本发明提供一种检测外泌体的适配体组、侧流式适配体生物传感器及其制备方法,属于外泌体检测技术领域。检测外泌体的适配体组包括CD63适配体和EpCam适配体,CD63适配体能特异性与外泌体的CD63蛋白结合,EpCam适配体能特异性与外泌体的EPCAM蛋白结合,两种适配体组不易受pH、温度等环境因素影响稳定性好。本发明还提供侧流式适配体生物传感器,主要基于层析试纸条原理将CD63适配体喷涂于结合垫上,将EpCam适配体喷涂形成检测线上,质控线上喷涂有能与纳米金标记的适配体的DNA探针通过碱基互补配对结合。测流式适配体生物传感器可以检测到500000个外泌体,为癌症快速筛查和诊断提供了革新的工具。
