Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to diaper, in particular to intelligent diaper and a working method thereof.
Background
Disposable diaper is a daily necessity for infants, adults suffering from urinary incontinence diseases or lacking self-care ability, and dry diaper plays an important role in healthy growth of infants and incontinent adults lacking self-care ability. The conventional diaper is generally composed of a surface layer, an absorbent core layer and a base fabric layer, wherein the edge of the surface layer is glued with the edge of the base fabric layer, and the absorbent core layer is arranged between the surface layer and the base fabric layer. The surface layer is usually a non-woven fabric surface layer, is clung to the body of a user, is soft and comfortable, does not irritate the skin, can promote urine to quickly permeate and effectively prevent the urine from permeating, keeps the surface of the diaper dry and comfortable, has good air permeability, and can timely diffuse water vapor in the diaper of a baby to the outside, so that the occurrence rate of diaper rash is effectively reduced. The absorbent core layer is a block structure composed of pure wood pulp (fluff pulp) and super absorbent resin (SAP), and can capture and rapidly absorb urine and disperse the urine by capillary action to store the urine. The base cloth layer is a more comfortable non-woven fabric layer or a PE film layer with better adsorptivity.
When the existing diaper is not replaced in time due to the occurrence of the conditions of diaper wetting, fecal wetting, reverse osmosis, side leakage and the like, the existing diaper is easy to induce infantile eczema, even the diseases such as urinary tract infection and the like are possibly caused, serious injury is caused to the health of infants, and great inconvenience or adverse effect is caused to the life of incontinent adults. At present, only a temperature and humidity sensor or other odor sensors or other various sensors can be adopted to detect the wet condition of the urine, but the number of elements is large, the cost is high, the number of times of the wet replacement of the urine is gradually reduced from ten times per day to six times per day in the growth stage of infants, and the long-term use cost is too high for disposable wet prevention; if some reusable high-cost humidity sensors are adopted, the sensors often have the problems that the materials are harmful to the skin, the skin feel uncomfortable, the diaper is replaced after being wetted by the diaper, and the sensors are worried about insanitation and uncleanness, and must be carefully cleaned, so the sensors are not suitable for most families, infant hospitals and nursing homes.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a new diaper, which has the advantages of extremely low cost, high safety and timely prompting of diaper information.
