meanwhile, the multi-element abutment can be set to be 0 degree, 15 degrees and 30 degrees and matched with the sleeve crown abutment, so that multi-angle repairing required in a false tooth repairing process can be met, the operation time of clinically carrying out false tooth repairing is shortened, and later maintenance of false teeth is facilitated.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a repair abutment with a sleeve crown abutment according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a multi-component abutment 100 and a sleeve crown abutment 200 disposed on the multi-component abutment 100, and is assembled in the early stage and maintained in the later stage by the multi-component abutment 100 and the sleeve crown abutment 200.
The multi-element base 100 comprises a mounting portion 101, a connecting portion and a threaded portion, wherein the mounting portion 101 is arranged at the top end of the connecting portion, the threaded portion is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the connecting portion 101, and through the arrangement, the multi-element base 100 is more convenient to assemble and maintain in the later period and is simple to operate.
The sleeve crown base 200 comprises an outer sleeve crown base 201 and an outer sleeve 202, a groove 204 matched with the mounting part 101 is formed in the lower portion of the outer sleeve crown base 201, the outer sleeve crown base 201 is arranged on the mounting part 101 through the groove 204, the early assembly and the later daily maintenance are facilitated, meanwhile, the compactness of the outer sleeve crown base 201 combined with the mounting part 101 can be improved through the mounting part 101 and the groove 204, the firmness of the combination of the multi-element base 100 and the outer sleeve crown base 201 is improved, and the safety and reliability are improved to a certain extent.
The outer sleeve crown base 201 is vertically provided with a counter bore 205 communicated with the groove 204, an included angle alpha between a central axis of the counter bore 205 in the outer sleeve crown base 201 and a central axis of the outer sleeve crown base 201 is 0 degrees, namely, the central axis of the counter bore 205 in the outer sleeve crown base 201 coincides with the central axis of the outer sleeve crown base 201, namely, the outer sleeve crown base 201 is vertically arranged on the mounting portion 101, a mounting screw 203 is arranged in the counter bore 205, the outer sleeve crown base 201 is fixedly connected with the mounting portion 101 through the mounting screw 203, the outer sleeve 202 is matched with the outer sleeve crown base 201, and the outer sleeve 202 is sleeved outside the outer sleeve crown base 201. By providing the mounting screw 203, the firmness of the outer sleeve crown base 201 and the mounting portion 101 can be further improved.
The shape of the installation part 101 is a truncated cone, an installation hole 106 is formed in the central axis of the installation part 101, the installation hole 106 is a blind hole, internal threads are formed in the inner side wall of the installation hole 106, and the installation screw 203 penetrates through the counter bore 205 and then is installed in the installation hole 106, so that the outer sleeve crown base 201 and the installation part 101 are combined more firmly, and the service life of the repair base with the sleeve crown base provided by the embodiment of the invention is prolonged.
The connecting portion comprises a first connecting portion 102, a second connecting portion 103 and a third connecting portion 104, the first connecting portion 102 is arranged at the upper end of the second connecting portion 103, the third connecting portion 104 is arranged between the first connecting portion 102 and the second connecting portion 103, the shapes of the first connecting portion 102, the second connecting portion 103 and the third connecting portion 104 are inverted circular truncated cones, and the threaded portion is a screw 105 extending downwards from the second connecting portion 103.
The central axes of the first connecting portion 102, the third connecting portion 104, the second connecting portion 103 and the screw 105 are all the same straight line, and the first connecting portion 102, the third connecting portion 104, the second connecting portion 103 and the screw 105 are integrally formed. Through the arrangement, the processing of the connecting part is convenient, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, a prosthetic abutment with a crown abutment according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that the connection portion includes a first connection portion 102 and a second connection portion 103, the first connection portion 102 is disposed at an upper end of the second connection portion 103, a through hole 107 is disposed in the first connection portion 102, a threaded hole 108 is disposed in the second connection portion 103, the through hole 107 is in communication with the threaded hole 108, a central axis of the through hole 107 coincides with a central axis of the threaded hole 108, and an angle β between the central axis of the threaded hole 108 and a central axis of the mounting portion 101 is 15 °. The connecting bolt 109 penetrates through the through hole 107 and the threaded hole 108 in sequence and extends outwards, and the threaded portion is a screw portion 1091 of the connecting bolt 109 located outside the threaded hole 108. Through the above arrangement, namely, the connecting part in the multi-element abutment 100 is inclined by 15 degrees and is fixedly arranged through the mounting part 101 and the sleeve crown abutment 200, the prosthetic appliance is convenient to repair, the clinical operation time is shortened, the aim of improving the working efficiency is fulfilled, and meanwhile, the maintenance is greatly convenient.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in the prosthetic base with a crown base according to embodiment 3 of the present invention, the difference from embodiment 2 is that the included angle β between the center axis of the threaded hole 108 in the second connecting portion 103 and the center axis of the mounting portion 101 is 30 °. Through the above arrangement, namely, the connecting part in the multi-element abutment 100 is inclined by 30 degrees and is fixedly arranged through the mounting part 101 and the sleeve crown abutment 200, the prosthetic appliance is convenient to repair, the clinical operation time is shortened, the aim of improving the working efficiency is fulfilled, and meanwhile, the maintenance is greatly convenient.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, in the repair abutment with a sleeve crown abutment according to embodiment 4 of the present invention, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the included angle α between the center axis of the counterbore 205 in the outer sleeve crown abutment 201 and the center axis of the outer sleeve crown abutment 201 is 7.5 °. By the arrangement, the outer sleeve crown base 201 is installed on the installation part 101 through the groove 204 in a way of tilting rightwards by 7.5 degrees, meanwhile, the outer sleeve 202 is sleeved on the outer sleeve crown base 201 in a way of tilting rightwards by 7.5 degrees, namely, the sleeve crown base 200 and the multi-element base 100 are arranged in a way of tilting 7.5 degrees, and in addition, the included angle alpha between the central axis of the counter bore 205 in the outer sleeve crown base 201 and the central axis of the outer sleeve crown base 201 can be 15 degrees, 22.5 degrees or 30 degrees. Through the arrangement, the false tooth is convenient to repair, so that the clinical operation time is reduced, the aim of improving the working efficiency is fulfilled, and meanwhile, the maintenance is greatly convenient.
According to the repair base with the sleeve crown base, the sleeve crown base is used on the multi-element base, the outer sleeve crown base in the sleeve crown base can be set to be 0 DEG, 7.5 DEG, 15 DEG, 22.5 DEG and 30 DEG to be matched with a finished sleeve (namely the outer sleeve), and meanwhile, the multi-element base can also be set to be 0 DEG, 15 DEG and 30 DEG to be matched with the sleeve crown base, so that multi-angle repair required in a false tooth repair process can be met, the operation time for clinically performing false tooth repair is shortened, and the later maintenance of false teeth is facilitated. Meanwhile, the advantages of screw retention and syncone base stations of the multi-element base station are combined, the purpose of designing the multi-angle base stations is to find out a joint positioning channel among the plurality of base stations, the plurality of implant bodies are integrally connected, the screw or adhesive retention is not needed, the retention can be realized only through the friction force between the sleeve and the base stations, and the disassembly and the assembly are greatly convenient.
The repair base with the sleeve crown base provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that a plurality of implants are not more than 120 degrees in parallel and are in place by matching the multi-element base with the sleeve crown base, especially when the plurality of implants on the upper jaw are planted obliquely. When the angle deviation of 120 degrees exists between two implants, two 30-degree multi-element base stations can be used for solving the problem of 60-degree angle deviation. In the method, two sleeve crown base stations with the angle of 30 degrees are used, and the 60-degree deviation is solved, so that even if two implants with the angle of great difference can be parallel to each other, the sleeve crown base stations are used for repairing.
If 115 degrees of deviation exists between two implants, the base table can be used, and the taper of the sleeve crown base table is 4-6 degrees, the taper of the two sides can reach 8-12 degrees, and the prosthesis can be in place.
In the repairing abutment with the sleeve crown abutment provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the maxillary full-mouth implant is carried out, particularly the wing-penetrating plate implant and the cheekbone-penetrating implant are carried out, in order to use the existing bone quantity as much as possible, the inclination angles of the implants are different and sometimes even larger than 45 degrees, the multi-element abutment can be used for finding a common positioning channel, and each implant is accurately balanced by using the sleeve crown abutment, so that a temporary false tooth and a final repairing false tooth can be manufactured in a sleeve crown repairing mode.
The repair base with the sleeve crown base provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that any deviation of 0-120 degrees of two implants can be repaired by complex oral implantation, and basically solves the problem of deviation of all implants, and the high-efficiency sleeve crown is used for repair.
