背景技术
随着人们安全意识的提升,大众对于生活环境的要求越来越高, 洗洁精走入家庭生活已经很长时间了,而且它已经成为了我们生活当中不可或缺的物品,对于餐具人们已经不仅仅满足于洁净这一要求。自然界的微生物种类繁多,如大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等,因此,餐具的清洁已经十分关乎我们的生命安全了。
专利201711392266.5公开了一种高效杀菌洗洁精,其所用杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮和芦荟提取液,但其所用增稠剂中有琼脂,琼脂不仅是一类在自然环境中不能得到有效降解的物质,同样在我们的体内也不能被分解,流入环境中又会造成环境污染。市场上现有的餐具清洁产品,存在用量大,泡沫多不易漂洗,杀菌能力差等缺点,且对温度和pH的适应性差。所以市场上急需一种高效清洁、有效杀菌、保护环境、易于漂洗、适应性强的家用餐具洗洁精。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种兼具清洁与抑菌功能为一体的消洁净及其制备方法,
一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比,阳离子表面活性剂1.0~6.0 %,阴离子表面活性剂5~20%,非离子表面活性剂3~8%,两性表面活性剂5~10%,柠檬烯1~3%,防腐剂0.01~0.1%,香精0.1~0.5%,pH调节剂0.01~1%,其余为水。
优选的,所述阳离子表面活性剂是聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、烷基苄基卤化铵、双烷基二甲基卤化铵、双烷基甲基羟乙基卤化铵中的两种或两种以上。
更优的,所述卤元素为氯或溴元素中的一种。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐中的一种。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂是支链醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链烷基糖苷中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述的两性离子表面活性剂包括烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱、酰胺基氨基酸、烷基两性醋酸钠、烷基氨基乙酸盐中的至少一种。
优选的,所述任一种表面活性剂含8-18个碳原子的表面活性剂。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾中的一种。
优选的,所述香精为果香型香精。
本发明通过以下制备方法实现:
将定量的去离子水投入配料锅中,加热至40-70℃,在搅拌下加入溶解的柠檬烯,柠檬烯用75-80℃的热水溶解继续搅拌,缓缓加入融化的阴离子表面活性剂,然后依次加入融化的两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂,澄清透明后加入防腐剂、香精,调整pH值至 7-8,补足去离子水。
本发明抑菌能力的测定采用QB/T 2738-2012。
实验病菌、病毒采用下列四种:大肠肝菌(ATCC 25922)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)和白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)、脊髓灰质炎病毒。
本发明的产品能够适应较宽的温度范围,具有良好的稳定性和酸碱适应性,并且使用较少的本产品能够快速、高效的清除污垢,不仅能够杀灭大肠杆菌等常见菌株而且能够有限杀灭99.99%的脊髓灰质炎病毒,保护人们的生活环境安全。

将定量的去离子水投入配料锅中,加热至50℃,在搅拌下加入溶解的柠檬烯,柠檬烯用80℃的热水溶解,继续搅拌,缓缓加入融化的α-磺基脂肪酸甲基钠盐,然后依次加入融化的月桂(椰油)酰胺丙基甜菜碱、酰胺基氨基酸、支链醇聚氧乙烯醚、APG0810、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、十二烷基苄基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,澄清透明后加入卡松、甜橙香型香精,用柠檬酸钠调节pH到7,补足去离子水。

实施例8
一种餐具清洁剂,按照重量百分比,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐2%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1%、双癸基二甲基溴化铵2%、双癸基甲基羟乙基溴化铵1%、α-磺基脂肪酸甲基钠盐12%、支链醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、APG1216 3%、月桂(椰油)酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%、十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱1%、酰胺基氨基酸4%、月桂(椰油)基两性醋酸钠0.5%、十四烷基氨基乙酸钠1.5%、柠檬烯2%、卡松0.08%、甜橙香型香精0.35%,柠檬酸钠0.05%,其余为水。
将定量的去离子水投入配料锅中,加热至50℃,在搅拌下加入溶解的柠檬烯,柠檬烯用80℃的热水溶解,继续搅拌,缓缓加入融化的α-磺基脂肪酸甲基钠盐,然后依次加入融化的月桂(椰油)酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、酰胺基氨基酸、月桂(椰油)基两性醋酸钠、十二烷基氨基乙酸钠、支链醇聚氧乙烯醚、APG1214、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、十二烷基苄基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、双癸基甲基羟乙基溴化铵,澄清透明后加入卡松、甜橙香型香精,用柠檬酸钠调节pH到7,补足去离子水。
用本发明制备的餐具洗涤剂产品为均匀透明粘稠液体、产品不分层、无悬浮物或沉淀、具有特定果香,室温下贮存3年,不分层,不混浊,不结晶。
8个实施例的性能测试结果如图1,本产品能够适应较宽的温度范围,在-3℃、-5℃、-7℃、-10℃,-20℃的条件下放置本产品24小时,取出恢复室温,均未出现结晶现象,也无沉淀产生;在40℃、45℃、60℃条件下放置本品24 h,取出后不分层,未出现混浊;去污力采用泡沫法测定,如图1所示平均清洗盘子数量为9个,远超过餐具的去污标准;本产品能够适应较宽的pH值,如图4所示,本产品在pH值为4、5、9、10的条件下时仍然能达到正常条件下的96.5%的去污力,证明本产品具有良好的稳定性和较强的酸碱适应性。表面活性剂的生物降解度率均高达97%以上,最优方案达到了99%,同时,未检出荧光增白剂、甲醇、甲醛、砷和重金属,菌落总数<10,大肠菌群数为0。8个实施例抑菌性能测定如图2,本产品能够100%的抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。8个实施例杀菌性能测定如图3,本产品能够100%的杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和脊髓灰质炎病毒。

Claims (10)

1.一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比,阳离子表面活性剂1.0~6.0 %,阴离子表面活性剂5~20%,非离子表面活性剂3~8%,两性表面活性剂5~10%,柠檬烯1~3%,防腐剂0.01~0.1%,香精0.1~0.5%,pH调节剂0.01~1%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂是聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、烷基苄基卤化铵、双烷基二甲基卤化铵、双烷基甲基羟乙基卤化铵中的两种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述卤元素为氯或溴元素中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂是支链醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链烷基糖苷中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的两性离子表面活性剂包括烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱、酰胺基氨基酸、烷基两性醋酸钠、烷基氨基乙酸盐中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述任一种表面活性剂含8-18个碳原子的表面活性剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具清洁剂,其特征在于,所述香精为果香型香精。
10.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种餐具清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
将定量的去离子水投入配料锅中,加热至40-70℃,在搅拌下加入溶解的柠檬烯,继续搅拌,缓缓加入融化的阴离子表面活性剂,然后依次加入融化的两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂,澄清透明后加入防腐剂、香精,调pH值到7~8,补足去离子水。
