Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a wheel type measuring tool which can improve the measuring precision and quality, reduce the number of high-altitude operators and reduce the installation and construction risks of spacers.
The invention provides a wire spacing rod installation distance measuring device, which adopts the technical scheme that: a meter counter (2), an acousto-optic prompter (3), a power supply battery (4), an auxiliary wheel (5) and a measuring wheel (10) are arranged inside a U-shaped box (1), the shafts of the auxiliary wheel (5) and the measuring wheel (10) are fixed on the U-shaped box (1), one end of the shaft of the measuring wheel (10) is provided with a spacer bar installation and measurement mark (11), the other end of the shaft of the measuring wheel (10) is provided with an encoder (21), a push hook (6) is arranged at one side of the U-shaped box (1), a support (7) is welded at one side of the U-shaped box (1), a clamping wheel (8) and a clamping wheel sliding rail (14) are arranged in the support (7), a lead (12) is positioned between the measuring wheel (10) and the clamping wheel (8), the shaft of the clamping wheel (8) is arranged on the clamping wheel support frame (15), two ends of a cross bar at the upper end of the clamping wheel support, the clamp wheel support frame (15) penetrates through a cross rod at the lower part of the support (7), a spring (9) is arranged between the cross rod at the lower part of the support (7) and the upper end of the clamp wheel support frame (15), a clamp wheel lower pull ring (16) is further arranged at the lower end of the clamp wheel support frame (15), an infrared aligner (13) with rotation is arranged on one side of the support (7), and a display screen (17), a SET key 'SET' (18), a shift key '<' (19) and a plus key 'reverse V' (20) are arranged on the U-shaped box (1).
The U-shaped box (1) is provided with an opening at the lower part, and a small hole is formed in the side wall of the U-shaped box (1) corresponding to the acousto-optic prompter (3); a small hole is formed in the side wall of the U-shaped box (1) corresponding to the position of the encoder;
the shaft of the measuring wheel (10) and the wheel are fixed and rotate at the same time, the encoder (21) is arranged outside the U-shaped box (1), the shaft of the encoder (21) passes through a small hole of the U-shaped box (1) to be fixedly connected with the shaft of the measuring wheel (10), and the encoder and the wheel rotate at the same time to generate a pulse signal; the acousto-optic prompter (3) is partially exposed out of the U-shaped box (1).
The auxiliary wheel (5) and the clamping wheel (8) are concave semicircular wheels, the measuring wheel (10) is a cylindrical wheel, the two sides of the measuring wheel are convex, and the clamping wheel (8) plays a role in fixing a measuring instrument and ensuring that the measuring wheel (10) does not idle.
The infrared aligner (13) with the rotation and the spacer mounting and measuring marks (11) are on the same vertical plane, and after the measuring device reaches the position, the infrared aligner is opened and rotates to enable the infrared to align with the other phase wires to determine the mounting position.
The measuring wheel (10) and the auxiliary wheel (5) are positioned on the upper side of the lead (12), the clamping wheel (8) is positioned on the lower side of the lead (12), and the distance between the clamping wheel (8) and the measuring wheel (10) is equal to the distance between the clamping wheel (8) and the auxiliary wheel (5).
The measuring wheel (10) can be replaced, the measuring wheel (10) is set to be in different specifications, and the diameter of the middle part of the measuring wheel (10) is 3 cm-10 cm.
When the lower pull ring (16) is pulled, the distance between the clamping wheel (8) and the measuring wheel (10) and the distance between the auxiliary wheels (5) are increased, and the lead (12) is put in and taken out.
The using method of the invention comprises the following steps:

and step 3: alarm and output time setting: after the delayed alarm and output time is SET, a SET key 'SET' (18) is pressed again, a display screen (17) displays 'H3', the current alarm and output time setting is shown, the setting method is the same as the meter value setting method, the delayed alarm and setting time range is 0.1-9999.9 seconds, and the alarm and output time is closed when the time is SET to '0000.0';
and 4, step 4: automatic reset time setting: after the alarm and output time is SET, a SET key 'SET' (18) is pressed again, a display screen (17) displays 'H4', the current setting is the automatic reset time, the setting method is the same as the meter value setting method, the automatic reset time range is 0.1-9999.9 seconds, and the automatic reset only resets interface numbers, namely the number of meters;

and 7: reducing magnification setting: after the magnification is SET, a SET key 'SET' (18) is pressed again, a display screen (17) displays 'H7', the current setting of the magnification is reduced, the setting method is the same as the meter value setting method, a shift key '<' (19) can select the number of the magnification to be input, an addition key '^' (20) can input 0-9 digits, the reduction magnifications are respectively 1, 10, 100 and 1000, after the reduction magnification is SET, the SET key 'SET' (18) is pressed again, the meter interface is returned, the whole setting is finished, and the SET parameters can be immediately executed;
the multiplying power setting and the reduction multiplying power setting value are set according to different outer diameters of the selected measuring wheels, and the multiplying power value calculation formula is as follows: magnification = measurement wheel cross section outer circumference ÷ 100 in millimeters;
when the device is used, an aerial worker finishes setting according to the installation distance of the spacer, drives the measurer to walk, starts the bells and the light emitters to prompt when the aerial worker reaches the installation position of the spacer, reminds the aerial worker, finishes the measurement of the installation distance of the spacer, can open the infrared aligner (13) and rotate to align the infrared aligner to other phase wires, and finishes the determination of the installation positions of the spacer of other phase wires; and next, measuring the installation distance of the next spacer, wherein the meter counter has a storage function on the set distance value, if the installation distance of the next spacer is the same as the previous installation distance, the next spacer is not required to be reset, and otherwise, the next spacer is required to be reset.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the traditional spacer installation distance measuring method is changed, the spacer installation construction risk is reduced, and the electric shock hazard in the live line construction process is avoided; the number of workers working aloft by one pull rope ruler can be reduced, and the number of workers working aloft is reduced; the problem of low precision of the rope ruler in measurement is solved, the problems that the rope ruler is easy to break due to abrasion and the scale label is easy to be worn and cannot be seen clearly, slide and fall off in the using process are solved, and the precision and the quality of spacer installation are improved; the infrared aligner with the rotation is used, so that the position of the multi-phase conductor spacer can be accurately determined and installed.

The diameter of the measuring wheel (10) is 3 cm.
In the using method of the distance measuring instrument for installing the conductor spacer, if the distance of the conductor spacer to be installed is 30m, the following settings are required:
step 1, after a setting key 'SET' (18) is pressed for 3 seconds, a display screen (17) displays 'H1' and the SET meter value is 30 meters;
step 2, pressing the SET key 'SET' (18) again, displaying 'H2' on the display screen (17), and setting the time delay alarm and output time to 0000.0
Step 3, pressing the SET key 'SET' (18) again, displaying 'H3' on the display screen (17), and setting the alarm and output time to be 5 seconds;
step 4, pressing the SET key 'SET' (18) again, displaying 'H4' on the display screen (17), and setting the automatic reset time to be 5 minutes;
step 5, pressing the SET key 'SET' (18) again, displaying 'H5' on the display screen (17), and setting the decimal point position as the last two decimal points;
step 6, pressing the SET key "SET" (18) again, displaying "H6" on the display screen (17), and setting the magnification to 0.942, (magnification value =3 × 3.14 × 10 ÷ 100);
step 7, pressing the SET key 'SET' (18) again, displaying 'H7' on the display screen (17), and setting the reduction magnification to 10;
pressing the SET key 'SET' (18) again, returning to the meter interface, completing the whole setting, and executing the SET parameters immediately;
after the setting is finished, the aerial worker drives the measurer to walk, when the distance measured by the measurer reaches 30 meters, the device starts the bells and the light emitter to prompt, the duration time of the bells is 5 seconds, the aerial worker is reminded, the installation distance measurement of a spacer is finished, at the moment, the infrared aligner (13) is aligned to other phase wires and marks are made, after 5 minutes from the beginning of the bells, the numerical value of the display screen of the measuring instrument returns to zero, and then the next equidistant measurement can be directly carried out without setting. If the next spacer installation distance is not the same as the previous installation distance, a reset is required.
