技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是涉及一种抗衰老护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
老化是生命生长的必然规律,其中以皮肤的变化最为明显,老化后的皮肤具有以下特征:皱纹增多,皮肤松驰,光泽、光滑度、张力和弹性降低,皮肤纹理变粗,色素沉着增多等,而这些都是美丽的大敌。随着人们消费意识和健康观念的提高,人们都希望“青春永驻”,因此千方百计寻找各种防止老化的方法,抗衰老化妆品成为了广大消费者迫切需求的产品之一。
目前,人们普遍接受的衰老自由基学说认为,衰老过程中的退行性变化是由于细胞正常代谢过程中产生的自由基的有害作用造成的。由于皮肤中自由基增加,损伤生物膜,促进弹性蛋白纤维增加和无定形化,以及胶原蛋白纤维显著减少和葡萄氨聚糖增加等皮肤老化现象。因此,目前抗衰老化妆品主要通过添加具有抗氧化作用的成分,如维C、维E、番茄红素、熊果酸、白藜芦醇等,来实现对抗和清除过量自由基防止自由基的损伤作用,或通过保湿和修复皮肤屏障功能,或补充胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白等来延缓衰老。
然而,该类抗衰老化妆品存在抗衰老功能相对单一、抗衰老效果不明显等缺陷,因此,亟需开发一种抗衰老效果明显的多功能抗衰老产品。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种抗衰老效果较佳的抗衰老护肤品。
一种抗衰老护肤品,按重量百分比计,包括:60%~93%水、5%~20%保湿剂、0.1%~0.5%增稠剂、0.01%~0.1%螯合剂、0.01%~0.3%润肤剂、0.1%~1%瑞士米百乐公司生产的RoyalEpigen P5和0.2%~5%瑞士米百乐公司生产的MossCellTecTMNo.1。
研究表明,细胞核与衰老关系密切,在衰老细胞里,进出细胞核的运输能力大大下降,且细胞对环境变化的适应能力变迟缓。本发明上述抗衰老护肤品从提高生命活动中各种物质进出细胞核的运输水平和促进细胞再生的角度出发,将RoyalEpigen P5和MossCellTecTMNo.1配合保湿剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、螯合剂等使用,并调节好各原料组分的配比,通过各组分协同增效作用,得到铺展性好、易于吸收、滋润效果和抗衰老效果极佳的抗衰老护肤品。
瑞士米百乐公司生产的MossCellTecTMNo.1是使用小立碗藓(Physcomitrellapatens)的原丝体培养物进行生产得到的,主要包含植醇、异麦芽和水,能够改善细胞核的核孔复合物的运载能力,提升细胞核功能。瑞士米百乐公司生产的RoyalEpigen P5是由水解蜂王浆蛋白、氢化卵磷脂、甘油、乳木果脂、麦芽糊精和水等组合而成的生化活性成分,水解蜂王浆蛋白能够降解老化蛋白质、加快组织再生,平滑肌肤,而乳木果脂、氢化卵磷脂和甘油能够增加皮肤渗透性、加强角质细胞的吸收。上述抗衰老护肤品利用MossCellTecTMNo.1改善衰老细胞中分子进出细胞核的运载能力来提升细胞核功能,使细胞恢复年轻态,从而抵消衰老过程中各种新陈代谢减慢所带来的影响,同时通过RoyalEpigenP5对基因的表观遗传物质给予正面积极的影响,降解老化蛋白质和加快皮肤更新,该产品能够提升细胞核功能、维持肌肤弹性、促进细胞老化蛋白降解和皮肤细胞再生、平滑肌肤,从多方面延缓皮肤衰老,具有显著的抗衰老效果。

在其中一个实施例中,所述保湿剂选自丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、透明质酸钠、透明质酸、乳酸钠、二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠和日本旭化成化学集团公司生产的PellicerLB-10中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述保湿剂为丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、透明质酸钠和二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠。
二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠为双头型两性氨基酸表面活性剂,具有普通氯基酸所无法达到的优越性,其两个氨基酸部分以肽键形成双锁结构,具有双链结构和多个酰胺键,对皮肤亲和力特别好,有利于提高皮肤的屏障功能;而且其类似于神经酰胺的结构能够高效渗透到皮肤角质层,帮助细胞基质中的神经酰胺恢复到健康肌肤的水平,如强度、厚度、弹性和保水性。本发明通过将上述多种保湿剂配合使用,能够明显提高产品的保湿效果的同时还能提高抗衰老作用。
在其中一个实施例中,所述保湿剂为丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、透明质酸钠和日本旭化成化学集团公司生产的Pellicer LB-10。
日本旭化成化学集团公司生产的Pellicer LB-10主要包括丁二醇、二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠和水,其中二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠来自植物提取物。
在其中一个实施例中,所述润肤剂选自棕榈酸异丙酯、油橄榄果油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸甘油三酯、癸酸甘油三酯、氢化聚异丁烯和甘油三(乙基己酸)酯的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、卡波姆、黄原胶和聚丙烯酸中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述螯合剂选自乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA二钠)和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述抗衰老护肤品还包括0.5wt%~1.5wt%防腐剂。
在其中一个实施例中,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯乙酮。
进一步地,在所述抗衰老护肤品中,所述对羟基苯乙酮和所述苯氧乙醇的重量比为(1~1.2):1。
对羟基苯乙酮天然存在于菊科植物和萝藦科植物中,具有抗氧化、抗刺激和广谱防腐能力,又具有较好的水溶性,可以减少添加防腐剂带来的刺激性。苯氧乙醇具有低致敏、广谱高效的防腐杀菌能力,且既能溶于水又能溶于油,使用方便。上述通过二者复配使用,能够起到增效防腐作用,降低单个防腐剂的使用量,减少刺激。
在其中一个实施例中,所述抗衰老护肤品还包括0.03wt%~0.3wt%抗敏剂。
在其中一个实施例中,所述抗敏剂选自甘草酸二钾、红没药醇和尿囊素中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述抗敏剂为甘草酸二钾。
甘草酸二钾具有抗炎、抗过敏、保湿等功效。如此不但可以起来抗敏作用,还能起到一定的抗火和保湿效果。
在其中一个实施例中,按重量百分比计,包括:85%~90%水、3%~6%丁二醇、2%~4%1,3-丙二醇、0.02%~0.1%EDTA二钠、0.2%~0.4%羟乙基纤维素、0.05%~0.2%透明质酸钠、0.1%~0.3%黄原胶、0.3%~0.8%瑞士米百乐公司生产的RoyalEpigen P5、0.3%~0.8%日本旭化成化学集团公司生产的Pellicer LB-10、1%~3%瑞士米百乐公司生产的MossCellTecTMNo.1、0.1%~0.3%甘草酸二钾、0.3%~0.5%苯氧乙醇和0.2%~0.7%对羟基苯乙酮。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种上述抗衰老护肤品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照所述抗衰老护肤品的配方,将各组分混合、搅拌均匀,得到所述抗衰老护肤品。
在其中一个实施例中,所述将各组分混合的步骤如下:
将所述羟乙基纤维素、所述透明质酸钠、所述黄原胶依次加入到所述丁二醇中,搅拌均匀,得混合物A;
在搅拌条件下,将所述1,3-丙二醇、所述EDTA二钠和所述水混合均匀,得混合物B;
将所述混合物A和所述混合物B混合均匀后,于65℃~80℃保温5~15min,后降温至40℃~48℃,加入所述RoyalEpigen P5、所述Pellicer LB-10和所述MossCellTecTMNo.1,搅拌均匀,得混合物C;
将所述甘草酸二钾、所述苯氧乙醇、所述对羟基苯乙酮和所述混合物C混合、搅拌均匀,得到所述抗衰老护肤品。
上述制备方法工艺简单可控,得到的产品一致性好,方便推广。

实施例1~5和对比例1~3的抗衰老护肤品的制备方法的步骤如下:
1)、将羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、黄原胶依次加入到丁二醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A。
2)、将去离子水加入乳化锅中,开启搅拌,搅拌速度设为60转/分,加入1,3-丙二醇、EDTA二钠,混匀,得到混合物B。
3)、往混合物B中加入混合物A,继续搅拌混均后,加热升温至73℃~78℃,并保温10分钟,直至所有物料完全分散。
4)、降温至45℃时,加入RoyalEpigen P5、Pellicer LB-10(或二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠)和MossCellTecTMNo.1,搅拌均匀,得到混合物C。
5)、往混合物C中依次加入甘草酸二钾、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮,搅拌20分钟,直至完全分散。
6)、降温至35℃~40℃时,过滤出料,所得滤液即为抗衰老护肤品。
二、各性能测试
1、延缓衰老测试(体外测试)
测试样品:实施例1~5和对比例1~3
测试方法:
1)、以双氧水引发人体正常的纤维母细胞老化。
2)、然后分别对含有1.5%的实施例和对比例样品进行培养。
3)、对它们进行β-半乳糖苷酶的活性分析,这种酶会在衰老的细胞中积累,因此它是一个衰老的生物标志。通过组织化学染色技术来鉴定,并在显微镜下拍摄及计算染色细胞的数量。
实验结果:
1)、经过双氧水处理后,衰老的纤维母细胞数量增加了三倍。
2)、经过样品培养后,染色细胞的数量均有所减少,其中,含实施例3的样品培养后染色细胞数量减少了55%,实施例2减少了47%,实施例4减少了49%,实施例1和实施例5分别减少了35%和38%,对比例1减少了15%,对比例2减少了12%,对比例3减少了8%。
3)、结果表明:
1)含有实施例1~5的样品进行培养后染色细胞数量减少了35%以上,说明本发明抗衰老护肤品在防止细胞老化方面具有确切的功效。
2)对比例1~3可在一定程度上防止细胞老化,但是效果不明显,本发明实施例1~5较对比例1~3在防止细胞老化有显著效果,说明本发明的抗衰老护肤品中,RoyalEpigenP5和MossCellTecTMNo.1具有协同作用,按照一定用量添加可显著防止细胞老化,且明显好于单独使用RoyalEpigen P5或MossCellTecTMNo.1。
2、产品安全性评估(人体皮肤斑贴试验结果)
评价方法:
1)受试物:实施例1~5的样品
2)阴性对照:去离子水
3)受试者:共30人,男10人,女20人,年龄18~40岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
4)斑试方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法,将受试物约0.02ml~0.025ml涂于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者前臂曲侧,24小时后去除受试物,于去除受试物斑试器后30min,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。
5)结果评价:按表3(皮肤不良反应分级标准)记录反应结果。
6)试验结果:见下表4
表4人体皮肤斑贴试验结果
人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示:
实施例1~5中,30名受试者皮肤全部呈阴性反应(评分等级:0级)。依据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)人体皮肤班贴试验判断标准,样品对人体无皮肤不良反应。
实验结论:本发明上述实施例1~5的抗衰护肤品的温和性非常高,完全适用于各类肤质的人群。
3、人体试用评价
样品:实施例1~5和对比例1~3。
试用者:30~40岁女性志愿者,共100人。
试验方法:在使用样品前,试用者使用相同的温和洁面产品清洗脸部,左脸涂抹本发明实施例的抗衰老护肤品,右脸涂抹等量对比例的产品,使用频率为早晚各一次,连续每天使用,试用期为60天,使用时避免室外暴晒。根据感官评价填写试用评价表,主要评价指标有:铺展性、吸收性、滋润效果、提高皮肤弹性和减少深度皱纹效果,最高分为5分,最低为1分,最后进行统计和对比。
试用评价结果见下表5:

从上表5的试用反馈结果可知,本发明上述实施例1~5的抗衰老护肤品铺展性好、易吸收,滋润效果好,可明显地提高皮肤的弹性,减少深度皱纹效果明显,且相较于对比例1~3的效果显著。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括:60%~93%水、5%~20%保湿剂、0.1%~0.5%增稠剂、0.01%~0.1%螯合剂、0.01%~0.3%润肤剂、0.1%~1%瑞士米百乐公司生产的RoyalEpigen P5和0.2%~5%瑞士米百乐公司生产的MossCellTecTMNo.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括:80%~90%水、5%~10%保湿剂、0.2%~0.5%增稠剂、0.03%~0.8%螯合剂、0.1%~0.3%润肤剂、0.3%~0.8%瑞士米百乐公司生产的RoyalEpigen P5和1%~3%瑞士米百乐公司生产的MossCellTecTMNo.1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述保湿剂选自丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、透明质酸钠、透明质酸、乳酸钠、二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠和日本旭化成化学集团公司生产的Pellicer LB-10中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述润肤剂选自棕榈酸异丙酯、油橄榄果油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸甘油三酯、癸酸甘油三酯、氢化聚异丁烯和甘油三(乙基己酸)酯的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、卡波姆、黄原胶和聚丙烯酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述抗衰老护肤品还包括0.5wt%~1.5wt%防腐剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯乙酮。
8.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述抗衰老护肤品还包括0.03wt%~0.3wt%抗敏剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括:85%~90%水、3%~6%丁二醇、2%~4%1,3-丙二醇、0.02%~0.1%EDTA二钠、0.2%~0.4%羟乙基纤维素、0.05%~0.2%透明质酸钠、0.1%~0.3%黄原胶、0.3%~0.8%瑞士米百乐公司生产的RoyalEpigen P5、0.3%~0.8%日本旭化成化学集团公司生产的Pellicer LB-10、1%~3%瑞士米百乐公司生产的MossCellTecTMNo.1、0.1%~0.3%甘草酸二钾、0.3%~0.5%苯氧乙醇和0.2%~0.7%对羟基苯乙酮。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述抗衰老护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按照所述抗衰老护肤品的配方,将各组分混合、搅拌均匀,得到所述抗衰老护肤品。
