The method comprises the steps of providing a local picture or a picture downloaded from network data for a user, displaying the picture for the user, automatically finishing the editing of the picture to adapt to different photographing modes only after the user selects the picture as a photographing background picture, analyzing layout parameters of all components of the picture, determining a preset position of a character object in a real scene on the background picture, adjusting the size and the position of the character object according to a target background picture after the character object in the real scene is obtained, and automatically synthesizing and outputting the finally photographed picture into a more real picture based on image parameters of the background picture. The method and the device realize that in the whole process of taking the virtual picture as the background for shooting, the background picture is automatically adjusted to adapt to different shooting modes only based on the operations of selecting the picture and triggering the shooting instruction by the user, and the shooting output of the picture with high reality degree and high quality is completed, so that the shooting efficiency is improved, the technical problems that the user needs to edit the background picture manually and perform post-processing on the final picture in the prior art are solved, and the requirements of the user on the high reality degree of the virtual picture and the overall high quality of the picture are met.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, a second embodiment of the photographing method of the present invention is provided, which is a refinement of step S10 of the first embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the photographing method with a picture as a background includes:

Therefore, the picture is automatically displayed for the user from the local picture data of the equipment and even from the network data, and the picture of the user mood instrument as the photographing background is determined according to the autonomous selection of the user from a plurality of pictures, so that the background picture determining efficiency is improved, and the requirement of the user for photographing various virtual background pictures is met.

Further, on the basis of any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the present invention, a fifth embodiment of the photographing method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 7, in the photographing method of the present invention, the step of reading the image parameters of the target background picture and the human object, and generating a photograph according to the image parameters includes:

In addition, referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a photographing apparatus using a picture as a background, where the photographing apparatus using a picture as a background includes:
the background determining module is used for determining a target background picture according to a setting instruction when the photographing background picture setting instruction is detected;

1. A photographing method, comprising:
when a photographing background picture setting instruction is detected, determining a target background picture according to the setting instruction;
adjusting the target background picture according to the current photographing mode to enable the target background picture to adapt to the current photographing mode of the equipment;
when a photographing instruction is detected, automatically placing a character object in a real scene at a preset position of the target background picture, and photographing;
and reading the image parameters of the target background picture and the character object, and generating a photo according to the image parameters.
2. The photographing method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target background picture according to the setting instruction when the photographing background picture setting instruction is detected comprises:
when a photographing background picture setting instruction is detected, retrieving pictures in a local picture library and displaying the pictures one by one, wherein the local picture library is a picture database of the current equipment;
when an instruction of selecting a current display picture is acquired, setting the current display picture as a target background picture; or,
when a photographing background picture setting instruction is detected, inquiring related pictures from network data according to keywords input by a user and displaying the related pictures one by one;
and when the instruction of selecting the current display picture is acquired, downloading the current display picture and setting the current display picture as a target background picture.
3. The photographing method of claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the target background picture according to the current photographing mode to adapt the target background picture to the current photographing mode of the device comprises:
detecting the current photographing mode of the equipment, and automatically moving the position of the target background picture according to the photographing mode;
and cutting the target background picture after the position is moved, so that the size of the target background picture is adapted to the size of the picture in the current photographing mode of the equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of adjusting the target background picture according to the current photographing mode to adapt the target background picture to the current photographing mode of the device, the method further comprises:
detecting each component of the target background picture, and determining a preset component suitable for placing a human object in each component;
and setting the position corresponding to the preset composition part in the target background picture as a preset position for placing the character object.
5. The photographing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of automatically placing the human subject in the real scene at a predetermined position of the target background picture when the photographing instruction is detected and performing photographing comprises:
acquiring a real scene in a current photographing mode, and extracting a character object in the real scene;
placing the character object at the preset position in the target background picture, and locking the picture layout of the current photographing mode;
and taking a picture according to the picture layout.
6. The photographing method according to claim 5, wherein the step of placing the human subject at the predetermined position in the target background picture and locking the photo layout of the current photographing mode comprises:
detecting the size of an object in the target background picture, and adjusting the size of the human object according to the size of the object;
moving the position of the character object, and placing the character object at the preset position in the target background picture;
and locking the position layout of the character object based on the target background picture as the photo layout of the current photographing mode.
7. The photographing method according to claim 1, wherein the reading of the image parameters of the target background picture and the human subject, and the generating of the photograph based on the image parameters comprises:
reading background image parameters of the target background picture and figure image parameters of the figure object;
adjusting the character image parameters to obtain final character image parameters by taking the background image parameters as a standard;
and generating a photo according to the background image parameters and the final person image parameters.
8. A photographing apparatus for taking a picture as a background, comprising:
the background determining module is used for determining a target background picture according to a setting instruction when the photographing background picture setting instruction is detected;
the picture editing module adjusts the target background picture according to the current photographing mode to enable the target background picture to adapt to the current photographing mode of the equipment;
the shooting module is used for automatically placing the character object in the real scene at a preset position of the target background picture and shooting when a shooting instruction is detected;
and the photo generation module is used for reading the image parameters of the target background picture and the person object and generating a photo according to the image parameters.
