The simulated clear water tank with the length of phi 550mm and the length of 706mm and the relative water level height of 1100mm is adopted to simulate the clear water tank on a train, and the simulated sewage tank with the length of phi 550mm and the length of 706mm is placed at the same height of the toilet bowl to simulate the sewage tank under the train; the electric integration and control device works according to the working time sequence of the excrement collector through programming, meanwhile, the program monitors the time sequence and the sensor state, the non-logical item points give out fault prompts through the fault indicator lamps and display the possibly problematic parts through the text display, break points are inserted before each action and led to the text display arranged on the control box door, when the automatic/manual change-over switch is added, the break points skip the whole process, when the fault prompts are automatically met, the operation is switched to the manual mode, the single action is repeatedly executed, and the relay indicator lamps are observed to obtain the corresponding sensor state, so that the problem of the executing mechanism or the sensor is solved through judging.
