The cleaning cylinder drives the cleaning head to move downwards, so that the cleaning cloth on the cleaning head is positioned on the surface of a product, the cleaning is performed by moving left and right, after the cleaning, the new cloth roll cylinder and the waste cloth roll motor work simultaneously, the new cloth roll roller and the waste cloth roll roller are respectively driven to rotate, unused cleaning cloth is moved to the cleaning head from the new cloth roll roller, meanwhile, the waste cloth roll motor drives the waste cloth roll roller to rotate, used cleaning cloth is moved to the waste cloth roll roller from the cleaning head, a plurality of guide rollers are further arranged among the rotation of the new cloth roll roller, the cleaning head and the waste cloth roll roller, the cleaning cloth can be wound on the cleaning mechanism, the winding of the new cloth roll roller and the waste cloth roll roller is facilitated, the cleaning cloth on the cleaning head is ensured to be completely unfolded, and a better cleaning effect is achieved.
The station turntable mechanism can synchronously feed, remove dust, wipe and discharge a plurality of products, so that the working efficiency is improved, the products are positioned before feeding, the products are placed on the station turntable mechanism more stably, the dust removal wiping mechanism can be more conveniently used for removing dust and wiping, meanwhile, the dust removal mechanism adopts the annular channel to communicate the positive pressure pipeline and the negative pressure pipeline, and when the air knife removes particles on the surfaces of the products, the particles can be absorbed to the negative pressure pipeline through the annular channel, the removed particles are prevented from polluting the products again, and the dust removal effect is ensured.

the rotary jig comprises a product placing platform, a rotary shaft, a rotary bearing seat, a first rotary bearing, a second rotary bearing, a lock nut and a magnetic coupling first magnet, wherein the rotary shaft is connected below the product placing platform, the rotary shaft is sequentially provided with the first rotary bearing and the second rotary bearing from top to bottom, the rotary shaft, the first rotary bearing and the second rotary bearing are arranged in the rotary bearing seat, a sealing ring is arranged between the rotary shaft and the rotary bearing seat, the bottom of the rotary shaft is connected with the magnetic coupling first magnet through the lock nut, and a sensor sensing piece is arranged on the magnetic coupling first magnet;
the optical fiber sensor is arranged on the rotary base and used for detecting a sensor sensing piece on the rotary jig;
the rotary jig is respectively located at a feeding position, a dust removing position, a wiping position, a discharging position and an idle position on the indexing rotary disk, the rotary base is respectively located at the feeding position, the dust removing position, the wiping position and the discharging position on the indexing rotary disk, the feeding position and the feeding positioning mechanism are located on the horizontal line of the feeding direction of the product, the dust removing position and the wiping position are respectively located below the dust removing mechanism and the wiping mechanism, the discharging position is located on the horizontal line of the discharging direction of the product, and the idle position is located above the pressure detecting mechanism.

A wiping device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the dust removing mechanism and the wiping mechanism are arranged on the fixing base through the lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor, a lifting screw rod, a lifting guide rail and a pipeline channel, the lifting motor is arranged on the back of the fixing base, the lifting screw rod and the lifting guide rail are arranged on the front of the fixing base, the lifting motor is connected with the lifting screw rod, the lifting screw rod is connected with the dust removing mechanism and the wiping mechanism through a dust removing lifting plate and a wiping lifting plate respectively, the dust removing mechanism and the wiping mechanism are further arranged on the lifting guide rail in a sliding mode through the dust removing lifting plate and the wiping lifting plate respectively, the pipeline channel is arranged on the back of the dust removing mechanism on one side of the fixing base, and electric wires and pipelines on the dust removing mechanism and the wiping mechanism penetrate through inlets above the pipeline channel and penetrate through outlets below the pipeline channel.
