FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of one embodiment of the nail polisher of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a perspective exploded view of the nail polisher of fig. 1.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the nail grinder of the present invention has advantages of small volume and convenient use, and can collect debris, and comprises: the multifunctional kitchen knife comprises an outer shell 1, an inner shell 2, a knife head 3, a motor 4, a scrap storage bin 5, a rechargeable battery 7, a cover cap 9 and a lighting lamp 10.
The housing 1 is used to protect various structures inside the nail polisher, and is preferably a cylindrical structure with both ends penetrating, and each structure is accommodated and mounted inside the cylindrical structure.
The inner housing 2 is housed in the outer housing 1, and includes: a first inner housing 21 and a second inner housing 22 fitted to the first inner housing 21. The first and second inner housings 21 and 22 define an interior space having an upper chamber 23 and a lower chamber 24. The lower chamber 24 is separated from the upper chamber 23 by a partition 25. Preferably, the first inner housing 21 and the second inner housing are attached by screw locking.
The tool bit 3 has a working surface 31 and a connecting surface 32 opposite to the working surface 31, and the working surface 31 is a friction surface and is in contact with a nail to realize nail polishing. Preferably, a knurled structure (not shown) is formed on the working surface 31 by a wire cutting process to form the friction surface. The knurling is a plurality of projections and depressions which are regularly arranged. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion is triangular.
The cutting head 3 is preferably a disc, and the working surface 31 and the connecting surface 32 are end surfaces at both ends of the disc. The cutter head 3 can rotate by taking the axis thereof as a rotating shaft so as to realize the function of the working surface 31 and the fingernails. At this time, the connection surface 32 is in transmission connection with a motor shaft of the motor 4 through a link 33, so that the cutter head 3 can rotate under the driving of the motor 4. The connecting rod 33 and the cutter head 3 can be arranged separately, connected by bonding or welding, or integrally arranged. Preferably, the end of the link 33 is perpendicularly connected to the center of the connection surface 32.
The scrap storage bin 5 is used for collecting nail scraps generated when the cutter head 3 works. One end of the chip storage bin 5 is accommodated and installed at one end of the inner shell 2, the other end of the chip storage bin 5 extends out of the inner shell 2, and the cutter head 3 is accommodated in the chip storage bin 5.
The scrap storage bin 5 is a cavity structure, one end of the scrap storage bin is a cylindrical cavity 52, and the other end of the scrap storage bin is provided with a sunken arc-shaped surface 51 matched with the shape of a nail. Through setting up arcwall face 51 has not only protected the skin of fingernail, and makes the nail shape radian after polishing more mellow, pleasing to the eye.
The cutter head 3 is accommodated in the scrap storage bin 5, the cylindrical cavity 52 is provided with a through hole, and the connecting rod 33 penetrates through the through hole to be in transmission connection with the motor 4. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped surface 51 is further provided with a strip-shaped opening 53, and the working surface 31 of the tool bit 3 is arranged close to the opening 53. Thus, a fingernail can contact the working surface 31 through the opening 53. Preferably, the opening 53 is a kidney-shaped opening having a curvature.
In order to facilitate the installation of the chip storage bin 5, an installation cavity 26 of the chip storage bin 5 is formed at one end of the inner shell 2, a locking block 54 is arranged at one end, located in the installation cavity 26, of the chip storage bin 5, and a locking groove 261 matched with the locking block 54 is formed in the installation cavity 26. Further, in order to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the chip storage bin 5, one end of the lock groove 261 is further connected with a sliding groove 27 extending to the end surface of the inner shell, a protruding ridge 2611 is arranged in the lock groove 261, and a limiting protrusion 541 abutting against the protruding ridge 2611 is arranged on the lock block 54. Thus, when installed, the locking piece 54 of the dust bin 5 slides from the sliding groove 27 into the locking groove 261 and is locked by the protrusion 2611. When the chip storage bin 5 is disassembled, acting force is applied to the chip storage bin 5, so that the locking block 54 is separated from the locking groove 261 and further slides out along the sliding groove 27.
The rechargeable battery 7 is accommodated in the lower chamber 24, and the cap 9 is screwed to the other end of the inner case 2. The illuminating lamp 10 faces the scrap storage bin 5 and is electrically connected with the rechargeable battery 7 through a lead. By arranging the illuminating lamp 10, the nail polish is convenient to grind under the condition of insufficient light. Correspondingly, the scrap storage bin 5 is made of transparent materials or is provided with a light-transmitting part for light to pass through.
In conclusion, the nail polisher is small in size and convenient to use, and can collect nail scraps. Meanwhile, the nail polisher can enable the shape and radian of the polished nail to be more mellow and beautiful.
