Abstract
The invention discloses a wire holder, an electric control box and an air conditioner, wherein the wire holder comprises a base; the wiring terminals are arranged on the base at intervals; and the wire harness structure is arranged on the base and comprises a plurality of clamping pieces arranged at intervals, the clamping pieces and the wiring terminals are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the clamping pieces are provided with clamping grooves for pre-fixing the wires. The wire holder of the technical scheme of the invention can realize the function of pre-fixing the wire and improve the wire connection efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a wire holder, an electric control box and an air conditioner.
Background
The functions of various components in the air conditioner need to be transmitted through a power supply connecting wire or wiring, and an electric control box in the indoor unit of the air conditioner is used for realizing power supply transmission. The electric control box is internally provided with a wire holder for electrically connecting various wires, and a wire pressing plate is arranged on one side adjacent to the wire holder for preventing the wires from being pulled and separated. In the existing wire holder structure, when wiring, a wire needs to be pressed by one hand to align to a wiring terminal, a wire head needs to be locked by the screw driver by the other hand, and finally, the wire pressing plate is locked to lock the whole wire harness, so that the whole process needs to be operated by two hands. The number of the terminals 22 is set according to actual conditions, and in order to maintain the regularity of the wiring, the plurality of terminals 22 are distributed in an array form, thereby further facilitating the connection of the wires. The wire holder 2 comprises a plurality of wiring terminals 22 and a wire harness structure corresponding to the wiring terminals 22, wherein the wire harness structure comprises clamping pieces 23 corresponding to the wiring terminals 22 one by one. When each wire is electrically connected to the wiring terminal 22, each wire can be pre-fixed in the clamping groove 23a of each clamping piece 23 to complete the preliminary pre-positioning of the wire, and then the end part of the wire is connected with the wiring terminal 22.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the engaging member 23 includes two elastic buckles 231 disposed opposite to each other, and opposite surfaces of the two elastic buckles 231 cooperate to form the engaging groove 23a.
In this embodiment, in order to keep the engaging member 23 capable of fixing the wire firmly, one engaging member 23 includes two elastic buckles 231, the opposite surfaces of the two elastic buckles are matched to form a clamping groove 23a, one of the elastic buckles 231 can elastically deform relative to the other elastic buckle 231, and the distance between the two elastic buckles 231 is smaller than the diameter of the wire, so as to ensure that the wire is always in a clamping state, thereby prolonging the service life of the wire harness structure of the wire holder 2. Of course, the engaging member 23 may also be a single integral member, and the engaging member 23 is provided with a fastening groove 23a.
Referring to fig. 4, the elastic fasteners 231 include fixing portions 2311 and fastening portions 2312 connected to the fixing portions 2311, the fixing portions 2311 are connected to the base 21, the fastening portion 2312 of one of the elastic fasteners 231 is bent in an arc shape in a direction away from the other elastic fastener 231, and the fastening portions 2312 of the two elastic fasteners 231 surround to form the fastening groove 23a.
In this embodiment, in order to better match with the conductive wire, in one engaging member 23, each elastic buckle 231 includes a fastening portion 2312, and the fastening portions 2312 of the two elastic buckles 231 are both arc-shaped, specifically, can be semi-arc-shaped, so as to better match with the outer periphery of the conductive wire, and meanwhile, the conductive wire can be prevented from moving in the direction perpendicular to the base 21, thereby further improving the stability of fixing the conductive wire. Meanwhile, each elastic buckle 231 further comprises a fixing part 2311 which is used for being connected with the base 21 to provide a foundation for the deformation of the clamping part 2312, and the distance between the fixing parts 2311 of the two elastic buckles 231 can be further reduced, so that the deformation force of the elastic buckles 231 is increased, and the clamping state of the clamping part 2312 is kept.
In a specific embodiment, the fixing portion 2311 and the base 21 are disposed obliquely, and in the engaging member 23, the fixing portion 2311 of one of the elastic buckles 231 gradually approaches the other elastic buckle 231 along a direction away from the base 21.
In this embodiment, the fixing portion 2311 and the base 21 are obliquely arranged, and in one of the engaging members 23, the fixing portion 2311 of one of the elastic buckles 231 gradually approaches the other elastic buckle 231 along a direction away from the base 21, so as to intensively support the wires, so that the bottom support of the engaging member 23 is stable, and the two fastening portions 2312 are close to each other, thereby preventing the two elastic buckles 231 of the engaging member 23 from being deformed irreversibly due to a long-time supporting force of the wires, and prolonging the service life of the engaging member 23.
Preferably, a radius corresponding to an arc of the locking portion 2312 is smaller than or equal to a radius of the conductive wire.
In this embodiment, when the fastening portion 2312 is disposed in a semicircular arc shape, the radius of the circle corresponding to the fastening portion 2312 is smaller than or equal to the radius of the wire, so that the wire can be clamped only after the two elastic fasteners 231 are deformed, the stability of the pre-fixing wire is improved, and the phenomenon that the radius of the circle corresponding to the inner wall surface of the fastening portion 2312 is too large to fix the wire is prevented.

In this embodiment, in order to conveniently insert the wire into the clamping groove 23a of the clamping part 23 from top to bottom, each elastic buckle 231 is further provided with a guide portion 2313, the guide portion 2313 is arranged at one end of the clamping portion 2312 away from the fixing portion 2311, and the two guide portions 2313 are arranged in the clamping part 23 in a flaring shape along the direction away from the base 21, so that the clamping part 23 has a larger opening size, the wire can be conveniently placed, and the two elastic buckles 231 can be pressed and deformed slightly by force, so that the wire slides into the clamping groove 23a of the clamping portion 2312 along the surface of the guide portion 2313.

9. An air conditioner, characterized by comprising a housing and an electric control box according to claim 7 or 8 arranged in the housing.
