Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a drainage tube assembly with a function of cleaning blood clots and tissue fragments, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
U.S. Pat. No. 3, 5370610 to Reynolds, 1994.12.6, discloses a multilumen drainage tube or catheter having a main body and a proximally-blocking separate auxiliary lumen. The drainage tube may be a simple single lumen drainage tube, a double lumen drainage tube or a multilumen drainage tube, and the proximal lumen opening of the drainage tube is connected to the single or multilumen adapter by removing 1 or 2 obstructions of the proximal auxiliary lumen. In a second aspect of the invention, a drainage catheter system is provided which employs a suitable multilumen drainage catheter as described in the first aspect of the invention, wherein an adapter is used which selectively inserts a flexible and stretchable cleaning tube through the main lumen of the catheter to the distal end, and introduces high pressure to pull loose obstructions out of the main lumen to achieve a deocclusion effect. The adapter for the cleaning tube comprises a main lumen connector for connection to the drainage tube and 2 branches extending therefrom. The main branch preferably comprises a valve, which is open and can be used to close the first branch and the connector connecting the main chamber of the drainage tube, the collecting device and the low-pressure pump. The second leg preferably includes a connector having a fluid seal that cleans the outer surface of the catheter and through which the cleaning catheter can be advanced and retracted. The cleaning tube preferably comprises a flexible, compressible outer sheath, the outer sheath and the proximal end of the cleaning tube being connected together by a normally closed valve, the connector being adapted to the high pressure suction source and the collection device.
U.S. Pat. No. 7854728 issued to Boyle Jr.1994.12.21 discloses a debris removal system for a body drainage system having one or more body tubes with body lumens disposed therein. The debris removal system includes a cleaning assembly, collapsible sheath, and a coupler. The cleaning assembly is an elongate member, wherein the distal end is adapted to enter the body lumen at or near the proximal end of the body tube and to advance at least a portion of the length of the body lumen distally. The collapsible sheath is adapted to receive at least a portion of a cleaning assembly that is not contained within the body lumen. The collapsible sheath is flexible to allow external digital manipulation of the proximal end of the cleaning assembly within the collapsible sheath while maintaining the sterile environment of the body drainage system.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention solves the above problems by improving the structure of the prior drainage tube assembly.
The invention provides a drainage tube assembly with a function of cleaning blood clots and tissue fragments, which comprises a first drainage tube, a telescopic sealing sleeve, an outer tube, a suction connector, a second drainage tube and a cleaning tube, wherein the first drainage tube is arranged in the outer tube; the near end of the first drainage tube is connected with one end of the sealing sleeve through a sealing sleeve accessory I; the far end of the outer pipe is connected with the other end of the sealing sleeve through a sealing sleeve fitting II, and the near end of the outer pipe is connected with the outer wall of the suction joint; the far end of the second drainage tube is connected to the sealing sleeve fitting I, and the near end of the second drainage tube sequentially penetrates through the sealing sleeve and the outer tube to the suction connector; the proximal end of the cleaning tube is connected with a suction hole of the suction joint, and the distal end of the cleaning tube passes through the second drainage tube and enters the first drainage tube; a valve is arranged on the inner wall of the suction joint, and an air filter is arranged on the pipe wall of the outer pipe; when the closing sleeve is in a contracted state, the proximal end of the second drainage tube passes through the valve, the valve is opened, and the distal end of the cleaning tube is close to the distal end of the first drainage tube; when the sealing sleeve is in an extension state, the proximal end of the second drainage tube passes/does not pass through the valve according to the extension degree of the sealing sleeve, the valve is closed, and the distal end of the cleaning tube is close to the proximal end of the first drainage tube.
The invention is preferably characterized in that the distal end of the cleaning tube is provided with a cleaning blade.
According to the invention, a plurality of holes II are preferably arranged on the pipe wall at the far end of the cleaning pipe.
According to the invention, a plurality of holes I are preferably arranged on the pipe wall at the far end of the first drainage pipe.
The invention preferably has a structure which is arranged on the sealing sleeve fitting I and the sealing sleeve fitting II and enables the sealing sleeve fitting I and the sealing sleeve fitting II to be clamped; when the sealing sleeve fitting I is clamped with the sealing sleeve fitting II, the sealing sleeve is in a contraction state; when the closing sleeve fitting I is separated from the closing sleeve fitting II, the closing sleeve is in an extension state.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the drainage process, when the first drainage tube is blocked by blood clots and tissue fragments, the outer tube is manually kept away from the first drainage tube, meanwhile, the cleaning tube is also kept away from the first drainage tube, otherwise, the outer tube is close to the first drainage tube, meanwhile, the cleaning tube is also close to the first drainage tube, and the cleaning scraper reciprocates in the first drainage tube to clean the blood clots and the tissue fragments.
When the outer tube is far away from the first drainage tube, the sealing sleeve is extended, and the cleaning tube is effectively prevented from being exposed to the environment.
