Technical Field

Background
At present, in the building construction process, bricks required by different floors are generally hoisted to a target floor by one side of a single-arm hoisting (or hoisted by one trolley and one trolley), the whole process needs multi-person cooperative work and is only suitable for hoisting bricks at low floors, and the bricks can only be hoisted by a tower crane for middle and high-rise buildings, high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings, which undoubtedly wastes time and labor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides an intelligent automatic conveying device for building bricks, so as to solve the problems that the traditional brick hoisting method in the prior art is not high in practicability, wastes time and labor in hoisting, is high in manpower and material resource cost and the like. According to the technical scheme, the bricks of the first floor can be automatically hoisted to the target floor without the aid of a single-arm crane or a tower crane, time and labor are saved, multiple persons are not required to cooperate in a coordinated manner, the cost of manpower and material resources is low, the practicability is good, and the like, and the technical effects are described in detail below.

the invention provides an intelligent building body brick automatic conveying device, which comprises a building body, a roof positioned at the top of the building body and each floor arranged in the building body, wherein an elevator shaft is arranged in the building body, the upper end of the elevator shaft is communicated with the roof, a lifting plate is arranged in the elevator shaft in a vertically sliding manner, the lifting plate is connected with a traction device arranged on the roof through a plurality of traction ropes, the lifting plate is driven to move up and down in the elevator shaft through the traction device, a telescopic crane is arranged on the lifting plate, and a brick containing box placed on the ground is hoisted and moved to the lifting plate or hoisted from the lifting plate and placed on each floor through the telescopic crane;
a plurality of conveying rails for conveying brick containing boxes are arranged on one floor in a building body, a plurality of brick containing boxes are arranged on the ground right below the conveying rails, a plurality of bricks are arranged in each brick containing box, a positioning device for determining the position of each brick containing box in one floor of the building body is arranged on each brick containing box, a conveying device is arranged on each conveying rail, each brick containing box is hoisted to be adjacent to an elevator shaft through the conveying device, the brick containing boxes are conveniently hoisted in a telescopic mode, and a limit switch for stopping the conveying device in motion is further arranged at one end, close to the elevator shaft, of each conveying rail;
the control host is electrically connected with the traction device, the positioning device and the instruction input device, the positioning device transmits the position information of each brick containing box to the control host, the position information is displayed on the instruction input device for workers to check after being processed by the control host, the control host controls the conveying device to lift and convey the brick containing box to the position near an elevator shaft according to the instruction transmitted by the instruction input device, then controls the telescopic crane to lift and move the brick containing box to the lifting plate, then controls the traction device to lift the lifting plate to a target floor, and finally controls the telescopic crane to lift and place the brick containing box on the lifting plate to the target floor.
As an important design of the scheme, the telescopic crane comprises an electro-hydraulic push rod vertically and fixedly installed on the lifting plate and an electric telescopic arm horizontally installed at the upper end of the electro-hydraulic push rod, and a first electromagnet used for sucking up the brick containing box is installed at the head of the electric telescopic arm in a hanging mode; the electro-hydraulic push rod, the electric telescopic arm and the first electromagnet are all electrically connected with the control host.
As an optimized design of the scheme, the conveying tracks are fixedly arranged on a plurality of track mounting rods; each track mounting rod is supported and fixed on the ground of the first floor through a support frame.
As the optimized design of the scheme, a T-shaped slide way is arranged in the conveying track, the lower end of the T-shaped slide way is communicated with the lower surface of the conveying track, and two racks which are arranged in parallel are laid at the bottom of the T-shaped slide way;
the conveying device comprises a gear ring meshed with the rack and hub motors embedded in the gear ring, the two hub motors are fixedly connected through a wheel shaft, an electric cylinder is mounted at the lower end of the middle part of the wheel shaft in a hanging mode, and a second electromagnet used for sucking up the brick containing box is mounted at the lower end of the electric cylinder; the hub motor, the electric cylinder and the second electromagnet are electrically connected with the control host.
As an optimized design of the scheme, the brick containing box comprises a box bottom plate, a plurality of box side plates hinged to the edge of the upper surface of the box bottom plate and a box cover fixedly connected with the box side plates;

As the optimized design of the scheme, the lower surface of the box bottom plate is provided with a plurality of bases for supporting the brick containing box to be stably placed on the ground and a plurality of universal wheels for the brick containing box to move on the ground;
the upper end of each universal wheel is vertically and fixedly provided with an electric cylinder, and the electric cylinder is embedded in the box bottom plate;
when the stroke of the electric cylinder is zero, the universal wheels are not contacted with the ground, and at the moment, the base is tightly attached to the ground;
when the stroke of the electric cylinder is maximum, the universal wheel is contacted with the ground, and at the moment, the base is not contacted with the ground;
the side surface of the box bottom plate is inserted with a pedal plate for standing people, and the pedal plate is provided with a pedal switch for controlling the action of the electric cylinder.
As the optimized design of the scheme, the upper surface of each box side plate is provided with a plurality of grooves, and each groove is internally provided with a hanging rod;
the side surface of the box cover is provided with a shaft bracket used for arranging a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a spring fastener, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with a double-shaft motor, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the rotation of the double-shaft motor, and the rotating shaft drives the spring fastener to rotate so as to be automatically screwed into the groove and fastened on the hanging rod, so that the box cover and the box side plate are fastened into a whole;
and a battery for supplying power for the work of the double-shaft motor and a control switch for controlling the action of the double-shaft motor are also embedded on the side surface of the box cover.
As the optimization design of the scheme, the positioning device comprises a GPS positioner and a Beidou positioner.
By adopting the technical scheme, before use, after bricks are pulled, workers need to directly unload the bricks from a vehicle and regularly place the bricks on a box bottom plate, after the bricks are fully placed, the box side plates are fixedly connected through a lock catch, and finally a box cover is fixed at the upper ends of the box side plates through a spring catch, so that the bricks are sealed in a brick containing box (the size of the brick containing box can be customized according to the field construction requirement, but the maximum brick containing amount of the brick containing box cannot exceed two bricks), in the use process, when the workers on a certain floor need the bricks, an instruction input device can be operated to select the required brick containing box (because the brick containing box in a floor is all displayed on an instruction input device), then a control host controls a conveying device to move on a conveying rail according to the position of the selected brick containing box until the conveying device moves to be right below the selected brick containing box, then the control host controls an electric cylinder and an electromagnet in the conveying device to suck and lift the brick containing box right below the conveying device, then the brick containing boxes are conveyed to the side of an elevator shaft, then the control host controls the telescopic crane to lift and move the brick containing boxes to the lifting plate, then the traction device is controlled to lift the lifting plate to a target floor, then the telescopic crane lifts the brick containing boxes from the lifting plate to the target floor, then the traction device returns to the first floor, the conveying device on the conveying track of the first floor returns to the position right above the other brick containing box and lifts and conveys the brick containing boxes to the side of the elevator shaft, the brick containing boxes are lifted away after the lifting plate returns to the first floor until all the brick containing boxes selected in the first floor are conveyed to the target floor by the lifting plate, and therefore the brick containing boxes in the first floor can be automatically lifted away and conveyed to the target floor.
Has the advantages that: the automatic brick conveying device for the intelligent building body can automatically hoist bricks of a first floor to a target floor without the help of a single-arm crane or a tower crane, is time-saving and labor-saving, does not need to cooperate with multiple persons, and is low in cost of manpower and material resources and good in practicability.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 1 and 4-10, the intelligent building brick automatic conveying device provided by the invention comprises a building body 1, a roof 2 positioned at the top of the building body 1 and each floor 3 arranged in the building body 1, wherein an elevator shaft 4 is arranged in the building body 1, the elevator shaft 4 is used as a passage for the up-and-down movement of a brick containing box 12, certainly, if the elevator shaft 4 and other similar structures capable of lifting the brick containing box 12 are not arranged in the building, a traction device 5 can be moved to the edge of the roof 2, the brick containing box 12 is pulled to ascend by contacting with the outer wall of the building body 1, the upper end of the elevator shaft 4 is communicated with the roof 2, a lifting plate 7 is arranged in the elevator shaft 4 in a vertically sliding manner, the lifting plate 7 is used for driving the brick containing box 12 to move up and down, the lifting plate 7 is connected with the traction device 5 arranged on the roof 2 through a plurality of traction ropes 6, the lifting plate 7 is driven by the, the lifting plate 7 is provided with a telescopic crane 8, and the brick containing box 12 placed on the ground is lifted and moved to the lifting plate 7 or the brick containing box 12 is lifted from the lifting plate 7 and placed on each floor 3 through the telescopic crane 8;
referring to fig. 2, 3, 4, 6-10, a plurality of conveying rails 14 for conveying the brick containing box 12 are arranged on one floor in the building body 1, the conveying rails 14 are used for conveying the brick containing box 12 to the side of the elevator shaft 4 by a conveying device, the brick containing box 12 is relatively large in number and relatively heavy in weight, and the floor in the building is not finished and is not suitable for pushing the brick containing box 12 to the vicinity of the elevator shaft 4, so that the brick containing box 12 is not moved slowly, and the bricks in the brick containing box 12 are loosened, therefore, a hanging conveying mode is adopted, namely the brick containing box 12 is lifted by the conveying device and then quickly conveyed to the vicinity of the elevator shaft 4 along the conveying rails 14, in the process, the brick containing box 12 can be kept stable and does not shake all the time, and the bricks are effectively prevented from loosening, a plurality of brick containing boxes 12 are arranged on the ground right below the conveying track 14, a plurality of bricks are arranged in each brick containing box 12, a positioning device 42 used for determining the position of the brick containing box 12 in one floor of the building body 1 is arranged on each brick containing box 12, a conveying device is arranged on the conveying track 14, the brick containing boxes 12 are lifted and conveyed to the position near the elevator shaft 4 through the conveying device, the brick containing boxes 12 are conveniently lifted by the telescopic crane 8, and one end, close to the elevator shaft 4, of the conveying track 14 is also provided with a limit switch 17 used for stopping the conveying device in movement;
referring to fig. 1-5, an instruction input device 13 for sending a control instruction to a control host 18 in a building body 1 is installed on each floor 3, the control host 18 is electrically connected with a traction device 5, a positioning device 42 and the instruction input device 13, the positioning device 42 transmits position information of each brick containing box 12 to the control host 18, the position information is displayed on the instruction input device 13 after being processed by the control host 18 and is checked by workers, the control host 18 controls a conveying device to lift the brick containing box 12 to be close to an elevator shaft 4 according to the instruction sent by the instruction input device 13, then controls a telescopic crane 8 to lift the brick containing box 12 to a lifting plate 7, then controls the traction device 5 to lift the lifting plate 7 to a target floor 3, and finally controls the telescopic crane 8 to lift the brick containing box 12 on the lifting plate 7 to be placed on the target floor 3.
As an optional implementation mode, the telescopic crane 8 comprises an electric-hydraulic push rod 9 vertically and fixedly installed on the lifting plate 7 and an electric telescopic arm 10 horizontally installed at the upper end of the electric-hydraulic push rod 9, the electric-hydraulic push rod 9 is used for pushing the electric telescopic arm 10 to move up and down, when the first electromagnet 11 sucks the brick containing box 12, the electric-hydraulic push rod 9 can be controlled to move to hoist the brick containing box 12, the head of the electric telescopic arm 10 is provided with a first electromagnet 11 for sucking the brick containing box 12 in a hanging manner, the first electromagnet 11 is used for sucking the brick containing box 12, the brick containing box 12 is firm and convenient, when the brick containing box 12 needs to be separated from the first electromagnet 11, the first electromagnet 11 is only powered off, the separation speed is high, the separation is convenient, and when the brick containing box 12 needs to be hoisted, only the first electromagnet 11 is powered on, the suction speed is; the electro-hydraulic push rod 9, the electric telescopic arm 10 and the first electromagnet 11 are all electrically connected with a control host 18.
The conveying track 14 is fixedly arranged on a plurality of track mounting rods 15; each track mounting rod 15 is supported and fixed on the ground of the first floor through a support frame 16, so that the design is convenient for dismounting and assembling the conveying track 14, because the traditional conveying track 14 is fixed on the indoor top wall, a certain time is needed for fixing screws, and the conveying track 14 is fixed through the support frame 16 and the mounting rods, so that the trouble of fixing the conveying track on the top wall is eliminated, the top wall is not damaged, the mounting and dismounting speed is high, and the practicability is good.
The T-shaped slide way 19 is arranged in the conveying track 14, the lower end of the T-shaped slide way 19 is communicated with the lower surface of the conveying track 14, and two racks 20 which are arranged in parallel are laid at the bottom of the T-shaped slide way 19, so that two hub motors 21 can be arranged in the T-shaped slide way 19, and a gear ring 22 which is meshed with the racks 20 is sleeved outside each hub motor 21, so that enough power is ensured to push the conveying device to move along the conveying track 14;
the conveying device comprises a gear ring 22 meshed with the rack 20 and hub motors 21 embedded in the gear ring 22, the two hub motors 21 are fixedly connected through a wheel shaft 23, the hub motors 21 are used for driving the gear ring 22 to move on the rack 20, so that the conveying device moves forwards or backwards along the conveying track 14, an electric cylinder 24 is mounted at the lower end of the middle part of the wheel shaft 23 in a hanging mode, the electric cylinder 24 is used for driving a second electromagnet 111 to move up and down to attract the brick containing box 12 and then drive the brick containing box 12 to rise, and the second electromagnet 111 for attracting the brick containing box 12 is mounted at the lower end of the electric cylinder 24; the in-wheel motor 21, the electric cylinder 24 and the second electromagnet 111 are all electrically connected with the control host 18.
The brick containing box 12 comprises a box bottom plate 28, a plurality of box side plates 27 hinged at the edge of the upper surface of the box bottom plate 28 and a box cover 26 fixedly connected with the box side plates 27;
the plurality of box side plates 27 are fixedly connected into an integral structure through the lock catches 34, so that the box side plates 27 can be unfolded and horizontally placed on the ground when the bricks are piled up on the box bottom plate 28, the box bottom plate 28 is erected and fixedly connected through the lock catches 34 after the bricks are fully placed, and the design is similar to a common tricycle hopper in the market.
The lower surface of the box bottom plate 28 is provided with a plurality of bases 29 for supporting the brick containing box 12 to be stably placed on the ground and a plurality of universal wheels 30 for the brick containing box 12 to move on the ground;
wherein, the upper end of each universal wheel 30 is vertically and fixedly provided with an electric cylinder 31, and the electric cylinder 31 is embedded in the box bottom plate 28;
when the stroke of the electric cylinder 31 is zero, the universal wheel 30 is not contacted with the ground, and at the moment, the base 29 is tightly attached to the ground;
when the stroke of the electric cylinder 31 is maximum, the universal wheel 30 is in contact with the ground, and at the moment, the base 29 is not in contact with the ground;
the foot pedal 32 for standing people is inserted into the side face of the box bottom plate 28, and the foot pedal 33 for controlling the action of the electric cylinder 31 is installed on the foot pedal 32, so that the design is convenient for a worker to control the action of the electric cylinder 31.
A plurality of grooves 35 are formed in the upper surface of each box side plate 27, and a hanging rod 36 is installed in each groove 35;
a shaft bracket 38 for arranging a rotating shaft 37 is arranged on the side surface of the box cover 26, a spring fastener 39 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 37, one end of the rotating shaft 37 is connected with a double-shaft motor 41, the rotating shaft 37 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the double-shaft motor 41, and the spring fastener 39 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotating shaft 37, so that the spring fastener 39 is automatically screwed into the groove 35 and is fastened on the hanging rod 36, and the box cover 26 and the box side plate 27 are fastened into a whole;
the side surface of the box cover 26 is also embedded with a battery 40 for supplying power for the operation of the double-shaft motor 41 and a control switch 25 for controlling the action of the double-shaft motor 41.
The positioning device 42 includes a GPS positioner and a beidou positioner.
By adopting the technical scheme, before use, after bricks are pulled, workers need to directly unload the bricks from a vehicle and regularly place the bricks on a box bottom plate 28, after the bricks are fully placed, box side plates 27 are fixedly connected through a lock catch 34, finally a box cover 26 is fixed at the upper ends of the box side plates 27 through a spring catch 39, so that the bricks are sealed in a brick containing box 12 (the size of the brick containing box 12 can be customized according to the field construction requirement, but the maximum brick containing amount of the brick containing box 12 cannot exceed two bricks), in the use process, when the workers on a certain floor 3 need the bricks, an instruction input device 13 can be operated to select the required brick containing box 12 (because the brick containing boxes 12 in the floor are all displayed on an instruction input device 13), then a control host machine 18 controls a conveying device to move on a conveying rail 14 according to the selected positions of the brick containing boxes 12 until the conveying device moves to be right below the selected brick containing boxes 12, then the control host machine 18 controls the electric cylinder 24 and the second electromagnet 111 in the conveying device to act to suck and lift the brick containing box 12 right below the brick containing box, then the brick containing box is conveyed to the side of the elevator shaft 4, then the control host machine 18 controls the telescopic crane 8 to lift and move the brick containing box 12 to the lifting plate 7, then the traction device 5 is controlled to lift the lifting plate 7 to the target floor 3, then the telescopic crane 8 lifts the brick containing box 12 from the lifting plate 7 to be placed on the target floor 3, then the traction device 5 returns to the first floor, the conveying device on the first floor conveying track 14 returns to the right above the other brick containing box 12 and lifts and conveys the brick containing box to the side of the elevator shaft 4, the lifting plate 7 is lifted after returning to the first floor until all the brick containing boxes 12 selected in the first floor are conveyed to the target floor 3 by the lifting plate 7, and thus the brick containing boxes 12 in the first floor can be automatically lifted and conveyed to the target floor 3, the whole process does not need to be operated by multiple persons in a matching way, so that the manpower and material resources are effectively saved, the automation degree is high, and the practicability is good.
