Abstract

The handheld clamp does not need structures such as an air cylinder and the like, so the structure is simple and light, most of the handheld clamp adopts a modularized design, all parts are independent of each other, and the handheld clamp is convenient to mount, so the handheld clamp has better universality, and meanwhile, the time and the cost for developing and manufacturing the handheld clamp are reduced.

The welding fixture is an important means for ensuring the precision of automobile parts, and a reasonable positioning and compressing mode is the key point of fixture design.
In the existing clamp unit, as shown in fig. 1, the clamp generally consists of a base 1 ', a template, a clamp 2 ', a cylinder 3 ' and the like, but when the structure of a workpiece is complex or large in size, the clamp structure has high development cost, long period and low flexibility. In the automobile body sub-assembly parts, the size of the front floor assembly is large, and the design size of the clamp is correspondingly large, so that the development cost is high, and the period is long.

The handheld clamp comprises a body, a positioning block, a first switching block, a second switching block, a third switching block and a fourth switching block, wherein the positioning block is fixedly connected to the body through the third switching block and the fourth switching block.

As shown in fig. 2, the handle 2 is fixed on the body 1 by two bolts; the first positioning pin 4 is connected with the body 1 through the pin seat 3; the second side supporting block 6 is connected with the body 1 through a second transfer block 5, and adjustable gaskets are arranged between every two support blocks; the first side supporting block 8 is connected with the body 1 through the first transfer block 7, and adjustable gaskets are arranged between every two support blocks; the supporting block 9 is fixed on the body 1 through bolts; the positioning block 12 is connected with the body 1 through a third transfer block 10 and a fourth transfer block 11, and adjustable gaskets are arranged between every two positioning blocks. It can be that third switching piece 10 is connected with body 1, and fourth switching piece 11 is connected with third switching piece 10, and locating piece 12 is again connected to fourth switching piece 11.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first side supporting block 8 and the second side supporting block 6 are schematic diagrams, and both structures are similar, so that one is taken as an example for description, hereinafter, for convenience of description, both are referred to as side supporting blocks, and their corresponding first transfer block 7 and second transfer block 5 are referred to as transfer blocks.
The hole h is a side supporting block and a switching block mounting hole, and the holes i and j are strong magnet mounting holes formed on the inclined surface. The side supporting blocks act on two side walls of the central channel of the front floor, inclined planes of the side supporting blocks serve as supporting surfaces and are attached to the side surfaces of the central channel, and strong magnets are arranged on the inclined planes of the side supporting blocks and used for increasing acting force of the positions of the contact surfaces to form side supporting points A and B.
In the design process, the distance between the first side supporting block 8 and the second side supporting block 6 is required to be consistent with the distance between two side walls of the central channel, in addition, in the process of using the material object, the positions of the first side supporting block 8 and the second side supporting block 6 can be finely adjusted through the adjustable gasket, the effective acting force generated by the positions of the side supporting points is ensured, and the rotation of the whole handheld clamp in the X direction and the Z direction is controlled.
