开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,包括一个机体(1),在机体(1)上设置温度感应模块(2)、信息感应模块(3)、红外测量模块(4)、管理模块(5),运行时,温度感应模块(2)设置在电动机上,感应其温度情况,信息感应模块(3)分别设置在两切断轮上,红外测量模块(4)测量切断轮的位置情况,管理模块(5)处理综合信息;在信息感应模块(3)上设置位置参照模块(6),根据对两切断轮平行度来设定位置参照模块(6)的方位;在红外测量模块(4)上设置信息接收模块(7),接收两切断轮的位置信息情况;在管理模块(5)上设置提示模块(8);通过实时感应两切断轮的位置情况,避免平行度不够而影响运作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种开槽机。
背景技术
开槽机是一种用于沥青、水泥路面开槽作业的设备,具有体积小、重量轻等优点,开槽机运作过程中在切断轮位置方面还存在一些缺陷,切断轮未处于平行位置时,可能会使电动机温度过高,从而影响运行效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种有效的开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置。
本发明是这样实现的。开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,包括一个机体,在机体上设置温度感应模块、信息感应模块、红外测量模块、管理模块,运行时,温度感应模块设置在电动机上,感应其温度情况,信息感应模块分别设置在两切断轮上,红外测量模块测量切断轮的位置情况,管理模块处理综合信息。
开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,在信息感应模块上设置位置参照模块,根据两切断轮平行度来设定位置参照模块的方位。
开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,在红外测量模块上设置信息接收模块,接收信息感应模块在两切断轮的位置情况。
开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,在管理模块上设置提示模块,当感应到两切断轮平行度有异常时,发出提示。
开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,提示模块发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
上述开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,通过实时感应两切断轮的位置情况,避免平行度不够而影响运作。

1.开槽机运作切断轮平行度校正装置,其特征在于包括一个机体(1),在机体(1)上设置温度感应模块(2)、信息感应模块(3)、红外测量模块(4)、管理模块(5),运行时,温度感应模块(2)设置在电动机上,感应其温度情况,信息感应模块(3)分别设置在两切断轮上,红外测量模块(4)测量切断轮的位置情况,管理模块(5)处理综合信息;
在管理模块(5)上设置提示模块(8),当感应到两切断轮平行度有异常时,发出提示;
提示模块(8)发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
