As shown in fig. 1-4, a cell sorter operates as follows: the battery core enters the sorting transmission belt 2 from the discharge hole, the weight of the battery core is detected by the weight detection device 7, the data is sent to the control processor 5 correspondingly connected with the battery core, and the control processor 5 compares the acquired data with the data of the battery core with normal specification which is input in advance; if the data range is out, the control processor 5 sends a command to the electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve drives the air cylinder 611 to move, the air cylinder 611 pushes the sliding block 62 to slide along the guide rail to the left baffle 3 by utilizing the push rod 612, the push rod 64 passes through the corresponding square hole 31 to push the battery cell out of the discharge door 11, the spring 111 of the discharge door 11 stretches, the battery cell enters the discharge transmission belt 12, the spring 111 of the discharge door 11 returns, the discharge door 11 is closed, the battery cell enters the corresponding material receiving box 13 through the discharge transmission belt 12, and the unqualified battery cell is eliminated; if the data meet the range, it indicates that the battery core is qualified, the battery core enters the sorting stage, the battery core contacts with the positive electrode detection terminals 8 and the negative electrode detection terminals 9 on the left baffle plate 3 and the right baffle plate 4 respectively, the positive electrode detection terminals 8 and the negative electrode detection terminals 9 transmit detection data to the corresponding control processor 5, the control processor 5 compares the data with the data input in advance, when the data are matched, the relevant pushing mechanism 6 is started, the battery core is pushed to the corresponding discharging transmission belt 12 from the corresponding discharging door 11, and finally falls into the receiving box 13.
