Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于贮存饮料容器和其它食品的冷藏柜,尤其涉及一种包含几个容易更换的独立组件,并由这些组件共同构成的一种多用途的冷藏柜。
饮料容器是在各种不同类型的冷藏自助陈列柜和投币式自动售货机内陈列和销售的。使用售货机的销售环境经常限定了特定冷藏柜的必要属性,例如在商店内可以选择玻璃门式售货机,但这种售货机都不适用于在商店外自动销售商品。在商店外,封闭的投币机式售货机则是更好的选择。
然而,传统的冷藏柜不易从一种类型的售货机转变成另外一种。比如,如果一个卖主购买了一台封闭的自动售货机,但以后他发现需要一种陈列式冷藏柜,而目前他却没有办法以一种经济的和方便的方式转变该机器。这是由于这两种类型的自动售货机在制冷系统上有部分差异的缘故。售货机不能转换使卖主不能采取更有效的方法销售产品。另外,卖主购买几个不同种类的冷藏柜会造成成本的上涨和增加占地的问题。
本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种组合式冷藏装置,它具有一个柜,该柜有一个前开口并且被分成冷藏部分和容纳几个可拆卸的组合单元的非冷藏部分,可拆卸的组合单元包括几个可选择的可更换贮存单元中的一个并且基本都具有供任一个贮存单元用的相同制冷单元。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种组合式冷藏设备,其中可以很容易地将几个可更换的贮存单元和一个制冷单元从柜内拆除,或装入柜内,同时不影响其它单元。

如附图及下文所示,本发明主要涉及一种冷藏柜、容易更换的贮存单元及组合式冷藏柜内的冷藏单元。
参见图1,图中示出了本发明组合式冷藏设备第一实施例的外观,该实施例涉及具有透明门贮存单元2的组合式冷藏设备。组合式冷藏设备包括一个箱形柜3,它有一个顶、一个底和三个侧壁及一个中央前开口4,该中央前开口用于容纳组合单元。在本实施例中,透明门贮存单元2被固定到柜3的上部并限定了冷藏设备的前壁。透明门贮存单元2有一个镶在框架6内的透明板并用枢轴转动地安装在围绕中央前开口4的门(图中未示出)上。在框架6的前缘外部固定了一个手柄8,靠它可容易用手开启门单元。可撤除的格架9构成了前壁的其余下部。

空气分配系统包括一个垂直放置的通风假后壁19,它用于引导柜3的上部11的循环冷气流,以及一个从假后壁19水平延伸的挡流板20。通风假后壁19与柜3的冷藏部分11的内后壁相隔一段距离且基本上与之平行,从而在这两个壁之间形成了空气分配腔21。空气分配系统还包括一个用于支撑假后壁19和挡流板20的基板组件22。基板组件22支撑假后壁并靠近制冷单元15,从而形成通向制冷单元15和从制冷单元15引出的两个不同的气流通道。

空气AR通过可拆除的前格架9进入冷凝器24。通过冷凝器24的空气AR流过盘绕在整个冷凝器24内的盘管37。冷凝排气被吸入鼠笼式风机叶轮36A中。盖板30有助于将冷凝排气引导到风机36A中,然后鼠笼式风机叶轮36A将冷凝排气通过槽“30A”鼓入通道“38”,然后排入大气。
特别参见图5,图中示出制冷单元15是从柜3内移出的情况。制冷单元15被支撑在柜3的非冷藏部分12的几个导轨31上,这些导轨与导板28对齐。利用导轨将可取出的格架9抽出,同时使制冷单元从柜3内滑出,这样可使人容易接近制冷单元15。这也能在不妨碍柜3的其余部分或贮存组件的情况下对制冷单元15进行检修或更换。中央隔板32包括位于隔板的蒸发器一侧上的第二贴合密封件33,该密封件33紧靠着柜3内用于密封制冷单元15并与柜3的冷藏部分相连的一个架子。
图7是沿图4的7-7线取的制冷单元15的剖视图。制冷单元15还包括用于在设备内使空气循环的蒸发器风机35,以及具有电机36和鼠笼式叶轮36A用于将热空气通过后排气槽30A排出冷凝器24的冷却盘管37的冷凝器风机。
图8示出了沿图4的8-8线取的该设备的剖视图。包括电机36和鼠笼式叶轮的冷凝器风机将热空气WA通过冷凝器排气通道38排走。冷凝器风机的鼠笼式叶轮将空气从盘管37周围吸出并使之通过排气槽24C和冷凝器的排气通道38。迅速流过通道38的右侧的空气WA产生了一种将空气AA抽入通道左部内的吸气作用。进入左部的空气AA流过压缩机25,使冷缩机冷却从而防止它过热,鼠笼式叶轮36A产生这种高速的空气流。

如图10所示,槽39被一个位于该槽附近的弯曲导流器或折流板40分隔开,使通过空气分配腔21的一部分气流导入柜3的内部而剩余气流继续流过空气分配腔21。每个导流器40都是弯曲的,以便将气流AH引向柜3的前部(见图4)。
图4中示出了柜3内的气流循环。蒸发器风机35(图7)推动来自蒸发器23的冷气流,使之沿柜3的内后壁上升并进入空气分配腔21(见箭头AV)。流入空气分配腔21的空气AV由空气导流器40引导使之通过槽39而进入柜的内部,从而产生了许多气流AH。这些气流AH流过支撑存架(图中未示出)上的产品,使这些产品冷却到理想的贮存温度。空气分配腔中的剩余冷空气通过在假后壁19的顶缘19A与柜3的内壁上部之间的空间进入柜3内。利用挡流板41使沿柜3内壁上部流动的气流沿透明板5的内表面向下流动。当冷气流接触到透明板5的内表面时,使气流向下流动(见箭头AD)并通过透明贮存单元2与导流板20的前端所限定的入口42。没有流进入口42的气流被导流板20重新引入到上部11的内部。被吸入入口42的空气在制冷单元15内再循环并通过蒸发器入口43进入蒸发器23。当空气在制冷单元内时它被蒸发器23冷却。一旦空气被冷却,就被蒸发器风机35强迫向上流动并返回到柜3的腔21内。
图11示出了一个具有柜3和组合式售货单元44的组合式冷藏设备1。与透明门贮存单元2相类似,组合式售货单元44包括有通风假后壁19,但是挡流板20可以被去除。单元44位于冷藏部分11内并对着柜3的前中央开口。
组合式售货单元44不同于透明门贮存单元2之处在于前板是不透明或半透明的。组合式售货单元44由前板45、一些贮存架46、固定到前板45上的产品选择装置47以及售货机构48组成。售货机构48可以推出顾客从贮存架46上挑选的一个容器并且使容器从板45前部的孔49中掉出来。
如图12所示,贮存架41可以是现有技术中采用的并排地排列成之字形通道的倾斜架。从机器的正面看每个之字形通道都设置在垂直的架内。现有技术中已知的其它类型的售货机贮存架在不脱离本发明精神实质的情况下也可以采用。
在接触点50处将前板45连接到柜3上。前板45靠近前开口的边缘,用以密封柜3的内部。将前板45的下部连接到隔板51上,该隔板51使柜3的非冷藏部分与冷藏部分分开。前板具有一个产品选择装置47。产品选择装置包括几个选择按钮52。前板还包括一个覆盖住开口49的可绕枢轴转动的门53,贮存容器可从孔49中被推出。

Claims (21)
1、一种用于将冷藏自动售货机转变成冷藏陈列装置的设备,所述自动售货机具有一个带有一个前开口的柜和一个制冷装置,该制冷装置用于在所述柜内循环冷空气并排出热空气,该设备包括:
一个固定在前开口上,用于密封所述柜的内部的前板,所述前板有一个用枢轴安装在所述前板上的透明门;
一个靠近并平行于所述柜的内后壁设置的隔板,在隔板与柜的内后壁之间形成一个空气分配腔,所述隔板具有一些用于将冷气流从空气分配腔中导向所述前板的槽。
2、按照权利要求1的设备,其特征是所述隔板还包括一些导流板,每个所述导流板都靠近一个与之对应的所述槽用于将一部分气流从所述空气分配腔引向所述前板。
3、按照权利要求2的设备,其特征是每个所述导流板都是弯曲的,用于使空气从空气分配腔沿弯曲通路流到所述柜的内部并流向所述前板。
4、按照权利要求3的设备,其特征是还包括一个从隔板开始水平延伸并将所述柜的内部分隔成冷藏部分和非冷藏部分的导流板,所述导流板限定了一个在导流板的前缘与所述前板之间的朝向制冷装置的入口。
5、按照权利要求1的设备,其特征是所述制冷装置包括:
用于使制冷剂通过几个盘管循环的冷凝器装置,所述冷凝器装置包括一个冷凝器风机,它用于将热空气通过一个冷凝器排气通道排到所述柜的外部,沿所述冷凝器排气通道的一侧排走的气流产生了吸气作用,因此将所述柜外的空气吸入,使设置在所述排气通道另一侧的压缩机受到冷却;
与所述冷凝器相联,用于使所述内流动的空气冷却和除湿的蒸发器。
6、一种组合式冷藏设备,包括:
一个柜,具有一个前开口,用于分别地容纳几个可拆卸的组合单元,所述可拆卸的组合单元包括一个选定的可更换贮存单元和一个制冷单元,所述可更换贮存单元包括:
一个售货单元,用于贮存和出售容器,该售货单元包括:
一个前板,它固定在所述柜的前开口上,用于密封所述柜的内部,
几个贮存排架,用于支撑待售的所述容器,
产品选择装置,位于前板上,用于选择待售的贮存容器的种类,
售货机械装置,响应所述产品选择装置,用于将选定的一个所述贮存架上的所选容器释放出来,并通过所述前板上的孔将容器推出,
一个陈列装置,用于贮存容器,该陈列装置包括:
一个前板,它固定在前开口上,用于密封所述柜的内部,所述前板具有一个用枢轴安装在所述前板上的透明板门,
一个隔板,位于靠近所述柜的内后壁并与该壁平行的地方,在板与壁之间形成一个气流通道,所述隔板上有一些槽,这些槽用于使冷气流从所述制冷单元以予定的方向在所述柜内部循环流动;
所述可更换贮存单元和所述制冷单元可分别从所述柜内撤出或装入所述柜内。
7、按照权利要求6的设备,其特征是所述隔板还包括一些导流板,每个所述的导流板都邻近于与之相对应的一个所述槽的位置,用于将所述空气分配腔中的气流引导到所述柜的内部并流向所述前板。
8、按照权利要求7的设备,其特征是每个所述导流板都是弯曲的,它使空气以环流方式从空气分配腔流向所述柜的内部。
9、按照权利要求8的设备,其特征是所述隔板还包括从所述隔板处水平延伸并将所述柜的内部分隔成冷藏部分和冷藏部分的导流板,所述导流板限定了一个在导流板前缘和所述前板之间的朝向制冷装置的入口。
10、按照权利要求9的设备,其特征是所述制冷装置还包括:
用于使制冷剂通过几个盘管循环的冷凝器装置,所述冷凝器装置包括一个冷凝器风机,它用于将热空气通过一个冷凝器排气通道排到所述柜的外部,沿所述冷凝器排气通道的一侧排走的气流产生了吸气作用,因此将所述柜外的空气吸入,使设置在所述排气通道另一侧的压缩机受到冷却;
与所述冷凝器相联,用于使所述柜内流动的空气冷却和除湿的蒸发器。
11、一种设置在一个柜内的冷藏设备,包括:
用于使制冷剂通过几个盘管循环的冷凝器装置,所述冷凝器装置包括一个冷凝器风机,它用于将热空气通过一个冷凝器排气通道排到所述柜的外部,沿所述冷凝器排气通道的一侧排走的气流在通道的相反侧内产品吸气作用,因此将所述柜外的空气吸入,使设置在排气通道另一侧的压缩机受到冷却。
12、按照权利要求11的冷藏设备,其特征在于所述冷凝器风机包括一个用于将所述热空气通过所述通道排走的鼠笼式叶轮。
13、一种有选择地容纳一个投币式售货单元或自助式产生贮存单元的冷藏柜,投币式售货单元位于基本透明的门后,自助式产品贮存单元包括放置在在透明门后的产品贮存架,所述柜有一个可选择地由一个不透明或透明门盖住的开口前壁以及封闭的顶、侧和后壁,该柜包括:
一个水平隔板,它将该柜分成一个冷藏产品贮存部分和一个用于容纳制冷单元的非冷藏部分,所述水平隔板限定了一个大约位于隔板中间位置的空气入口和一个靠近所述后壁的空气出口;
一个垂直隔板,它们于所述柜内,与后壁相隔一段距离并与后壁基本平行地设置,在隔板与后壁之间限定了一个空气送风腔,所述空气送风腔与所述出口相通;
槽部件,它以垂直延伸的行列开在所述垂直隔板上,所述行列水平间隔地设在整个垂直隔板上,所述槽部件将气流从所述送风腔经所述贮存部分引向所述前壁;
风机装置,它设在所述底部,用于强迫空气从产品贮存部分经空气入口与所述制冷单元接触,然后从空气出口流出并进入所述送风腔;
因此气流基本上沿环形路经循环流动,即沿柜的后壁上升,然后朝前壁流动,再沿前壁向下流入非冷藏部分。
14、按照权利要求13的设备,其特征是还包括一个位于产品贮存部分内的辅助水平隔板,它从与垂直隔板靠近底部的地方相连的后缘水平延伸到它的前缘,前缘与柜的前壁隔间开但靠得很近,所述前缘比另一个水平隔板的所述入口更接近于前壁。
15、按照权利要求14的设备,其特征是还包括设置在各垂直列内的所述槽部件的导流板,这些导流板都位于相邻的垂直间隔的槽之间。
16、按照权利要求13的设备,其特征是还包括设置在各垂直列内的所上槽部件的导流板,这些导流板都位位于相邻的垂直间隔的槽之间。
17、一种设置在一个具有冷藏部分和非冷藏部分的柜内的制冷设备,包括:
冷凝器装置,它用于使制冷剂通过盘管循环流动,所述冷凝器装置包括一个用于将热空气经一个冷凝器排气通道排送到所述柜的外部的冷凝器风机;
蒸发器装置,它与所述冷凝器装置相联接,用于冷却和循环所述柜的所述冷藏部分内的空气,所述蒸发器装置具有一个用于在所述柜的冷藏部分产生循环气流的蒸发器风机,
温度控制装置,它连接在所述冷凝器和蒸发器装置上,用于控制在所述柜内循环的空气温度;
一个基底,用于容纳所述冷凝器装置,蒸发器装置和温度控制装置,所述基底可拆卸地插入所述柜内,所述基底包括一个将所述温度控制装置和冷凝器装置与所述蒸发器装置分隔开的隔板。
18、按照权利要求17的制冷装置,其特征是所述装置可拆卸地安装在柜的非冷藏部分,则隔板形成柜的冷藏部分和非冷藏部分间的空气密封,蒸发器放置在与柜的冷藏部分相联通的地方,系统的其余部分容纳在非冷藏部分内。
19、按照权利要求18的制冷装置,其特征是所述隔板的延伸方向垂直于所述基底的长度方向。
20、按照权利要求19的制冷装置,其特征是还包括设置在基底上的导向装置,用于使所述装置自动地定位于柜的非冷藏部分内。
21、按照权利要求20的制冷装置,其特征是所述导向装置包括设置在所述基底上并与所述柜内的导轨相对应的导板。
