Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to a hydration heat inhibited concrete expanding agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The concrete strength of the modern concrete is developed faster due to the fact that the used cement is thinner and thinner, and concrete cracks which can only occur to large-volume concrete appear in various engineering projects. The shrinkage of concrete, particularly the drying shrinkage and the temperature shrinkage, are a large main reason for causing early cracking deformation of concrete, so that the effective control of the early cracking problem of concrete is considered from the aspects of reducing the shrinkage and the hydration heat release.
Chinese patent No. CN201110053668.9 relates to an expanded clinker, which is prepared by mixing and calcining limestone and iron powder as raw materials, wherein: in the raw materials, the content of calcium carbonate is calculated by the content of CaO: 48-53 wt%; the content of Fe2O3 is as follows: 1-5 wt.%, each weight percent being based on the total weight of limestone and iron powder. The invention also relates to an expanding agent comprising the expanding clinker and a method for preparing the expanding clinker. The invention also relates to an expanding agent, which comprises the expanding clinker or the expanding agent. The expansion clinker has fast early hydration and difficult control of hydration temperature rise.
Chinese patent No. CN201410699473.5 provides an expanding agent for concrete, which comprises 30 to 55 parts by weight of expanding clinker, wherein the expanding clinker comprises calcium oxide expanding clinker, calcium sulphoaluminate expanding clinker or calcium oxide-calcium sulphoaluminate expanding clinker; 10-20 parts of gypsum; 5-15 parts of coal gangue; 30 to 60 portions of solid sulfur ash. The invention provides a preparation method of an expanding agent for concrete, which comprises the following steps: crushing and then mixing and grinding the expansion clinker, the gypsum, the coal gangue and the solid sulfur ash to obtain an expansion agent for concrete; the mass ratio of the expanded clinker to the gypsum to the coal gangue to the solid sulfur ash is (30-55) to (10-20) to (5-15) to (30-60). In the invention, the expansion clinker, the coal gangue and the solid sulfur ash are used as donors of an expansion source, so that the expanding agent provided by the invention has better expansion performance and further has better anti-cracking and waterproof performance. The expanding agent has short expansion stability period, and is not beneficial to inhibiting the concrete cracking in the later period.
In engineering, a certain amount of expanding agent is generally added to compensate self shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete, the existing expanding agent commonly used in China is still a calcium expanding agent, but the calcium expanding agent is quick in early hydration, quick in heat release and not beneficial to controlling hydration temperature rise, so that a hydration heat inhibition type expanding agent which is large in early expansion energy, long in expansion stabilizing period and capable of inhibiting hydration temperature rise is urgently needed to be prepared to solve the problems.
