Abstract
The application provides an insulating sleeve, a motor and an air conditioner. The insulating sleeve comprises an insulating cap and an insulating guard plate. The insulating cap is used for being sleeved on the thimble, the insulating guard board is connected with the insulating cap, and the insulating guard board is used for shielding between the wiring terminal and the end cover. By applying the technical scheme of the application, the insulating cap is sleeved on the thimble to play an insulating protection role between the thimble and the end cover, and meanwhile, the insulating guard plate can also be shielded between the wiring terminal and the end cover to play an insulating protection role between the wiring terminal and the end cover, so that the insulating performance of the thimble and the wiring terminal and the end cover is ensured, and the poor withstand voltage between the thimble and the end cover in production is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motors, in particular to an insulating sleeve, a motor and an air conditioner.
Background
At present, in the motor production process, a circuit board removing process is popularized and used, and a wiring terminal is directly welded on the thimble.
However, when the process is adopted in production, poor pressure resistance of the thimble easily occurs, and the pressure resistance between the thimble and the rear end cover is mainly not up to the requirement. Even if the electricity isolating ring exists between the thimble and the end cover, poor pressure resistance between the thimble and the end cover can be caused by displacement of the electricity isolating ring or the side edge of the thimble is too close to the end cover.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an insulating sleeve, a motor and an air conditioner, and aims to solve the technical problem of poor pressure resistance between a thimble and an end cover of the motor in the prior art.
The embodiment of the application provides an insulating sleeve which comprises an insulating cap and an insulating guard plate, wherein the insulating cap is used for being sleeved on a thimble, and the insulating guard plate is connected with the insulating cap and is used for shielding between a wiring terminal and an end cover.
In one embodiment, a receiving cavity is formed in the insulating cap, an opening is formed in the insulating cap and is in communication with the receiving cavity, the opening is used for passing through the thimble, and the receiving cavity is used for receiving the thimble.
In one embodiment, the insulating sleeve further comprises a cable fixing sleeve connected with the insulating guard plate, and the cable fixing sleeve is used for fixedly connecting a power wire connected with the wiring terminal.
In one embodiment, a cable clamping portion is formed on the cable fixing sleeve, and a power supply cable is clamped on the cable clamping portion.
In one embodiment, the cable clamping portion is a clamping groove formed in the cable fixing sleeve.
In one embodiment, the opening of the card slot is tapered from one end to the other along the length of the card slot.
In one embodiment, the opening of the wire clamping groove gradually decreases in size along the length of the wire clamping groove from one end away from the insulating guard plate to one end close to the insulating guard plate.
In one embodiment, the insulating shield is made of a deformable material and the insulating cap is deformable and bendable relative to the cable retention sleeve.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. The exemplary embodiments of the present invention and the descriptions thereof are used herein to explain the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the insulating sleeve of the present invention comprising an insulating cap 10 and an insulating shield 20. The insulating cap 10 is used for sleeving the thimble 40, the insulating guard plate 20 is connected with the insulating cap 10, and the insulating guard plate 20 is used for shielding between the wiring terminal 50 and the end cover.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the insulating cap 10 is sleeved on the thimble 40, so that an insulating protection effect can be achieved between the thimble 40 and the end cover, meanwhile, the insulating guard plate 20 can also be shielded between the wiring terminal 50 and the end cover, and an insulating protection effect can be achieved between the wiring terminal 50 and the end cover, so that the insulating performance of the thimble 40, the wiring terminal 50 and the end cover is ensured, and the poor pressure resistance between the thimble 40 and the end cover in production is solved.
It should be noted that, the portion of the insulating cap 10 that is matched with the thimble 40 may be circular, square or polygonal in practical application, and the matching surface with the thimble 40 may be ribbed to enhance the matching. Optionally, in the technical solution of this embodiment, a receiving cavity is formed in the insulating cap 10, an opening communicating with the receiving cavity is formed in the insulating cap 10, the opening is used for passing through the thimble 40, and the receiving cavity is used for receiving the thimble 40. When the insulation cap 10 is used, the insulation cap 10 is sleeved on the thimble 40 through the opening, so that the thimble 40 is left in the accommodating cavity, and the insulation cap 10 has an insulation effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, as a preferred embodiment, the insulation cover further includes a cable fixing cover 30, and the cable fixing cover 30 is connected to the insulation shield 20. When in use, the cable fixing sleeve 30 is fixedly connected with the power line 60 connected with the wiring terminal 50, so that the insulating sleeve can be fixed by the aid of the power line 60, and then the insulating cap 10 is sleeved on the thimble 40.
Preferably, the cable fixing sleeve 30 has a cable engaging portion, and the power cord 60 is engaged with the cable engaging portion. As shown in fig. 2, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the cable clamping portion is a clamping groove 31 formed in the cable fixing sleeve 30. It should be noted that, the opening of the wire clamping groove 31 is smaller than the diameter of the power wire 60, so as to firmly clamp the power wire 60. More preferably, the opening of the card slot 31 gradually decreases in size from one end to the other end along the length direction of the card slot 31. In this way, an easy-to-install structure can be formed on the wire clamping groove 31, so that the power wire 60 can be clamped on the wire clamping groove 31 more smoothly. Optionally, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the size of the opening of the wire clamping groove 31 gradually decreases from one end far from the insulating protection board 20 to one end close to the insulating protection board 20 along the length direction of the wire clamping groove 31, so that the installation sequence of the power line 60 and the connection terminal 50 is more consistent.
As another alternative embodiment, the cable locking portion may be a clip structure provided in the cable fixing sleeve 30, and the power cord 60 may be fixed by the clip structure.
As a preferred embodiment, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the insulating shield 20 is made of a deformable material, and the insulating cap 10 is deformable and bendable with respect to the cable fixing sleeve 30. When in use, the insulating cap 10 can be conveniently lifted and then buckled. Preferably, the insulating guard 20 should be selected from a thin material.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the cable fixing sleeve 30 is fixed on a power line, then the wiring terminal 50 is welded on the thimble 40, and finally the insulating cap 10 is buckled on the thimble 40.
It should be noted that the material of the insulating sleeve of the present invention should have good insulating effect, be easy to deform and have toughness without brittle fracture under the condition of thinner thickness.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the present invention also provides a motor, which includes a thimble 40 and a connection terminal 50 connected to the thimble 40, wherein the thimble 40 and the connection terminal 50 are sleeved with the insulating sleeve. Alternatively, the motor includes a stator 60 and an end cap 70 connected to the stator 60, and the ejector pin 40 is fixedly disposed on the stator.
The motor adopting the insulating sleeve ensures the insulating performance of the thimble 40, the wiring terminal 50 and the end cover, and solves the problem of poor withstand voltage between the thimble 40 and the end cover in production.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises the motor. By adopting the motor, the working stability of the air conditioner can be ensured.
