Abstract

The invention solves the technical problem that the knife holder is easy to misplace with the isolation knife when the knife holder bears the tension traction of a high-voltage wire due to the clamping and assembly of the isolation knife and the knife holder in the traditional circuit breaker, thereby influencing the conductive communication effect.

However, the isolating knife of the vacuum circuit breaker adopts a parallel double-knife-arm structure, and when the isolating knife is switched on, the double-knife-arm clamps the isolating knife holder to form a power-on loop. When the wiring portion 42 is connected with the high-voltage wire and the circuit breaker is in a closing state, if tension exists on the high-voltage wire, the two cutter arms 33 limit the movement of the static contact portion 41, and the tension of the high-voltage wire can be decomposed into two forces, wherein one force points to the copper sleeve 31 to enable the static contact portion 41 to be tightly pressed with the copper sleeve 31, the tension of the high-voltage wire can not enable the movable contact cutter 3 to be separated from the static contact portion 41, the effective contact area of the movable contact cutter 3 and the static contact seat is guaranteed, and therefore the conductive communication effect of the circuit breaker in the closing state is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the friction force generated when the movable contact blade 3 and the static contact seat 4 are closed, the movable contact blade 3 is assembled with a copper sleeve 31 in a rolling manner, and in other embodiments, the copper sleeve and the movable contact blade arm may be assembled in a non-rolling manner, for example, welded, integrally cast, etc.
