When the device is used, firstly, the force application device 65 is pushed leftwards to separate the distance between the fixing sleeve 64 and the locking sleeve 62 to the maximum, then the filling agent is injected into the storage cylinder 51 through the feeding hole 54, then the device is placed at two sides of the floor 7 to be sewn, the rotating rod 31 drives the wire wheel 32 to pull the connecting rope 34 by rotating the handle 33, then the stabilizing plate 1 moves downwards to stabilize the two stabilizing plates 23 on the floor 7, then the force application device 65 is pulled rightwards, so that the thin rod 63 moves downwards to drive the piston 67 to move downwards, the filling agent enters the anti-outflow box 521 and pushes away the two bearing plates 522 by using gravity and pressure, when the force application device 65 is stopped to be pulled, the elastic force of the return spring 524 is balanced with the air pressure in the storage cylinder 51, so that the two bearing plates 522 tend to approach each other, the choke effect is achieved, and finally the filling agent application is completed, and (4) finishing.
