When the electrical signal of the calibrated instrument is connected to the electrical signal detection circuit 29, the electrical signal is converted into a digital signal and is input to the control chip 21 connected with the electrical signal detection circuit, and the digital signal is calculated in the control chip 21 through a calculation formula preset in the control chip 21 to obtain detected electrical signal data or on-off state information of the pressure switch, and the detected electrical signal data or the on-off state information of the pressure switch is displayed through the display screen 10. At this time, the detected value of the electrical signal can be used as the displayed value of the electrical signal output by the calibrated meter, or as the calibrated value of the output signal of the calibrated pressure meter 100, for judging the accuracy of the difference between the output electrical signal value of the calibrated meter and the standard value, or for judging whether the output electrical signal value of the calibrated pressure meter 100 is consistent with the specified value. The electrical signal calibration data will be temporarily stored in the memory of the control chip 21 and can be uploaded to the database 300 through the communication module 3.
The communication module 3 or the communication module 3 and the camera assembly are directly electrically connected to the control chip 21 of the main control unit 2, and directly perform data interaction with the control chip 21. The communication module 3 supports an industrial ethernet communication protocol and a wireless network protocol, and can access the Internet network.
Example two:
in the second embodiment shown in fig. 3, the main control unit 2 includes a main control circuit board 21-1 and an interface circuit board 22-1, where the interface circuit board 22-1 is a circuit integrated board of an air path component of the pressure calibration unit 1, the pressure control module 11, the pressure interface module 14, and the pressure measurement module 12 of the pressure calibration unit 1 are all connected to the interface circuit board 22-1, the interface circuit board 22-1 is connected to the main control circuit board 21-1 through an interface circuit board plug mounted thereon, and the main control circuit board 21-1 intelligently controls an air path through the interface circuit board 22-1. The main control circuit board 21-1 is a circuit integrated board, on which a core control board (a central control unit, a commercial system control software, a pressure check supporting algorithm, and an electrical measurement calculation algorithm software) is distributed, a memory, a measurement circuit (connected with an external electrical measurement interface), a display screen socket, a USB interface, and the like.
The main control circuit board 21-1 is further connected with a voltage measuring circuit 71 and a voltage measuring circuit 81, which are connected to an electrical interface of an external calibrated instrument through a pair of external electrical measurement interfaces 87, the electrical interface may be an output electrical interface of an ammeter and a voltmeter, or an electrical signal output end of the calibrated pressure instrument 100, and integrated calibration operation of pressure and electrical signals can be realized.
Method of producing a composite material
The invention provides a method for processing calibration information of a pressure instrument, which is operated by adopting the pressure calibration device and comprises the following steps:
information acquisition: connecting the pressure instrument 100 to be calibrated with the pressure calibration unit 1, connecting the communication module 3 to the network 2, establishing connection with the database 300, and acquiring information corresponding to the model information of the pressure instrument 100 to be calibrated in the database 300 in real time, wherein the information comprises basic information of the pressure instrument to be calibrated, historical calibration data and a calibration scheme; wherein the model information of the pressure meter under calibration 100 includes unique identity information, i.e., an ID code, of the pressure meter under calibration 100.
Calibration and data transmission: the main control unit 2 generates the calibration data of the pressure instrument 100 to be calibrated according to the obtained calibration scheme, and the main control unit 2 uploads the calibration data to the database 300 in real time through the communication module 3.
In the above information obtaining step, the model information of the pressure gauge 100 to be calibrated is transmitted to the main control unit 2 of the pressure calibration apparatus, and the main control unit 2 transmits the model information of the pressure gauge 100 to be calibrated to the communication module 3. The model information transmission modes of the pressure meter 100 to be calibrated are divided into the following three types according to different configurations of the pressure calibration device:
(1) when the camera assembly is not provided in the pressure calibration apparatus, the model information of the calibrated pressure meter 100 is manually input through the display screen 10, that is, the model information is manually input through the display screen 10 and is transmitted to the main control unit 2.
(2) When the camera module is not provided in the pressure calibration apparatus, the configuration file is loaded, that is, the configuration file configured with the model information of the pressure meter 100 to be calibrated is loaded into the main control unit 2, and the model information of the pressure meter 100 to be calibrated is extracted by the main control unit 2.
(3) When the pressure calibration device is provided with the camera assembly, the camera 4 takes a picture and the image recognition program in the main control unit 2 recognizes the taken picture and then obtains the picture, namely, the camera 4 of the camera assembly takes a picture of the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated, and the image recognition program implanted into the main control unit (2) in advance recognizes the taken picture and obtains the model information of the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated.
The present calibration information acquired in the above method may be compared with historical calibration information to determine the long-term stability of the calibrated pressure meter 100. The stability determination may be performed anywhere, that is, by connecting the database 300 to download the current calibration data and the historical calibration data, and determining the long-term stability of the pressure meter under calibration 100 through comparison or statistical analysis, for example, determining the long-term stability of the pressure meter under calibration 100 through regression analysis, variance analysis, and the like in the statistical analysis method.
The calibration protocol acquired by the apparatus of the present invention refers to an automatic calibration procedure that performs the calibration operation. The device of the invention carries out automatic calibration according to the acquired calibration scheme and comprises the following steps:
the main control unit 2 controls the pressure calibration module 11 to generate calibration pressure and provide the calibration pressure to the pressure calibration loop according to the obtained calibration scheme, i.e. the automatic calibration program, the calibrated pressure instrument 100 outputs a current signal after receiving the standard pressure and is connected to the current calibration unit 7 through the electrical interface, and the main control unit 2 controls the current calibration unit 7 through the automatic calibration program to read the output current value of the calibrated pressure instrument.
According to the calibration requirements of different calibrated pressure instruments, different calibration points (for example, 10 calibration points of the high-accuracy calibrated pressure instrument and 5 calibration points of the low-accuracy calibrated pressure instrument) are set in the calibration scheme, so that according to the number of the set calibration points, the main control unit 2 implements calibration operation control, performs point-by-point calibration operation on the calibrated pressure instrument 100, and obtains calibration data of each calibration point.
When the camera assembly is not provided in the pressure calibration apparatus described above, acquiring the historical calibration data and the calibration protocol in the information acquisition requires the following steps:
the model information of the pressure instrument 100 to be calibrated is preset through the display screen 10 and stored in the main control unit 2, the main control unit 2 transmits the model information of the pressure instrument 100 to be calibrated to the communication module 3, and then the communication module 3 downloads the basic information, the historical calibration data and the calibration scheme of the pressure instrument to be calibrated from the database 300 in real time through the network 200.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that these examples or embodiments are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the invention, and that various equivalent modifications and changes may be made to the invention within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A pressure calibration device is used for calibrating a pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated on site, and comprises a pressure calibration unit (1) and a main control unit (2) electrically connected with the pressure calibration unit (1), wherein the pressure calibration unit (1) is externally connected with the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated, the pressure calibration device is characterized in that the pressure calibration device is further integrated with a communication module (3), the communication module (3) is electrically connected with the main control unit (2) and is accessed into a remote database (300) through a network (200) for downloading historical calibration information and a calibration scheme in real time from the remote database and uploading generated calibration data to the remote database in real time, and the calibration scheme comprises an automatic calibration program for implementing calibration operation;
the pressure calibration unit (1) comprises a pressure generation unit (13), a pressure control module (11), a pressure measurement module (12) and a pressure interface module (14) which are communicated through a gas pipeline, and the pressure measurement module (12) and the pressure control module (11) are respectively and electrically connected to the main control unit (2); the pressure interface module (14) is externally connected with a pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated, the pressure measuring module (12) provides pressure standard data, and high-pressure gas generated by the pressure generating unit (13) enters the pressure control module (11) through a gas pipeline and reaches the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated through the pressure interface module (14).
2. A pressure calibration device according to claim 1, characterized in that the communication module (3) is a communication program integrated in the master control unit (2), the master control unit (2) being provided with a network interface via which the communication module (3) accesses the remote database (300) over the network (200).
3. A pressure calibration device according to claim 1, characterized in that the communication module (3) is a hardware unit with a connection plug and a network interface, by means of which the communication module (3) is mechanically and electrically connected to the main control unit (2), and by means of which the network interface is connected to the network (200) and to the remote database (300).
4. The pressure calibration device according to claim 1, further comprising a camera assembly electrically connected to the main control unit (2), wherein the camera assembly comprises a camera (4), a camera (5) arranged on the camera (4) and an image recognition program implanted in the main control unit (2), the camera (5) is opposite to the front appearance of the calibrated pressure meter (100), the taken picture is transmitted to the main control unit (2) through the camera (4), and the image recognition program performs image recognition on the taken picture to acquire the model of the calibrated pressure meter and basic information of the calibrated pressure meter.
5. A pressure calibration device according to any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a power source (9) and/or a display screen (10) electrically connected to the main control unit (2), said power source (9) being a replaceable battery pack or a rechargeable battery pack or an external power source; the display screen (10) is a touch screen or an LED display.
6. A pressure calibration device according to any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a temperature calibration unit (6) and an electrical signal calibration unit electrically connected to the main control unit (2), the electrical signal calibration unit comprising a current calibration unit (7) and/or a voltage calibration unit (8).
7. A method for processing calibration information of a pressure meter, which is operated by the pressure calibration device of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
information acquisition: the pressure calibration method comprises the steps that a pressure calibration unit (1) is connected with a pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated, a communication module (3) is connected into a network (200) and is connected with a database (300), and calibration information corresponding to the type of the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated in the database (300) is obtained in real time and comprises basic information of the pressure instrument to be calibrated, historical calibration data and a calibration scheme;
calibration and data transmission: the main control unit (2) generates the current calibration data of the calibrated pressure instrument (100) according to the obtained calibration scheme, and the main control unit (2) uploads the current calibration data to the database (300) in real time through the communication module (3).
8. The method for processing calibration information of a pressure meter according to claim 7,
in the information acquisition step, the model information of the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated is transmitted into a main control unit (2) of the pressure calibration device, and the main control unit (2) transmits the model information of the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated to a communication module (3).
9. The method of processing pressure meter calibration information according to claim 8,
the model information of the pressure instrument (100) to be calibrated is input through a display screen or loaded through a configuration file, or is acquired after a camera shooting image and an image recognition program in the main control unit (2) recognize the shooting image.

The method for processing calibration information of a pressure instrument according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the historical calibration data comprises pressure indication values, pressure indication error or pressure indication values, pressure indication error, current value and current indication error of all pressure calibration points of the calibrated pressure instrument; the calibration scheme includes an automatic calibration procedure that performs a calibration operation; the basic information of the pressure meter to be calibrated comprises the measuring range, the precision, the number and the manufacturing plant information of the pressure meter to be calibrated.
