The above-mentioned industry standard information may include but is not limited to one or more of an input price, an input location, a supplier, a receiver, an output price, a selling price, and a supply and demand condition of the commodity, and the cloud server may determine whether the selling condition of the commodity corresponding to the location of the commodity is abnormal or not through the industry standard information of the commodity.

The marketing or advertising strategy can specify a marketing scheme aiming at the crowd with specific gender, age, income and other portrait characteristics, and a commodity supplier can directionally push information such as sales promotion, new goods, activities and the like to consumers.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can provide an effective service strategy for the user.

In specific implementation, the cloud server may generate the service policies of the various places based on the monitoring information and the commodity attribute information. For example, the cloud server extracts the commodity price from the commodity image information in the monitoring information, compares the extracted price with the commodity price in the commodity attribute information, and determines that the price set for the commodity in the place is too high if the extracted commodity price is higher than a commodity price preset value, so that a prompt can be given to related personnel in the place of the commodity, and/or the commodity price in the place of the commodity can be marked to prompt a consumer that the commodity price in the place of the commodity is too high.

The consumer or the service personnel can know the scores of various specific places and can be used as a reference for shopping or selection. Here, the environmental information of various places may include, but is not limited to, a store environment, a commodity, and a material display condition; the storefront environment may include one or more of an out-of-store environment, a shop logo, a green plant, a counter (a floor cabinet, a showcase, a wall cabinet) and a show window, a passenger stool, an advertising light box, and a promotional video, and the commodity and material display condition may include one or more of a commodity display condition, a shelf placement condition, a leaflet, a commodity label, or an auxiliary tool.

The cloud server can intelligently identify the image information or the voice information of the target person through the monitoring terminal, so that the cloud server can be widely applied to the fields of commerce, security and protection and the like. For example, person identification, location, and lookup may be performed for missing persons. For example, the missing person is screened for biological information, matched with images and voices through picture information, video information or voice information of the missing person, and after the missing person is determined, the relevant department can be warned.
As shown in fig. 8, the intelligent information monitoring application method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:

As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent information monitoring application method, including:

the cloud server 1102 is configured to obtain original information of goods, services and people in various places; matching preset industry standard information corresponding to the original acquisition information with the original acquisition information to generate a matching result; determining attribute information of the commodity, service quality information of a shop owner and attribute information of a target object based on the original acquisition information and the matching result; wherein the commodity attribute information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of commodity name, code, batch, price, circulation status, location, inventory, shelf display, listing, promotional give away, date of production and circulation status, commodity price, transaction amount, share;
the user 1103 is configured to obtain the product attribute information, the service quality information, and the attribute information of the target object, and display the product attribute information, the service quality information, and the attribute information of the target object.
In specific implementation, the cloud server 1102 is further configured to receive a request for obtaining the commodity attribute information, which is submitted by the user end 1103; determining commodity attribute information corresponding to various places based on names of the various places carried in the commodity attribute information request, and sending the commodity attribute information to the user side, and/or determining commodity attribute information of commodities corresponding to the commodity identification based on the commodity identification carried in the commodity attribute information request, and sending the commodity attribute information to the user side.
In a specific implementation, the cloud server 1102 is further configured to obtain monitoring information uploaded by the monitoring device 1101; determining various places where the monitoring device is located according to the position information carried in the monitoring information; and generating service strategies of various places based on the monitoring information and the commodity service standards or the service quality information corresponding to the various places, and sending the service strategies to the monitoring device.
The cloud server 1102 is further configured to acquire monitoring information uploaded by the monitoring device;
when the monitoring information comprises commodity image information, extracting one or more of information such as names, codes, batches, prices, circulation conditions, places where the commodities are located, inventory, shelf display, listing, sales promotion and presentation, production dates and circulation conditions, commodity prices, transaction amounts, shares and the like of the commodities from the commodity image information;
matching one or more information of names, codes, batches, prices, circulation conditions, places, stocks, shelf displays, lists, sales promotions, gifts, production dates and circulation conditions, commodity prices, transaction amounts, shares and the like of current commodities of the commodities extracted from the commodity image information with commodity attribute information corresponding to various places to obtain a matching rate corresponding to each information extracted from the commodity image information;
and if the matching rate is smaller than the preset threshold value of the information, generating a service strategy of the information based on the commodity attribute information, and sending the service strategy to the monitoring device, wherein the service strategy comprises one or more of abnormal commodity price, expired commodity, counterfeit commodity, out of stock commodity and low commodity ranking ratio.
The cloud server 1102 is further configured to acquire monitoring information uploaded by the monitoring device;
when the monitoring information comprises image information of a service person, extracting service person service information comprising one or more of current behavior information, current expression information and current dressing information of the service person from the image information of the service person;
comparing one or more information of the current behavior information, the current expression information and the current dressing information of the service staff with the service quality information corresponding to various places;
if the comparison result shows that the service personnel do not meet the service quality standard, generating a service strategy of the service personnel based on the service quality information, and sending the service strategy to the monitoring device; wherein the service strategy includes but is not limited to one or more of employee image, dressing standard, reception etiquette, speaking standard, communication requirement and sale service skill.
The cloud server 1102 is further configured to acquire monitoring information uploaded by the monitoring device; the monitoring information comprises one or more of commodity image information, character image information, audio information and video information; when the monitoring information comprises character image information, extracting biological characteristics of a target object from the character image information; comparing the biological characteristics of the target object with the pre-stored biological characteristics of the related personnel;
and if the comparison result shows that the target person is the related person, generating a warning and tracking service strategy for shooting the target person, and sending a warning indication and the service strategy to the monitoring device.
The commodity service system provided by the embodiment of the application can connect the consumers in the use scene of the purchase, sale and stock business of the manufacturers, the distributors, the retailers and the brand chain mechanisms on line, and can monitor the commodity state and flow direction, the merchant service and the consumer dynamics from three aspects of the suppliers (manufacturers), the distributors (distributors and the retailers) and the consumers.
As shown in fig. 14, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: a processor 1201, memory 1202, and bus 1203;
the memory store 1202 has machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 1201, the processor 1201 and the memory 1202 communicating over the bus 1203 when the electronic device is operating, the machine-readable instructions when executed by the processor 1201 perform the following:
acquiring original information of commodities, services and people in various places from a user side or a monitoring terminal;
according to the original acquisition information, selecting preset industry standard information corresponding to the original acquisition information for matching to generate a matching result;
determining attribute information of the commodity, service quality information of a shop owner and attribute information of a target object based on the original acquisition information and the matching result;
sending the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object to the user side or the monitoring terminal, so that the user side or the monitoring terminal displays the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object;
wherein the commodity attribute information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of commodity name, code, batch, price, circulation status, location, inventory, shelf display, listing, promotional give away, date of manufacture and circulation status, commodity price, transaction amount, and share.
In a specific implementation, in the processing performed by the processor 1201, the method further includes:
receiving a request for acquiring commodity attribute information submitted by a user side;
determining commodity attribute information corresponding to various places based on various place identifications carried in the commodity attribute information request, and sending the commodity attribute information to the user side;
and/or determining the commodity attribute information of the commodity corresponding to the commodity identification based on the commodity identification carried in the commodity attribute information request, and sending the commodity attribute information to the user side.
In a specific implementation, in the processing performed by the processor 1201, the method further includes:
acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device;
when the monitoring information comprises commodity image information, extracting one or more of information such as names, codes, batches, prices, circulation conditions, places where the commodities are located, inventory, shelf display, listing, sales promotion and presentation, production dates and circulation conditions, commodity prices, transaction amounts, shares and the like of the commodities from the commodity image information;
matching one or more information of names, codes, batches, prices, circulation conditions, places, stocks, shelf displays, lists, sales promotions, gifts, production dates and circulation conditions, commodity prices, transaction amounts, shares and the like of current commodities of the commodities extracted from the commodity image information with commodity attribute information corresponding to various places to obtain a matching rate corresponding to each information extracted from the commodity image information;
and if the matching rate is smaller than the preset threshold value of the information, generating a service strategy of the information based on the commodity attribute information, and sending the service strategy to the monitoring device, wherein the service strategy comprises one or more of abnormal commodity price, commodity sales flow direction, commodity fleeing goods, commodity expiration, counterfeit commodity, out of stock commodity and low commodity ranking ratio.
In a specific implementation, in the processing performed by the processor 1201, the method further includes:
acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device;
when the monitoring information comprises image information of a service person, extracting service person service information comprising one or more of current behavior information, current expression information and current dressing information of the service person from the image information of the service person;
comparing one or more information of the current behavior information, the current expression information and the current dressing information of the service staff with the service quality information corresponding to various places;
if the comparison result shows that the service personnel do not meet the service quality standard, generating a service strategy of the service personnel based on the service quality information, and sending the service strategy to the monitoring device; wherein the service strategy includes but is not limited to one or more of employee image, dressing standard, reception etiquette, speaking standard, communication requirement and sale service skill.

acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device; the monitoring information comprises one or more of commodity image information, character image information, audio information and video information;
when the monitoring information comprises character image information, extracting facial features of a target object from the character image information;
comparing the biological characteristics of the target object with the pre-stored biological characteristics of the related personnel;
and if the comparison result shows that the target person is the related person, generating a warning and tracking service strategy for shooting the target person, and sending a warning indication and the service strategy to the monitoring device.
In a specific implementation, in the processing performed by the processor 1201, the method further includes:
acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device; the monitoring information comprises one or more of commodity image information, character image information, audio information and video information;
determining various places where the monitoring device is located according to the position information carried in the monitoring information;
and generating service strategies of various places based on the monitoring information and the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object corresponding to the various places, and sending one or more information of the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object to a monitoring device or a user end to enable the monitoring device or the user end to display one or more information of the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object.
The computer program product for performing goods services provided in the embodiments of the present application includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a nonvolatile program code executable by a processor, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiments, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiments, and is not described herein again.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (10)

1. An intelligent information monitoring application method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring original information of commodities, services and people in various places from a user side or a monitoring terminal; according to the original acquisition information, selecting preset industry standard information corresponding to the original acquisition information for matching to generate a matching result; determining attribute information of the commodity, service quality information of a shop owner and attribute information of a target object based on the original acquisition information and the matching result; sending the commodity attribute information, the service quality information, the service strategy, the attribute information of the target object and an information instruction to the user side or the monitoring terminal, so that the user side or the monitoring terminal displays the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object; wherein the commodity attribute information includes, but is not limited to, commodity name, code, batch, price, circulation status, location, inventory, shelf display, listing, promotional giveaway, date of production and circulation status, commodity price, transaction amount, share; the service quality information includes but is not limited to hardware environment inside and outside the shop, images of shop clerks or service personnel, standard specification or sales skills, and interactive service process; the character information includes but is not limited to facial feature elements, images and voice feature indexes of expression, gait, body state and the like of consumers or shoppers in various business fields, prevention and control objects or criminal suspects in security and protection fields, lost people in public safety fields and the like.
2. The intelligent information monitoring application method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring commodity and/or service transaction information uploaded by a user side; and/or receiving a request for acquiring commodity attribute information and/or a request for business strategy submitted by a user side;
determining commodity attribute information corresponding to various places based on various place identifications carried by the commodity attribute information request, and sending the commodity attribute information and/or a business strategy to the user side; or determining the commodity attribute information corresponding to the commodity identification based on the commodity identification carried in the commodity attribute information request, and sending the commodity attribute information to the user side.
3. The intelligent information monitoring application method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device;
when the monitoring information comprises commodity image information, extracting commodity name, code, batch, price, circulation condition, location, inventory, shelf display, listing, sales promotion and presentation, production date and circulation condition, commodity price, transaction amount and share information from the commodity image information;
matching the extracted information with the commodity attribute standards corresponding to the various places to obtain a matching rate corresponding to each kind of information extracted from the commodity image information;
and if the matching rate is smaller than the preset threshold value of the information, generating a service strategy of the information based on the commodity attribute information, and sending the service strategy to the monitoring device, wherein the service strategy comprises one or more of abnormal commodity price, commodity sales flow direction, commodity fleeing goods, commodity expiration, counterfeit commodity, out of stock commodity and low commodity ranking ratio.
4. The intelligent information monitoring application method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device; extracting environment information and service personnel service information of the place according to the monitoring information uploaded by the monitoring device; extracting service personnel service information comprising one or more of current behavior information, current expression information and current dressing information of service personnel from the service personnel image information;
scoring and issuing one or more information of the current behavior information, the current expression information and the current dressing information of the service staff and the service quality standard corresponding to the place;
if the scoring result shows that the service personnel do not meet the service quality standard, generating a service strategy of the service personnel based on the service quality standard, and sending the service strategy to the monitoring device or the user side; wherein the service strategy includes but is not limited to one or more of employee image, dressing standard, reception etiquette, speaking standard, communication requirement and sale service skill.
5. The intelligent information monitoring application method of claim 1, further comprising:
pre-storing biological characteristic information in the database; acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device; when the monitoring information comprises character image information, extracting biological characteristics of a target object from the character image information;
comparing the biological characteristics of the object with the biological characteristic information of the related personnel in a pre-stored database; and if the comparison result shows that the target object is the related personnel, generating an operation strategy for warning and tracking and recording the target object.
6. The intelligent information monitoring application method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring monitoring information uploaded by a monitoring device; the monitoring information comprises one or more of commodity image information, character image information, audio information and video information;
determining the place where the monitoring device is located according to the position information carried in the monitoring information;
and generating a service strategy of the place based on the monitoring information and the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object corresponding to the place, and sending one or more information of the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object to a monitoring device or a user side to enable the monitoring device or the user side to visualize one or more information of the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object.
7. An intelligent information monitoring application method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting monitoring information of various places, and uploading the monitoring information to a cloud server; the monitoring information comprises one or more of geographical position information, commodity image information, figure image information, audio information and video information;
and prompting the goods, the services or the operation strategies sent by the cloud server to service personnel in the place.
8. A cloud server, the cloud server comprising: the device comprises an acquisition module, a generation module, a processing module and a sending module; wherein,
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the original information of commodities, services and people in various places from a user side or a monitoring terminal;
the generating module is used for selecting preset industry standard information corresponding to the original acquisition information for matching according to the original acquisition information to generate a matching result;
the determining module is used for determining the attribute information of the commodity, the service quality information of a shop owner and the attribute information of a target object based on the original acquisition information and the matching result;
the sending module is used for sending the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object to the user side or the monitoring terminal;
wherein the commodity attribute information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of commodity name, code, batch, price, circulation status, location, inventory, shelf display, listing, promotional give away, date of manufacture and circulation status, commodity price, transaction amount, and share.
9. An intelligent information monitoring application system, the system comprising: the system comprises a cloud server, a user side and a monitoring device; wherein,
the monitoring device is used for acquiring the original information of commodities, services and people in various places and displaying the attribute information of the commodities, the service quality information and the attribute information of a target object;
the user side is used for acquiring the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object and displaying the commodity attribute information, the service quality information and the attribute information of the target object;
the cloud server is used for selecting preset industry standard information corresponding to the original acquisition information for matching according to the original acquisition information to generate a matching result; determining attribute information of the commodity, service quality information of a shop owner and attribute information of a target object based on the original acquisition information and the matching result; and sending the commodity attribute information, the service quality information, the attribute information of the target object, the service strategy or the operation strategy to the user side or the monitoring terminal.
10. A monitoring device is characterized in that a monitoring device is provided,
the acquisition module is used for acquiring monitoring information of various places where the monitoring module is located and uploading the monitoring information to the cloud server; the monitoring information comprises one or more of position information, commodity image information, character image information, audio information and video information;
and the prompting module is used for prompting the service strategies sent by the cloud server to service personnel in various places.
