Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a carbon emission accounting method and system for a thermal generator set, which can realize accurate accounting and uniqueness of the emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide in the thermal generator set.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention can be implemented in a number of ways different from those described herein and similar generalizations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. The invention is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for accounting carbon emission for a thermal generator set according to an embodiment of the present invention.
One specific embodiment of the present invention provides a carbon emission amount accounting method for a thermal generator set, including:
s11: gather a plurality of groups of data of the flue gas that thermal generator set discharged in presetting the accounting cycle, each group of data includes: flue gas volumetric flow data and concentration data of a target greenhouse gas in the flue gas. The target greenhouse gas may be carbon dioxide. Other greenhouse gases may be used, and in the following examples, carbon dioxide is used as an example.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, several sets of data of the flue gas emitted by the thermal generator set in a preset accounting period are collected, including: in a preset accounting period, acquiring a plurality of groups of data of flue gas emitted by a thermal generator set through a plurality of sets of data acquisition equipment arranged in an exhaust passage of the thermal generator set in advance; wherein, each set of data acquisition equipment comprises a flue gas flow collector and a carbon dioxide concentration collector.
The carbon dioxide emission amount of a thermal power generating set of an enterprise is calculated by measuring the flue gas flow and the carbon dioxide concentration of the enterprise such as coal-fired thermal power and the like. A plurality of sets of data acquisition equipment are arranged in an exhaust passage such as a chimney for data acquisition. For example, three sets of data acquisition devices are arranged in the chimney, so that three sets of data of the currently detected thermal generator set in the preset accounting period can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the collected target greenhouse gas is carbon dioxide, because carbon dioxide is a main greenhouse gas in the exhaust flue gas in a normal case, and it is possible to improve the accuracy of carbon emission accounting and reduce the difficulty of data collection by using the greenhouse gas as a data collection target.
It should be noted that the term "carbon emission amount accounting" refers to an amount accounting of greenhouse gas emission, and carbon emission is a general term or abbreviation relating to greenhouse gas emission.

In one embodiment of the present invention, calculating the emission amount of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to each set of data in the preset accounting period by using each set of data respectively comprises: and performing integral calculation on the product of the smoke volume flow data and the concentration data of the target greenhouse gas in the same group of data in a preset calculation period to obtain the emission amount of the target greenhouse gas in the group of data.
Specifically, the emission amount of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to each group of data is calculated by the following formula:
or,
wherein G is the emission of the target greenhouse gas in any group of data, and the unit is ton;
t is the preset accounting period;
f (t) is the smoke volume of the coal-fired thermal power enterprises in standard state at the time t, and the unit is standard cubic meter (Nm)3);
H (t) is the emission content of the target greenhouse gas in the flue gas of the coal-fired thermal power enterprises under the standard state at the time t, and the unit is ton/standard cubic meter.
Taking the example in the above embodiment as an example, three sets of data acquisition devices are arranged in the chimney, so that three sets of data of the currently detected thermal generator set in the preset accounting period can be obtained, preferably, the acquired data can be sent to the corresponding integrators, and each integrator performs calculation processing according to the formula, so that three emissions of the target greenhouse gas of the thermal generator set in the preset accounting period can be obtained: g1, G2, G3.
S13: and according to a preset algorithm and the emission of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to each group of data, performing reliability evaluation calculation on each group of collected data to judge whether each group of collected data meets a preset reliability index.
In one embodiment of the present invention, data reliability evaluation is performed to determine whether there is a large error or error in each collected data set (e.g., data error due to failure of the device or the like that collected the data) to improve data quality. Specifically, firstly, calculating the variance of the emission amount of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to each group of data; judging whether the variance is smaller than a preset threshold value delta or not; if the judgment result is yes, determining that the collected data of each group accord with a preset reliability index; otherwise, determining that the collected data of each group do not accord with the preset reliability index.

S14: and if so, performing average calculation on the emission of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to each group of data, and taking the calculated average value as a carbon emission calculation value of the thermal generator set in a calculation period.
And when the data of each group collected in the preset accounting period is judged to accord with the preset reliability index, executing the step. That is, on the basis of the above embodiment, when the variance is determined to be smaller than the preset threshold Δ, and it is determined that the collected data of each group meets the preset reliability index, that is, the collected data is explained to have reliability, the average value of the emission amount of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to each group of data is calculated.
In the embodiment, the carbon emission is calculated by calculating the emission of the target greenhouse gas, particularly carbon dioxide, in the flue gas, the emission of the target greenhouse gas in the calculation period is calculated by the volume flow of the flue gas and the concentration of the target greenhouse gas, the reliability of the emission of the target greenhouse gas is evaluated, the condition that the data acquisition error is large is eliminated, particularly, a plurality of groups of data are acquired for mean value calculation, so that the calculation of the emission of the target greenhouse gas of the thermal generator set is more reasonable and accurate, and the accuracy, rationalization and uniqueness of the calculation result of the emission of the target greenhouse gas are realized.

calculating the checking emission of the target greenhouse gas according to a preset carbon emission checking rule and preset parameters of a thermal generator set;
and when the collected data of each group do not accord with the preset reliability index, screening the emission with the minimum absolute error with the checking emission from the emission of the target greenhouse gas corresponding to the data of each group as a carbon emission check value of the thermal generator set in the check period.
Further, calculating the checking emission of the target greenhouse gas according to a preset carbon emission checking rule and preset parameters of the thermal generator set, wherein the checking emission comprises the following steps: according to a plurality of preset carbon emission accounting rules, such as several or all of the accounting methods in 22 in the guideline, and preset parameters of the thermal power generating unit corresponding to each carbon emission accounting rule, the preset parameters may include a design value of q4, a default value of q4, a design distribution proportion of ash content, a default value of dust removal efficiency, a design value of dust removal efficiency, a default value of carbon content per calorific value, an actual carbon content per calorific value, ash content, slag content, a fuel lower calorific value, a carbon oxidation rate, an accounting period coal consumption and other parameters of the thermal power generating unit, and the target greenhouse gas standard emission corresponding to each carbon emission accounting rule is accounted; and calculating the average value of the standard emission of the target greenhouse gases corresponding to the plurality of carbon emission checking rules, and taking the average value as the checking emission of the target greenhouse gases.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the collected data sets do not meet the preset reliability index, that is, the reliability of the collected data in the preset accounting period is insufficient, the above steps in this embodiment are performed.
The present embodiment introduces a checking mechanism.
