Abstract
本发明公开了一种免清洗新型环保切削液,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:异丙醇胺:4%‑6%;三元酸防锈剂:0.8%‑1.2%;硼酸:1.5%‑2.5%;葡萄糖酸钠:2%‑2.5%;焦磷酸钾:1.8%‑2.2%;二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.3%‑0.6%;聚酯GY‑25:8%‑15%;妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:1%‑2%;妥尔油:2%‑4%;异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%‑8%;环烷基基础油:30%‑50%;余量为水;在金属加工过程中需要免清洗环保切削液来省去清洗工序,节约成本,减小污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,具体涉及一种免清洗新型环保切削液。
背景技术
切削液(cutting fluid,coolant)是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
近几年,我国环保号角再吹响。环境保护监督管理越来越严,惩戒力度越来越大,新型环保清洗剂的研发刻不容缓。现存大部分切削液在加工过程中都会产生大量污染,主要体现在其渗漏液和废液对水资源和土壤的污染。废切削液通常含有矿物油、动植物油、表面活性剂、极压添加剂、防霉杀菌剂、各种金属离子和悬浮物等。切削液在产生和加工过程中会产生大量浮油和析皂,这样就会污染工件,使得清洗工序变难且耗费清洗剂产生大量污染,增加成本。
目前市面上的切削液大多都会存在以下问题:
1)传统切削液一般会使用亚硝、劣质基础油和添加剂,而这些材料不仅刺激皮肤损害呼吸道,还有可能致癌,并且挥发到环境中,对环境造成污染。
2)市面上切削液品种类太多,但是缺乏免清洗环保切削液。即使有,也是一些不成熟或者欺骗性产品。
3)大部分切削液润滑性不够,清洗能力不强,针对性较强,不能广泛适用于不同类型工件和不同工艺加工。例如有些加工产品表面容易残留脏污,切削液清洗能力不强就会影响下一道工序,且增加清洗成本,造成环境污染
因此,亟待一种免清洗新型环保切削液的出现,在金属加工过程中需要免清洗环保切削液来省去清洗工序,节约成本,减小污染。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种免清洗新型环保切削液,在金属加工过程中需要免清洗环保切削液来省去清洗工序,节约成本,减小污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种免清洗新型环保切削液,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:
异丙醇胺:4%-6%;
三元酸防锈剂:0.8%-1.2%;
硼酸:1.5%-2.5%;
葡萄糖酸钠:2%-2.5%;
焦磷酸钾:1.8%-2.2%;
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.3%-0.6%;
聚酯GY-25:8%-15%;
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:1%-2%;
妥尔油:2%-4%;
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%-8%;
环烷基基础油:30%-50%;
余量为水。
本发明提供的一种免清洗新型环保切削液,在金属加工过程中需要免清洗环保切削液来省去清洗工序,节约成本,减小污染。

异丙醇胺:6%;
三元酸防锈剂:1.2%;
硼酸:2.5%;
葡萄糖酸钠:2.5%;
焦磷酸钾:2.2%;
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.6%;
聚酯GY-25:15%;
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:2%;
妥尔油:4%;
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:8%;
环烷基基础油:50%;
余量为水。
作为优选方案,一种免清洗新型环保切削液,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:
异丙醇胺:4%;
三元酸防锈剂:0.8%;

葡萄糖酸钠:2%;
焦磷酸钾:1.8%;

异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%;
环烷基基础油:40%;
余量为水。
异丙醇胺:异丙醇胺是重要的缓蚀剂,可用于锅炉水处理、汽车引擎的冷却剂,钻井和切削油以及其他各类润滑油中起缓蚀作用。
三元羧酸防锈剂:具有良好的防锈性,极端的低泡性,良好的硬水稳定性,在通常使用的浓度范围内的溶液对皮肤和粘膜无刺激性等优点。主要用于半合成切削液、全合成研磨液、水性淬火液和水性清洗剂,汽车防冻剂,防锈水等水性产品中做金属的腐蚀抑制添加剂使用。
硼酸:用作PH值调节剂、消毒剂、抑菌防腐剂。
焦磷酸钾:具有其他聚合磷酸盐的所有性质,与焦磷酸钠相像,但溶解度较大,能和碱土金属和重金属离子发生螯合作用;能与硬水中的Ca2+、Mg2+形成稳定的络合物从而软化硬水、提高洗涤能力、清除污垢,还能在铁、铅、锌、铝等金属表面形成一层保护膜。
葡萄糖酸钠:用作水质稳定剂,金属表面清洗剂。
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)分子式:C10H16N2O8;活性物含量:≥99.0%;PH(饱和溶液,25℃)。EDTA用途很广,是螯合剂的代表性物质。能和碱金属、稀土元素和过渡金属等形成稳定的水溶性络合物。广泛应用于高分子化学工业、日用化学工业、造纸业、医药工业、农业、纺织印染业、水产养殖、照相化学品、油田化学品、水处理剂、锅炉清洗剂及分析试剂。此外EDTA也可用来使有害放射性金属从人体中迅速排泄起到解毒作用。
聚酯GY-25:是一种无灰级高粘度高分子饱和聚酯的润滑剂。在金属加工液和工业润滑油中被广泛使用。由于其不含氯、硫、磷,在可溶油和半合成产品中能够取代含氯、硫系极压添加剂;该合成酯产品还具有良好的水解稳定性和热、氧化性能非常适用于高温退火,抑制细菌滋生。
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:具有优良的润滑及防锈性能,能有效提高机械设备运作过程的润滑防锈性,降低机械摩擦系数,因此它可以作为机械加工用油的润滑防锈剂。
妥尔油:主要用作乳化剂,辅助的润滑作用。属不饱和脂肪酸,抗腐败比油酸好。
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:易分散或溶于水,具有优良的润湿性,渗透性和乳化性。
环烷基基础油:低温性能好,易乳化,添加剂相溶性好。
环烷基基础油获得美国FDA认证的基础油,其最终制造出的成本具有不刺激皮肤、对眼睛低刺激和无毒特性,使用过程安全。
作为优选方案,所述水为去离子水。
作为优选方案,一种免清洗新型环保切削液的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
1)将水、异丙醇胺、三元酸、硼酸、葡萄糖酸钠、焦磷酸钾和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)加入搅拌器皿中,搅拌直至溶液均匀透明得到混合溶液;
2)将聚酯GY-25、妥尔油、妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和环烷基基础油加入前述混合溶液,搅拌至溶液均匀透明,得到产品。
作为优选方案,步骤1)中的搅拌温度为常温,所述水为去离子水。
作为优选方案,步骤2)中的搅拌温度为20℃-50℃。
作为优选方案,步骤2)中的搅拌速率为500r/min-2000r/min。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
除非特别指明,以下实施例中所用的原料均可从正规渠道商购获得,配方所用基础油均获得美国FDA认证的基础油。
为了达到本发明的目的,一种免清洗新型环保切削液的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
1)将水、异丙醇胺、三元酸、硼酸、葡萄糖酸钠、焦磷酸钾和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)加入250ml中,在常温下搅拌直至溶液均匀透明得到混合溶液;
2)将聚酯GY-25、妥尔油、妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和环烷基基础油加入前述混合溶液,在40℃下搅拌至溶液均匀透明,得到产品。
上述制备方法中的化学组分重量百分比如下:
异丙醇胺:5%;
三元酸防锈剂:1%;
硼酸:2.1%;
葡萄糖酸钠:2.5%;
焦磷酸钾:2%;
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.5%;
聚酯GY-25:10%;
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:1.6%;
妥尔油:2%;
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%;
环烷基基础油:40%;
余量为去离子水。
取市面上常见的两款切削液马斯特A型号和泰伦特B型号与本切削液做对比实验。对比试验中所用的CNC机台,加工材质,毛刷材质,加工浓度,加工环境等因素都保持一致,唯一变量只是切削液型号不同。
实验步骤:分别将三款切削液配置为15%浓的稀释液,同时加入同型号CNC机台,在相同时间内加工同一种工件,然后用毛刷去毛刺后观察工件表面光洁度。

表1中A级:工件表面无杂质,光洁如新,B级:表面有少量细小杂质,C级:表面发黑,杂质多。
对比结果:相同环境,相同加工条件情况下,表1中三款不同型号切削液所加工出来的工件在毛刷去毛刺后的表面光洁度可以看出,本发明中的免清洗新型环保切削液加工后的工件表面光洁度很高,不需要清洗,而另外两款切削液加工后的工件表面有杂质,需要清洗剂清洗。实验结果结果表明,本发明中的免清洗新型环保切削液性能稳定,免清洗,满足各项加工条件。
本发明提供的一种免清洗新型环保切削液,产生如下的有益效果:
1)一种免清洗新型环保切削液,配方所用基础油均获得美国FDA认证的基础油,其最终制造出的成本具有不刺激皮肤、对眼睛低刺激和无毒特性,使用过程安全。
2)一种免清洗新型环保切削液,该切削液是免清洗环保多功能型切削液,集清洁、润滑、防锈、冷却和环保于一体的切削液,能有效提高生产效率,节约成本,保护环境。
3)一种免清洗新型环保切削液,该切削液的环境适应性极佳,可以适用与不同加工材质和不同加工环境。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种免清洗新型环保切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:
异丙醇胺:4%-6%;
三元酸防锈剂:0.8%-1.2%;
硼酸:1.5%-2.5%;
葡萄糖酸钠:2%-2.5%;
焦磷酸钾:1.8%-2.2%;
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.3%-0.6%;
聚酯GY-25:8%-15%;
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:1%-2%;
妥尔油:2%-4%;
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%-8%;
环烷基基础油:30%-50%;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免清洗新型环保切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:
异丙醇胺:6%;

3.根据权利要求2所述的免清洗新型环保切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:
异丙醇胺:4%;
三元酸防锈剂:0.8%;
硼酸:1.5%;
葡萄糖酸钠:2%;
焦磷酸钾:1.8%;
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.3%;
聚酯GY-25:8%;
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:1%;
妥尔油:2%;
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%;
环烷基基础油:30%;
余量为水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的免清洗新型环保切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的化学组分:
异丙醇胺:5%;
三元酸防锈剂:1%;
硼酸:2.1%;
葡萄糖酸钠:2.5%;
焦磷酸钾:2%;
乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA):0.5%;
聚酯GY-25:10%;
妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺:1.6%;
妥尔油:2%;
异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚:5%;
环烷基基础油:40%;
余量为水。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的免清洗新型环保切削液,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
6.一种免清洗新型环保切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)将水、异丙醇胺、三元酸、硼酸、葡萄糖酸钠、焦磷酸钾和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)加入搅拌器皿中,搅拌直至溶液均匀透明得到混合溶液;
2)将聚酯GY-25、妥尔油、妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和环烷基基础油加入前述混合溶液,搅拌至溶液均匀透明,得到产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的免清洗新型环保切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中的搅拌温度为常温,所述水为去离子水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的免清洗新型环保切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中的搅拌温度为20℃-50℃。
9.根据权利要求8所述的免清洗新型环保切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中的搅拌速率为500r/min-2000r/min。
