Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物,主要由以下原料制得:以质量份数计,白头翁0.1‑1份,青葙0.5‑2份,香柏1‑3份,野菊花0.5‑1.5份,蜈蚣0.1‑1份,槐枝1‑3份,苦参子0.5‑2份,蒲公英根0.5‑1.5份,马齿苋0.5‑1.5份,草决明0.5‑1.5份,乳香0.1‑1份,桂圆肉0.1‑1份。制备方法包括:将原料混合浸泡5h以上、加水煎煮4h以上,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩成膏,干燥制成丸剂,即可。本发明实施例提供的用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物针对痔疮本身具有很好的治愈作用,还具有治疗热毒痢疾、肠息肉、血热等症的功效,并且治愈后不会再复发。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在社会竞争日益激烈,人们生活节奏加快,精神压力增强,加上环境的日益恶化,导致很多人一直处于亚健康状态,尤其是工作压力大,生物周期不规律的上班族。鉴于日常在电脑前的长期久坐,会带来腰椎、颈椎或者其他部位相关的疾病。无论是内痔还是外痔的痔疮在现代人尤其是年轻人中越来越高发,严重者还会引发其他疾病。
痔疮本身是一种位于肛门部位的常见疾病,任何年龄都可发病,但随着年龄增长,发病率逐渐增高。在我国,痔疮是最常见的肛肠疾病,素有“十男九痔”、“十女十痔”的说法。在美国,痔疮的发病率约为5%,这种差异可能与判定标准有关。
目前现有技术中,尚无有效的治疗方法或者药物,一般通常的做法是采取药物进行控制,药物包括栓剂、膏剂和洗剂,多数含有中药成分,虽具有一定的疗效,但效果不明显,只能起到暂时缓解的作用,不能持久。并且现有市面上的药物本身副作用比较大,存在药物依赖、远期疗效较差、对机体有损害等副作用,在达到控制病情的同时对人体的其他机能损害比较大,一旦病人停药又会复发,反反复复,给病人带来极大的痛苦,而且治疗过程也比较的漫长,起效也比较慢。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物,该中药组合物组配简单,原料易得,取材天然,对人体没有任何副作用,针对痔疮本身具有很好的治愈作用,主治内痔、外痔、混合痔、肛瘘等症,并且治愈后不会再复发,起效快,10天一个疗程,一般使用1-3个疗程就可达到治愈的效果,效果非常突出,使人身体更加康健,此外该中药组合物具有辅助治疗热毒痢疾、肠息肉、血热等症的效果,对血脂高的病人也有一定的辅助疗效。
本发明的第二目的在于提供上述用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法,制备方法具有能完整保留药物的有效成份的优点,并且具有方法简单易于操作,操作条件温和等优点。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
本发明实施例提供了一种用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物,主要由以下原料制得:以质量份数计,白头翁0.1-1份,青葙0.5-2份,香柏1-3份,野菊花0.5-1.5份,蜈蚣0.1-1份,槐枝1-3份,苦参子0.5-2份,蒲公英根0.5-1.5份,马齿苋0.5-1.5份,草决明0.5-1.5份,乳香0.1-1份,桂圆肉0.1-1份。
现有技术中治疗痔疮的中西药物非常多,但是一般起效慢、治疗后副作用大,病情容易反复等问题,不能达到彻底治愈的效果。
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的诸多技术问题,提供了一种能够实现痔疮的彻底治愈,达到优异的治疗效果的中药组合物,发明人基于的是传统中医理论,并结合前期临床经验发明所得。
该治疗痔疮的中药组合物非常完美的克服了现有技术中出现的技术问题,不仅剂型多变,使用方便,无任何毒副作用,还可以达到从根本上治疗痔疮的功效,主治内痔、外痔、混合痔、肛瘘等症,并且治愈后不会再复发,起效快,10天一个疗程,一般使用1-3个疗程就可达到治愈的效果,效果非常突出,使人身体更加康健,延年益寿,此外该中药组合物具有辅助治疗热毒痢疾、肠息肉、血热等症,对血脂高的病人也有一定的辅助疗效。
优选地,作为进一步可实施的方案,以质量份数计,白头翁0.3-0.7份,青葙0.6-1.5份,香柏1.5-2.5份,野菊花0.8-1.2份,蜈蚣0.3-0.8份,槐枝1.5-2.5份,苦参子0.8-1.5份,蒲公英根0.7-1.2份,马齿苋0.7-1.2份,草决明0.7-1.2份,乳香0.3-0.8份,桂圆肉0.2-0.8份。
优选地,作为进一步可实施的方案,以质量份数计,白头翁0.5份,青葙1份,香柏2份,野菊花1份,蜈蚣0.5份,槐枝2份,苦参子1份,蒲公英根1份,马齿苋1份,草决明1份,乳香0.5份,桂圆肉0.5份。
本发明的各个原料药材中,利用了君臣佐使的配药原理,槐枝、蒲公英根、苦参子、香柏以及马齿苋作为君药,主要起到治疗的功效,其中蒲公英根本身具有去热、利水、消肿、抗感染的功效,还具有一定的抗肿瘤的效果,苦参子具有一定的去热毒、抗肿瘤的效果,香柏具有止血、消炎的功效,马齿苋具有消炎、解毒、降血脂、止痛的功效,槐枝具有散瘀止血的功效,这5种君药配合后通过互相伍配的功效,不单单只是达到表面的止痛、消肿的功效,而是将病人长痔疮的患处彻底消除病根,找准病根,深层次的将病痛的根本去除掉,真正实现药到病除的效果,这5味君药作用是相互的,一味都不能缺少,通过相互配合后才能达到这种药到病除的理想效果,缺少任何一味都会将药效大大折扣。
可见通过这5种药物的复配后,其治疗是一方面,另外一方面通过配伍后药效得到了显著增强,还具有了一定程度的抑制复发的效果,众所周知痔疮的发病多是因为久坐、不运动,总爱吃辛辣食物有关,但是通过采用本发明的药物治疗后,与采用市面上普通的痔疮药治疗后,对于这种易发病的人群,前者的发病率能够控制在10%以下,后者的发病率高达50%以上,可见本发明的中药配方治疗效果是非常优异的,而这种中药组方现有技术中是没有给予任何记载的,属于技术空白点。
上述组方中,需要注意的是蒲公英入药时一定要选择蒲公英根,而不是蒲公英叶,蒲公英根本身的药效要更为强烈一些,而且蒲公英叶后续制备时不易成型,药效不如蒲公英根易提炼出来,所以根据发明人的大量实践发现,蒲公英根的各方面疗效都要优于蒲公英叶,只有采用蒲公英根入药后,才能形成良好的配伍关系。
本发明的中药配方中主要是12味药材,除了上述5中君药以外,其他组分均是臣药,主要起到辅助的疗效。臣药中,白头翁具有抗菌、消炎、凉血的效果,青葙具有止血、消肿、解毒、保肝的功效,野菊花具有散淤寒、提高免疫力、加速创口恢复的效果,蜈蚣具有解毒、攻毒的功效,草决明具有降压、降脂、去肝毒的功效,乳香具有散风祛瘀、止痛、生肌的功效,桂圆肉具有补血、去寒的功效。
现有技术中虽然也有很多中药类的痔疮药,但是一般都是外用药,操作不太方便,治疗效果也比较一般,外用药入药的药材一般为红花、麝香、樟脑,为了患者感受度好还会加一些冰片,但是这些痔疮药本身毒性大,副作用也比较大,冰片只是起到暂时缓解的效果,并不能做到根除,麝香的毒性也比较大,所以本发明在进行入药配料时摒弃了以往采用的这些原料药材。
本发明的中药为内服药,做成丸剂直接进行内服,非常方便,减少了病人的痛苦,在配合用量上也比较科学,通过互相配伍后达到了良好的治疗作用。
现有技术中也会有一些治疗痔疮用的口服中药制剂,但是为了遮盖中药的味道,都会加一些糖分,而且还会选择一些滋补、有助排便成分的药材进行辅助,但是这些成分本身就不太对症,而且加了一些糖后对药效本身会有一定的影响,本发明的组方中每一味药材都特意选择的是具有针对性治疗效果的药物,没有额外添加任何滋补、调节口感来用的组分,这样能够保证药效的充分发挥,提高药物对人体作用的效果,加强病症的快速去除。
本发明实施例除了提供了该中药组合物的组方,还提供了上述中药组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将原料混合浸泡5h以上、加水煎煮4h以上,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩成膏,干燥制成丸剂,即可。
优选地,浸泡的时间控制在7-8h。
优选地,加水煎煮的步骤中加水量为所有原料质量的20-30倍。
优选地,依次加水煎煮、过滤残渣收集药液的步骤来回重复10-15次,每次煎煮的时间控制在4-5h。
优选地,浓缩至60℃相对密度1.1-2之间的膏状,优选相对密度控制在1.12-1.5之间。
这种制备方法本身操作比较简单,操作过程中也无任何废渣产生,另外,所有中药原料最好经过挑拣、清洗、辐照等预处理操作后,再进行后续的浸泡,辐照可以达到杀死微生物、防腐灭菌的效果,辐照的温度不宜过高,一般控制在50-60℃之间即可,温度太高会破坏原料中的有效成分。
这种制备方法通过煎煮、浓缩的方式使得药效充分被提炼出来,相对于药效的发挥属于一种比较优选的方法,为了使得原料中的各味药材的药效能够充分融入到浓缩液中,在进行煎煮之必须先浸泡一段时间,浸泡的时间为5h以上,更优为7-8h,然后加水煎煮,一般加水量为所有原料总质量的20-30倍即可,太多或太少均不利于药效的发挥,加水煎煮的时间控制在4h以上。
为了将药材中的有效成分充分提炼出,依次加水煎煮、过滤残渣收集药液的步骤最好来回重复10-15次,每次煎煮的时间控制在4-5h,这样反复进行后能将药渣充分利用起来。
浓缩时,浓缩成相对密度控制在1.1-2之间(60℃)的稠膏,这样的相对密度范围内更有利于人体的吸收,相对密度更优控制在1.12-1.5之间。
本发明的制作工艺则做到了绝对纯天然,不使用现代复杂加工工艺,保留传统制作方式,同时不添加任何人工成分,以求保留产品配方的最佳效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法如下:
1)按下述质量称取各原料:白头翁0.1kg,青葙2kg,香柏1kg,野菊花1.5kg,蜈蚣0.1kg,槐枝3kg,苦参子0.5kg,蒲公英根1.5kg,马齿苋0.5kg,草决明1.5kg,乳香0.1kg,桂圆肉1kg;
2)将以上原料挑拣、清洗、辐照后,浸泡5h,加20倍的水煎煮4h,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩,干燥制成丸剂,每丸1g。
实施例2
用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法如下:
1)按下述质量称取各原料:白头翁1kg,青葙0.5kg,香柏3kg,野菊花0.5kg,蜈蚣1kg,槐枝1kg,苦参子2kg,蒲公英根0.5kg,马齿苋1.5kg,草决明0.5kg,乳香1kg,桂圆肉0.1kg;
2)将以上原料挑拣、清洗、辐照后,浸泡7h,加30倍的水煎煮5h,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩至相对密度在1.1-2之间(60℃),干燥制成丸剂,每丸1g。
实施例3
用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法如下:
1)按下述质量称取各原料:白头翁0.3kg,青葙1.5kg,香柏1.5kg,野菊花1.2kg,蜈蚣0.3kg,槐枝2.5kg,苦参子0.8kg,蒲公英根1.2kg,马齿苋0.7kg,草决明1.2kg,乳香0.3kg,桂圆肉0.8kg;
2)将以上原料挑拣、清洗、辐照后,浸泡6h,加25倍的水煎煮8h,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩至相对密度在1.12-1.5之间(60℃),干燥制成丸剂,每丸1g。
实施例4
用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法如下:
1)按下述质量称取各原料:白头翁0.7kg,青葙0.6kg,香柏2.5kg,野菊花0.8kg,蜈蚣0.8kg,槐枝1.5kg,苦参子1.5kg,蒲公英根0.7kg,马齿苋1.2kg,草决明0.7kg,乳香0.8kg,桂圆肉0.2kg;
2)将以上原料挑拣、清洗、辐照后,浸泡6h,加25倍的水煎煮8h,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩至相对密度在1.12-1.5之间(60℃),干燥制成丸剂,每丸1g。
实施例5
用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法如下:
1)按下述质量称取各原料:白头翁0.5kg,青葙1kg,香柏2kg,野菊花1kg,蜈蚣0.5kg,槐枝2kg,苦参子1kg,蒲公英根1kg,马齿苋1kg,草决明1kg,乳香0.5kg,桂圆肉0.5kg;
2)将以上原料挑拣、清洗、辐照后,浸泡6h,加27倍的水煎煮8h,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩至相对密度在1.12-1.5之间(60℃),干燥制成丸剂,每丸1g。
实验例1
1、试验材料
1.1动物SPF级SD大鼠,180~200g,60只,雌雄各半;SPF级KM小鼠,雌雄各半,22~25g,60只,合格证号SCXK(鲁)2014-0007;由济南朋悦实验动物繁育有限公司提供,实验动物使用许可证号SYXK(豫)2015-0005。本实验符合河南中医药大学实验动物伦理会标准。
1.2药品及试剂马应龙麝香痔疮膏(马应龙药业集团股份有限公司生产,批号170209);乙酸(北京化工厂,批号160805);大鼠白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β),白细胞介素-6(IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α);小鼠IL-1β,TNF-αELISA试剂盒(上海优选生物科技有限公司,批号均为E20170801A)。
1.3方法取大鼠60只,适应性喂养3d后随机取10只作为空白组,其他动物首先消毒肛周皮肤,采用75%乙酸溶液0.05mL注射于大鼠肛门外周皮下,24h后观察,可见白色溃疡面、肛周肿胀并有炎症渗出表明造模成功,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,第一组为模型组,第二组为本发明实施例3的中药组合物,第三组为本发明实施例4的中药组合物,第四组为实施例5的中药组合物,只是配方中没有添加苦参子,第五组为马应龙麝香痔疮膏组,每组的药用量均为5g/kg每天,第二组至第四组为喂服早晚各一次,第五组为涂抹马应龙麝香痔疮膏,分3次涂抹,10min/次,模型组和空白组肛周涂抹生理盐水,分3次涂抹,10min/次,连续治疗20d。
1.4试验结果
下表中,TNF-α、IL-1β以及IL-6均为重要的炎症因子,治疗20d后,检测大鼠血清中的抗炎因子情况,其指标的高低可以标志着组织炎症发生、组织损伤的程度。

从上表1的结果看出,与空白组相比,第一组的模型组各个指标水平显著升高(P<0.01),与模型组相比,第二组与第三组可显著降低大鼠痔疮模型血清TNF-α、IL-1β以及IL-6水平(P<0.01),第四组与第五组与模型组相比,治疗情况并不显著,从上述试验结果来看,可以发现对于本发明的中药组合物来讲,其对小鼠痔疮模型具有很好的治疗作用,但是所加的每一味药均是必不可少的,尤其是作为君药发挥关键作用,药引子的组分,缺少之后对整个方剂的药效都是影响非常大的,相当于整个方剂的药效大大折扣,其他君药如果减少任何一味其试验结果也是与上述结果类似的,此外本发明中药组合物的其他组分可能也会一定程度的影响药效,但是相比于最重要的5味药,可能其影响程度并不是特别大。
实验例2
采用上述实验例1的方法治疗20d后,彻底清除药物,清洗肛周,对肛周进行评分,评分标准,0分完全愈合,1分基本愈合,2分少许溃疡渗液,3分有溃疡渗液,具体见下表1所示。

从上表的评分结果可以看出,本发明的中药组合物治疗效果非常优异,而且经过治疗的一段时间后,采用少量的乙酸溶液再对大鼠的外周进行注射后,每次用量非常微小,连续注射10d左右,可以发现第二组、第三组不会有肛周肿胀的情况发生,但是第四组、第五组的大鼠在第5d左右,其肛周又会发生肿胀的现象,可见本发明的中药组合物治疗后,其具有抑制痔疮复发的功效,不会出现病情反复的问题,但是当然的,日常生活习惯的注意也是非常必要的。
病例1
王某某72岁,男,司机,内痔10年,两次手术后复发,服用本发明实施例5的配方,使用方法为:早空腹服6粒,一天一次,10天一个疗程,两个疗程治愈,至今未复发。
病例2
李某某,某大队书记,54岁,本身患有心脏病,高血压,糖尿病,外痔5年,服用本发明实施例5的配方,使用方法为:早空腹服6粒,一天一次,10天一个疗程,一个疗程治愈,至今未复发。
病例3
张某某,公务员,肛瘘不能动,反复疼痛难忍,服用本发明实施例4的配方,使用方法为:早空腹服6粒,一天一次,10天一个疗程,三个疗程治愈,至今未复发。
病例4
孙某某,办公室文员,伴有高血脂多年,服用本发明实施例3的配方,使用方法为:早空腹服6粒,一天一次,10天一个疗程,三个疗程,血脂恢复到正常水平。
病例5
吴某某,预备怀孕,但是患混合痔多年,还伴有高血压,服用本发明实施例4的配方,使用方法为:早空腹服6粒,一天一次,10天一个疗程,两个疗程,彻底治愈,怀孕期间血压一直维持正常水平,最后正常分娩。
本发明实施例的中药组合物除了对内痔、外痔、混合痔等痔疮类疾病具有很好的治疗作用,通过日常实践发现其还对热毒痢疾、肠息肉、血热、血脂高等症具有一定的辅助功效,本发明的药物药性温和,纯天然取材,安全性高,还能辅助治疗诸多疾病,因此值得广泛推广应用。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

1.一种用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料制得:以质量份数计,白头翁0.5份,青葙1份,香柏2份,野菊花1份,蜈蚣0.5份,槐枝2份,苦参子1份,蒲公英根1份,马齿苋1份,草决明1份,乳香0.5份,桂圆肉0.5份。
2.权利要求1所述的用于治疗痔疮的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将原料混合浸泡5h以上、加水煎煮4h以上,过滤残渣收集药液浓缩成膏,干燥制成丸剂,即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,浸泡的时间控制在7-8h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,加水煎煮的步骤中,加水量为所有原料质量的20-30倍。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,依次加水煎煮、过滤残渣收集药液的步骤来回重复10-15次,每次煎煮的时间控制在4-5h。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,浓缩至60℃条件下相对密度为1.1-2之间的膏状。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,相对密度控制在1.12-1.5之间。
