Abstract
The invention discloses a paper medium processing device convenient for double-sided printing and scanning, which comprises an annular channel for inputting and outputting paper medium in a mode of clamping the paper medium, a first reverser and a second reverser, wherein the first reverser and the second reverser are arranged in front of the annular channel and used for reversing the paper medium to perform double-sided printing and scanning; a printer is arranged above the annular channel for printing the paper media, and a pair of CIS devices are arranged below the annular channel for scanning and checking the paper media which are not printed or are printed at any time. The paper medium double-sided printing and scanning device provided by the invention is only provided with a printing device, and double-sided printing is finished by reversing and backing, so that the cost is reduced and the size is reduced.

Background
The existing printers for processing paper media such as manuscripts, checks, tickets and photos are particularly required to perform double-sided scanning printing in the processing process, the existing processing device is inconvenient for processing paper media and abnormal media, the media are manually taken out and turned over and then put into the device for secondary printing and scanning in the processing process, manpower and material resources are greatly consumed, and if the printer devices are not turned over and are respectively arranged up and down, the double-sided printing is realized, and the cost of the machine is greatly increased.
The paper medium enters the conveying roller behind the horizontal channel, the printing position is confirmed by scanning through the scanning device for the first time, the paper medium enters the lower part of the printer for printing through the direction guide of the reverser, and then the paper medium enters the paper medium scanning device along with the driving of the roller for confirming and scanning of the printing content. After scanning, the paper medium is carried out along with the rollers in the horizontal channel, and after the paper medium is manually taken out for overturning after the operation, the paper medium is put in the horizontal channel plate from the rear again for secondary scanning and back printing. Because the existing device requires high automation degree and high labor cost, the printer device is expensive, and the device which can print on both sides of a single printer and scan at any time is extremely important.

The invention aims at overcoming the technical defects in the prior art and provides a paper medium processing device which is convenient for double-sided printing and scanning.
The technical scheme adopted for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
A paper medium processing device convenient for double-sided printing and scanning comprises an annular channel for inputting and outputting paper medium in a mode of clamping the paper medium, a first reverser and a second reverser, wherein the first reverser and the second reverser are arranged in front of the annular channel and used for reversing the paper medium to perform double-sided printing and double-sided scanning inspection and confirmation; wherein, a printer is placed above the annular channel and is used for printing the paper medium that gets into, and a pair of CIS devices are placed below the annular channel and are used for scanning at any time and checking the paper medium that does not print or has printed.
The annular channel comprises a conveying roller and a conveying belt, wherein the conveying roller comprises a first driving roller with a large diameter and a second driving roller with a small diameter, and the first driving roller drives the second driving roller through a synchronous belt for a motor to convey paper media.
The commutators are each fixed to a shaft.
The first reverser is a driven reverser driven by a torsion spring, the second reverser is an electrically driven active reverser, after a paper medium passes through the second reverser from a horizontal channel, the paper medium enters the second reverser, the power of the transmission mechanism for conveying the paper medium overcomes the elasticity of the torsion spring, the second reverser is jacked to smoothly pass through when moving rightwards, and the second reverser is rebounded by the rebound force of the torsion spring to ensure smooth channel when the paper medium is rebounded.
The first reverser and the second reverser are all electrically driven active reversing devices.
The invention can make paper medium print and scan the printing state of the medium by one printer by controlling the reversing by two reversers, thus greatly reducing the cost.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention can carry out power output by the motor through the belt rollback transmission, clamp the paper medium and change the advancing direction of the paper medium by entering the left output from the left, and the motor can change the printing direction of the paper medium by matching with the change of the direction of the shifting fork of the reverser through positive and negative rotation, thereby the scanning device CIS can scan the paper medium.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a duplex printing and scanning apparatus for paper media, installed on a paper media apparatus in need thereof, comprising:
Two groups of large-diameter first conveying rollers 1, a printer 2, a first reverser 3, a second reverser 4, a printer matched lower roller 5, a small-diameter second conveying roller 6 for conveying media and a scanning device CIS7.
The first conveying roller 1 and the second conveying roller 6 are connected through a synchronous belt (not shown) to realize synchronous conveying, and a corresponding floating roller (not shown) is arranged above or below the second conveying roller 6 to realize paper medium clamping and conveying.
The paper medium enters from the right of the horizontal channel of the annular channel, the scanning device CIS7 is used for scanning and checking, the printing position is confirmed, the second reverser 4 is used for reversing again, the paper medium conveying channel is ensured to be correct, the first conveying roller 1 is driven by the synchronous belt to drive the plurality of second conveying rollers 6, the paper medium to be printed is conveyed to the position above the printer matched lower roller 5, the printer 2 is used for printing the content on the paper medium through program control, then the paper medium is continuously conveyed through the conveying rollers, and the printing content is scanned and confirmed again through the scanning device CIS 7.
After the scanning device CIS7 confirms information, the second reverser 4 rotates to the first position 9 in an angle mode, the first reverser 3 rotates to the second position 8 in an angle mode to ensure that paper media can horizontally pass, after the paper media pass through the first reverser 3, the channel driving motor reverses the paper media to return to be conveyed, the first reverser 3 changes in angle again to the third position 10 in a state, the paper media are conveyed to the upper side of the lower roller 5 through the printer in a matching mode along with the first conveying roller under the guidance of the reverser, the paper media are conveyed to the CIS7 through the scanning device in a downward mode, the position to be printed on the back is confirmed, the second reverser 4 rotates to the fourth position 11 in an angle mode after the paper media are conveyed to the lower side of the printer 2 through the reverser, the lower roller 5 is matched with the printer, at the moment, the printer 2 prints the other side of the paper media through program control, after the paper media are printed, the paper media are conveyed to the CIS7 through the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller 6 in a matching mode, and the printing surface is scanned and confirmed.
After the paper medium is completely confirmed, the paper medium is conveyed to the first reverser 3 and the second reverser 4 through the horizontal channel, the first reverser 3 and the second reverser 4 are rotated in angle to be changed into the states of a fifth position 12 and a sixth position 13 of the reverser, the paper medium is ensured to smoothly pass through the horizontal channel from right to left, and the double-sided printing and the double-sided scanning flow of the single printer are completed.
When the invention works, firstly, the medium is scanned at the CIS of the scanning device and conveyed below the printer for printing, then the medium is scanned again, the medium is reversed by the reversing device after scanning, the horizontal conveying of the medium is ensured, then under the reverse conveying of the motor, the reverse surface of the paper medium appears below the printer, then the reverse printing is carried out, then the CIS scanning is carried out by the scanning device, the reversing is carried out by the reversing device after scanning, the horizontal conveying of the medium is ensured, and the next flow is entered.
According to the invention, after the paper medium enters through the horizontal channel of the annular channel and passes through the reverser for the first time, the reverser again changes in angle, the paper medium passes below the printer but does not print, the printing position is judged through the CIS of the scanning device, printing is performed when the paper medium passes through the printer again after passing through the CIS scanning device, then the printing effect is verified through the CIS of the scanning device, and the paper medium passes through the upper horizontal channel device of the annular channel again and enters the next flow device.

1. A paper medium processing device convenient for double-sided printing and scanning comprises an annular channel for inputting and outputting paper medium in a mode of clamping the paper medium, a first reverser (3) and a second reverser (4) which are arranged in front of the annular channel and used for reversing the paper medium for double-sided printing and double-sided scanning inspection and confirmation; a printer (2) is arranged above the annular channel and used for printing the paper media which enter, and a pair of CIS (7) is arranged below the annular channel and used for scanning and checking the paper media which are not printed or are printed at any time;

The second reverser (4) is used for rotating to a first position (9) in an angle mode, the first reverser (3) is used for rotating to a second position (8) in an angle mode, and the paper medium horizontally passes through the first reverser (3) and the second reverser (4); after the paper medium passes through the first reverser (3), the driving motor is used for reversing the paper medium to return and convey, and meanwhile, the angle of the first reverser (3) is changed into a state of a third position (10), so that the paper medium is conveyed between the printer (2) and the matched lower roller (5) along with the first conveying roller (1) under the guidance of the first reverser (3), and the paper medium is reversed;

After the paper medium passes through the second reverser (4) from the horizontal channel, the paper medium enters the first reverser (3), the power of the transmission mechanism for conveying the paper medium overcomes the elasticity of the torsion spring, the first reverser (3) is jacked to pass smoothly when moving leftwards, and the first reverser (3) is rebounded by the resilience force of the torsion spring to ensure the smooth channel when the paper medium is retracted.
