Description

Surgical anastomat and nail bin assembly thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a surgical anastomat and a nail bin assembly thereof.
Background
The surgical anastomat is a mechanical suturing instrument used for replacing the traditional manual suturing in medicine, compared with the traditional manual suturing technology, the mechanical suturing anastomat has the advantages of small tissue reaction, neat arrangement of the suturing nails and equal intervals, and effectively avoids the problems of over-dense manual suturing and over-loose ligation; meanwhile, the anastomat for mechanical suturing is simple and convenient to operate, and the operation time of a doctor can be greatly shortened.
However, the suturing nail used by the anastomat is usually made of metal materials such as titanium and the like, is hard in texture, has poor mechanical compatibility when being used for suturing soft tissues, is easy to cause mechanical injury to fragile soft tissues, and is easy to cause phenomena such as leakage, bleeding and fistula of a suturing opening. Aiming at the problem of complications caused by inherent defects of the anastomat, the reinforcement of the anastomosis part by additionally arranging a reinforcement gasket between the anastomat and the tissue is one of the simplest and most effective methods at present clinically. The gasket can play a role of a liner for the tissues of a patient, strengthen the tensile strength of local tissues, improve the sealing performance of an anastomotic stoma and prevent the anastomotic stoma from leaking; the tissue cutting by the staples can be reduced, and the fracture and bleeding of the anastomotic stoma can be prevented; the local pressure of the anastomotic stoma can be balanced, and anastomotic fistula and stenosis caused by local blood circulation unsmooth due to stress concentration are avoided. There are particular difficulties associated with attaching releasable gasket material to the jaw members of a stapler. Due to the complex environment within the body, the gasket material must be securely affixed to the jaw members of the stapler so that it does not fall off or become dislodged during normal operation, and must be readily removable from the stapler after the staples are fired.
In the traditional mode that holes are formed in the tissue contact surface of the nail bin/nail anvil, the gasket is extruded in the holes by external force and is fixed by the roughness of the holes, and the gasket is difficult to separate or is particularly easy to separate from the tissue contact surface due to the fact that the external force is not easy to control; the gasket is sleeved on the two sides of the anastomat and then sewn on the tissue contact surface by using a sewing line, and the gasket is separated by manually removing stitches after the anastomosis is finished, so that the gasket is easy to slide and inaccurate in positioning, and the gasket is separated by manually removing stitches after the gasket is anastomosed, and the gasket cannot be normally separated if the operation is improper; the mode of only fixing the front point and the rear point of the gasket easily causes the sliding and the displacement of the gasket in the matching process, thereby causing the problems of displacement, falling off and side turning over of the gasket. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a new method for fixing a pad of a stapler and a stapler using the same to solve the above problems.

When the surgical stapler of the present invention is in a closed state and the nail bin 21 and the anvil 1 clamp the tissue, the pushing block 321 is pushed to move towards the second end of the nail bin, and at this time, the cutting knife 22 and the nail abutting seat 324 move towards the second end of the nail bin 21, so that the cutting knife 22 cuts the tissue reinforcing spacers and the tissue therebetween from the middle position of the tissue reinforcing spacers, and in order to ensure that the cutting knife 22 cuts the tissue reinforcing spacers neatly and does not displace, the first tissue reinforcing spacer 25 and/or the second tissue reinforcing spacer 24 may further have cutting knife guide grooves 253 and 241 along the long axis direction thereof. At the same time, the curved distal end 3241 of the two nail seats 324 pushes the nails in the staple cartridge 21 to eject toward the anvil 1 for suturing the tissue and the tissue-strengthening spacers. When the arc-shaped distal end 3241 of the nail abutting seat 324 reaches the second end of the nail bin 21, the arc-shaped distal end 3241 of the nail abutting seat 324 extends out of the opening 2142 on the surface of the distal end groove 214 of the nail bin 21 facing the first end of the nail bin and extends into the nail abutting seat guide groove 2631 on the base 263 of the stopper 26, when the nail abutting seat 324 further moves towards the second end of the nail bin 21, the distal end 3241 of the nail abutting seat 324 drives the stopper 26 to move towards the second end of the nail bin 21, and the stopper 26 is disengaged from the locking position, and when the snap groove 2611 on the top 261 of the stopper 26 is completely disengaged from the bent portion 234, the snap fit on the bent portion 234 is released, that. At this point, the cutting and stapling is complete, and the surgical stapler is then fully opened and withdrawn from the tissue, thereby driving the retention bracket 23 secured to the cartridge assembly 2 to withdraw the tissue augmentation patch.
The invention relates to a surgical anastomat and a nail bin assembly thereof, wherein a fastening bracket which is detachably fixed on a nail bin comprises a first fastening bracket, a second fastening bracket and a connecting part for connecting the first fastening bracket and the second fastening bracket, and the first fastening bracket and/or the second fastening bracket elastically change an included angle around the connecting part under the action of an external force, so that the first fastening bracket detachably fixes a first tissue reinforcing gasket on a nail anvil tissue contact surface along the long axis direction of a first tissue reinforcing gasket and/or the second fastening bracket detachably fixes a second tissue reinforcing gasket on the nail bin tissue contact surface along the long axis direction of a second tissue reinforcing gasket. The positioning device is convenient to operate, high in safety and low in cost, and can ensure that the tissue reinforcing gasket is accurately positioned without the problems of displacement, falling off and side turning over when the anastomat works.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present application, and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the content of the present specification and the attached drawings, or applied to other related technical fields directly or indirectly, are included in the scope of the present invention.
