The profiled steel sheet 1 has a structure as shown in FIG. 1, 24cm on straight edge, 14.14cm on two oblique edges, 45 DEG arrangement and 28mm width. The connecting edge 2 at the two ends is 6cm long, the thick part is 3cm long, the width is 28mm, and the thin part is 3cm long and 14mm wide. If the inner mold structure of the two sides of the door and window opening needs to be changed when the inner mold structure meets other conditions such as the door and window opening in the partition wall, the shaped corner steel plates 10 shown in fig. 2 need to be connected, and meanwhile, the inner sides of the steel plates need to be welded with vertical C-shaped keel slots 23 in advance. Aiming at the condition that the partition wall has a corner and the like, connecting the corner at the corner with a steel pipe 12, and arranging stiffening ribs 13 at corresponding positions to strengthen the rigidity of the internal mold at the corner. In view of the influence of the top plate 49, the triangular lifting tool 38 shown in fig. 6 should be installed at the middle position on the outer side of the uppermost single-sided internal mold, so that the upper single-sided internal mold can be successfully lifted to a predetermined height. In addition, the problem of up-down splicing of the single-sided internal mold is remarkable, and after the lower single-sided internal mold is spliced, a connecting notch 20 at the upper end of the steel plate is arranged, and the depth of the notch is 20cm, so that the middle single-sided internal mold can be directly inserted into the connecting notch to realize connection.
And thirdly, according to the advanced spring line position, the wall-attached vertical keels 19, the roof-attached transverse keels 21 and the ground-attached transverse keels 22 are fixedly arranged on the surfaces of the top plate 49, the bottom plate 50 and the wall body 51, the cross section forms are L-shaped, and the thickness is 1cm, as shown in fig. 9. Then, connecting angle steel 15 is implanted on the wall body 51, and the guide beam placing groove 16 is welded and fixed. The upper and lower sides of the holding groove are provided with a plurality of side limit openings 18, i.e. rectangular openings. After the placing groove is fixed, two steel plate installation guide cross beams 14 are erected in the groove to form I10 square timber. The distance between the two beams is the width of the single-sided side die. After the distance between the beams is adjusted, the guide beam limiting sheets 17 are inserted into the side limiting openings 18 of the placing grooves so as to fix the beams, and the cross sections of the guide beam limiting sheets 17 are T-shaped and are respectively inserted into two sides of the beams.
And the fourth step is to firstly utilize two micro cranes 30 on the platform, and hang the single-sided internal mold assembled before the lifting into the two steel plate installation guide beams 14. The lifting points of the single-sided internal mold of the lower layer and the middle layer are arranged at the upper part, and the lifting point of the single-sided internal mold of the upper layer is arranged at a triangular lifting appliance 38 at the middle part of the internal mold. The whole installation process is shown in fig. 5 and 7. The installation sequence is from bottom to top, and after the single-sided internal mold of the bottom layer is installed, the vertical L-shaped keels 5 and the vertical C-shaped keels 11 are installed and fixed in the cavities according to the requirements. And then installing a single-sided internal mold at the other side of the bottom layer, and binding the two single-sided internal molds by using a thin iron wire 4. And after the bottom inner die is installed, the middle inner die and the upper inner die are installed in the same way. The middle layer inner die and the bottom layer inner die are connected through a connecting notch 20 at the upper end of the steel plate, and the upper layer inner die and the middle layer inner die are connected through a lap joint mode, namely, the upper laminated steel plate is 1.1m, 10cm more for lap joint, and a nail shooting is utilized for connection. Finally, the partition internal mold system shown in fig. 4 is formed.
And fifthly, after the installation of the inner mold of the partition wall is finished, firstly removing two steel plate installation guide beams 14, and then constructing a layer of cement mortar 9 with the thickness of 15mm on the outer side of the inner mold. Next, a circle of external form bar-planting 39 is arranged along the top plate 49, the bottom plate 50 and the wall 51 according to the pre-marked positions, and the bar-planting distance is 40cm from the position 10cm away from the end, and the bar-planting length is 45cm, which is phi 8 bar. The operation of bar planting is to smear building bar planting glue evenly stirred on one end of the steel bar, the smearing is even, the glue smearing length is not less than 8cm, and the structural glue is injected into the pre-drilled hole by adopting injection equipment for about 2/3, and the hole bottom is inserted while rotating the steel bar, so that a small amount of glue overflows from the hole opening. After the bar planting is finished, the welded steel wire net frame 41 is welded and fixed. The distance between the steel wire net frames 41 is 20cm, the steel bars cannot be bound and buckled, and the hook direction of the steel bars is in the same plane with the net sheet. The lap joint of all the steel bars is more than or equal to 30cm. And then installing a steel wire mesh 40 on the steel wire mesh frame 41, wherein the lap joint length of the steel wire mesh is more than or equal to 15cm, and fixing the steel wire mesh 40 on the steel wire mesh frame by using 22# iron wires, wherein the interval between binding points is 20cm. The effect of the binding is shown in fig. 14. Finally, the template sliding groove 46 is arranged on the outer wall 51 of the steel wire mesh 40 for the subsequent up-and-down sliding of the outer template.
And sixthly, performing the plastering construction of the fine stone concrete 44 from bottom to top. After the 1m height was smeared, the three-layer wooden outer form 42, which had been previously installed in the multi-layer form fixing device 48, was lifted. The wooden outer template 42 is internally provided with a miniature built-in vibrating plate 45, the bottom outer template is provided with rollers 24, the thickness is 5mm, and the height is 1m; the multi-layer form holder 48 is shown in fig. 12, and the three-layer wooden outer form 42 is shown in fig. 13, and is specifically distributed as follows: the bottom layer outer template is positioned at the outermost side, and the upper layer outer template is positioned in the middle. When the plastering height reaches 1m, one of the micro-cranes 30 is used for hooking the 47 above the multi-layer template fixing device 48, and the multi-layer template fixing device is lifted to the height of 1m along the chute. At this time, the rightmost wooden outer form 42 in the multi-layer form fixing device 48 is lifted to the ground by another micro-lift 30, pushed to the fine stone concrete 44 for plastering, and fixed by a wooden pad 43, and the whole procedure is referred to in fig. 16. The multi-layer form holder 48 is then lowered onto the wooden spacer 43, the intermediate layer fine stone concrete 44 is plastered, and the multi-layer form holder 48 is then lifted to hold the form. Similarly, the upper fine stone concrete 44 is applied and the form is fixed as shown in fig. 17. After curing, the wooden outer form 42 and the form chute 46 were removed and a 15mm thick cement mortar 9 was applied. The construction of the entire composite hollow inner formwork lightweight partition wall is completed, and the structural details of the partition wall can be seen in fig. 8 and 15.
