A tearing and separating type paper device is used for tearing and separating type paper on the surface of a product and is characterized by comprising a mounting bracket, a horizontal driving mechanism, a main lifting driving mechanism, a clamping component mounting bracket, a sucker driving mechanism, a sucker, an upper clamping piece, a lower clamping piece driving mechanism and a lower clamping piece; the horizontal driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting bracket, and the main lifting driving mechanism is connected to the output end of the horizontal driving mechanism; the clamping component mounting frame is connected to the output end of the main lifting driving mechanism; the sucker driving mechanism, the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece driving mechanism are arranged on the clamping component mounting frame; the sucker is configured to move downwards under the driving of the sucker driving mechanism to suck the edge of the release paper or move upwards to pull the sucked release paper; the upper clamping part of the upper clamping piece is adjacent to the sucker; the lower clamping piece is arranged at the output end of the lower clamping piece driving mechanism, and the lower clamping part of the lower clamping piece is configured to move to the position right below the upper clamping part and upwards close to the upper clamping part under the driving of the lower clamping piece driving mechanism so that the release paper adsorbed on the upwards pulled sucker is clamped between the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part or is downwards far away from the upper clamping part and moves out from the position right below the upper clamping part; the horizontal driving mechanism is configured to drive the sucker and the upper clamping part of the upper clamping piece to move to a position right above the edge of the release paper or drive the edge of the release paper fixed among the sucker, the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part to move along a corresponding direction so as to completely tear the release paper;

The tear-off paper device of claim 1 wherein the horizontal drive mechanism comprises a first horizontal drive structure and a second horizontal drive structure, the second horizontal drive structure being connected to an output of the first horizontal drive structure, the main lift drive mechanism being connected to an output of the second horizontal drive structure, the first horizontal drive structure driving the second horizontal drive structure to move in a first direction, the second horizontal drive structure driving the main lift drive mechanism to move in a second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction, the simultaneous actuation of the first horizontal drive structure and the second horizontal drive structure driving the main lift drive mechanism to move in an oblique direction at an angle to the first direction and the second direction.
3. The tear-off paper device of claim 1 wherein the primary lift drive mechanism is a first slip table cylinder, the clamp assembly mount being mounted on a side wall of a slip table of the first slip table cylinder.

A tear-off paper device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lower clamp drive mechanism includes a vertical slide-type cylinder and a lateral slide-type cylinder mounted to said clamp assembly mounting bracket, a side plate is fixed on the side wall of the sliding table of the vertical sliding table type cylinder, a transverse plate is fixed on the bottom wall of the sliding table of the vertical sliding table type cylinder, the bottom of the side plate is fixedly connected with the middle part of the transverse plate, the transverse sliding table type cylinder is fixed on the bottom surface of the transverse plate, the bottom wall of the sliding table of the transverse sliding table type cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower clamping piece, the lower clamping part transversely exceeds the side wall of the sliding table of the transverse sliding table type cylinder, the transverse sliding table type cylinder drives the lower clamping part to move to the position right below the upper clamping part or move out of the position right below the upper clamping part, the vertical sliding table type cylinder drives the lower clamping portion to be close to the upper clamping portion or to be far away from the upper clamping portion.
5. A tear-off paper device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower gripping portion has a gripping surface with a friction contact area having a saw-tooth like cross-section.

A paper tearing and separating device, which is characterized by comprising a product positioning jig and at least one paper tearing and separating device, wherein the paper tearing and separating device is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, and the paper tearing and separating device is used for tearing and separating the release paper on the surface of a product positioned on the product positioning jig.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the product positioning fixture comprises a vacuum suction platform for sucking and fixing the product.
8. The tear-off paper device of claim 6, further comprising a product conveying device and a blanking device, wherein the product positioning fixture is fixed to the product conveying device, at least one of the tear-off paper device and the blanking device are sequentially disposed along the product conveying device, the product conveying device is configured to sequentially convey the product positioning fixture to a position corresponding to at least one of the tear-off paper device and the blanking device, and the blanking device is configured to blank a product from which release paper is removed.
9. The tear-off paper machine of claim 8 wherein said product transport means is a carousel mechanism.
