Abstract
The invention discloses a method for controlling the locking between a three-station grounding switch and a breaker opening, which comprises the following steps: firstly, a normally closed contact of a grounding switch is connected in series in an electric opening circuit of a circuit breaker; secondly, a normally closed contact of the circuit breaker is connected in series in a control loop of the grounding switch; and step three, switching on the grounding switch, disconnecting the normally closed contact of the grounding switch, disconnecting the electric brake-separating circuit of the circuit breaker, then switching on the circuit breaker, disconnecting the normally closed contact of the circuit breaker, disconnecting the circuit controlled by the grounding switch, and locking the brake-separating operation of the grounding switch. The invention provides a control method for locking between a three-station grounding switch and a breaker opening, which solves the problem that the grounding switch prevents the breaker from electrically mistakenly opening when maintaining a grounding state under the condition that a switch cabinet control loop is not powered off, and ensures safe and reliable grounding maintenance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a control method for locking between a three-station grounding switch and a breaker opening, belonging to the field of electrical control.
Background
At present, when a line cable side in a subway power supply system is maintained and overhauled, the circuit breaker is prevented from being subjected to electric error opening operation, as shown in fig. 1, a three-station grounding switch of a 40.5kV GIS switch cabinet is in an on-position state, when the circuit breaker is closed, the grounding switch is used for grounding the cable side, and when the circuit breaker is in an off-position state, the line side cannot be grounded. Therefore, when maintenance and repair are performed on the line cable side, it is necessary to prevent an electric erroneous opening operation from being performed on the circuit breaker. Fig. 3 shows a circuit breaker opening control loop, Q0-F is an opening coil, when the circuit breaker is in an open position, the normally closed contacts Q0-S1 of the circuit breaker are in an open position, and at this time, the circuit breaker can be electrically opened only by an opening command, so that the circuit side cannot be grounded.

Further, after the third step, pressing a manual opening button of the circuit breaker to open the circuit breaker.
By adopting the technical scheme, the normally closed contact of the grounding switch is only added in the electric opening circuit of the circuit breaker, the normally closed contact of the circuit breaker is connected in series in the grounding switch control circuit, other accessories are not required to be added, the circuit breaker is prevented from being electrically mistakenly opened under the condition that the switch cabinet control circuit is not powered off when the grounding is maintained, the operation is reliable and safe, and the field operation and maintenance are convenient.

secondly, a normally closed contact Q0-S1 of the circuit breaker is connected in series in a control loop of the grounding switch;
and step three, switching on the grounding switch, then switching on the circuit breaker, wherein the normally closed contact Q8-S1 of the grounding switch is disconnected, the electric brake-off loop of the circuit breaker is disconnected, at the moment, the circuit breaker cannot be electrically switched off, and meanwhile, the normally closed contact Q0-S1 of the circuit breaker is converted into a normally open state from a normally closed state, namely, the grounding switch controls the circuit to be disconnected and the grounding switch to be locked.
After the third step, when the maintenance grounding is removed, the manual brake-separating button of the circuit breaker is pressed to separate the circuit breaker, because the maintenance grounding is completed in field work, when the maintenance grounding can be removed, the manual brake-separating operation needs to be carried out on the circuit breaker in the field, meanwhile, the manual brake-separating button of the circuit breaker has a protection measure to prevent mistaken brake separation, and after the manual brake-separating circuit breaker is removed, the brake-separating operation is carried out on the grounding switch to remove the maintenance grounding, so that the operation in the whole process is safe and reliable.
