Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of valves, and discloses a water leakage judging method of a backflow preventer, which comprises the following steps: s1: judging whether the water draining valve 1 drains water or not, if so, executing S2; s2: judging whether the backflow occurs, if so, executing S3; if not, executing S4; s3: sending a backflow alarm signal and simultaneously sending a drainage alarm signal; s4: the drain valve 1 is closed and a backflow preventer fault alarm signal is sent. The method for judging the water leakage of the backflow preventer can timely find out that the backflow preventer has faults so as to facilitate timely releasing the faults, thereby avoiding the waste of water resources. The invention also discloses a backflow preventer, which is controlled by adopting the backflow preventer water discharge judging method. The backflow preventer provided by the invention can monitor the working state of the backflow preventer in real time and timely send the corresponding fault alarm signal, thereby effectively avoiding the expansion or reoccurrence of backflow and water discharge.

Technical Field

Background
The backflow preventer is widely applied to the water supply network and is used for preventing the water supply network from flowing backwards and avoiding the water supply network from being polluted by backflow. The backflow preventer is generally composed of two check valves and a water drain valve clamped between the two check valves, and under the condition that the backflow preventer works normally, the water drain valve is in a closed state when no backflow occurs, and when the backflow occurs, the water drain valve can be rapidly opened to drain backflow water, so that pollution to a water supply network caused by backflow water is avoided. The backflow preventer draining judgment method provided by the embodiment can judge whether the draining valve 1 drains water or not, when the draining valve 1 drains water, whether the draining valve 1 drains water normally is judged by judging whether backflow occurs or not, when backflow occurs, a backflow alarm signal and a draining alarm signal are sent at the moment, so that workers are informed of timely backflow inspection, backflow is prevented from further expanding or re-occurring, and the water supply network is prevented from being polluted; when no backflow occurs, the water discharge valve 1 discharges water abnormally, and at the moment, the water discharge valve 1 is closed, so that the water discharge valve 1 does not continue to discharge water any more, further waste of water resources is prevented, damage to other related equipment is avoided, and meanwhile, a backflow preventer fault alarm signal is sent to inform staff of timely relieving faults, and the water discharge valve 1 can not be effectively closed, and abnormal water discharge is prevented from happening again.

In this embodiment, after the failure of the backflow preventer is relieved, the drain valve 1 will return to the normal operation state to ensure the normal operation of the backflow preventer.

When the backflow preventer works, the water leakage sensor 3 detects the water leakage condition of the water leakage valve 1 in real time, and sends the water leakage detection result to the control module through the communication module, meanwhile, the pressure sensor 2 detects the pressures at the inlet 10, the main cavity 20 and the outlet 30 of the backflow preventer in real time, and sends the pressure detection result to the control module through the communication module, the control module firstly converts analog quantity signals of the pressures into digital quantity signals representing actual pressure values, then calculates and judges whether backflow occurs according to a backflow judging method, finally judges whether the backflow preventer fails according to the backflow judging result, if so, a corresponding failure alarm signal is sent, and sends the alarm signal to the monitor through the communication module, and in addition, when the water leakage valve 1 is required to be closed or opened, the control module controls the driver to enable the driver to drive the water leakage valve 1 to be closed or opened.
According to the backflow preventer, by adopting the backflow preventer water discharge judging method, the working state of the backflow preventer can be monitored in real time through the cooperation of the detection module, the communication module, the monitor, the driver and the control module, and corresponding fault alarm signals can be sent timely, so that faults can be relieved timely, and the backflow and water discharge phenomenon can be prevented from being enlarged or happened again.
Specifically, three pressure sensors 2 are respectively arranged at the inlet, the main cavity and the outlet of the backflow preventer, and water leakage sensors are arranged at the water leakage port of the water leakage valve 1.
In this embodiment, the monitor is used for receiving an alarm signal and/or a command input by a user to control the opening or closing of the water drain valve 1, and the monitor is a remote monitor. The operator can control the opening or closing of the water drain valve 1 by remotely inputting a command so as to timely release the fault, thereby reducing the influence caused by the fault. Specifically, the monitor is a computer and/or a mobile terminal, and the alarm signal can be sent to the mobile terminal such as the computer and/or the mobile phone in an audible and visual alarm mode, a short message alarm mode and the like.

s3: sending a backflow alarm signal and simultaneously sending a drainage alarm signal; if the backflow preventer sends a backflow alarm signal, and does not send a drainage alarm signal at the same time, judging that the backflow preventer fails;
s4: and closing the water drain valve (1) and sending a fault alarm signal of the backflow preventer.
2. The backflow preventer drain judging method according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, judging whether or not backflow occurs comprises:
Detecting the pressure of an inlet (10), a main cavity (20) and an outlet (30) of the backflow preventer, and marking the pressures as P1, P2 and P3 in sequence;
Calculating the values of P1-P2 and P2-P3, and labeling the values as ΔP 12 and ΔP 23 in sequence;
Calculating the difference between the delta P 12 and the preset value delta P 12 'and the difference between the delta P 23 and the preset value delta P 23', and judging whether the difference between the delta P 12-ΔP12 'and the delta P 23-ΔP23' is smaller than 0 or not, if so, the backflow occurs; if not, no backflow occurs.
