本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体为一种吸湿性好的速干抗菌面料。
背景技术
人体正常的生理代谢包含了热湿的代谢,其中湿的代谢以汗气或汗液形式表现出来。人体在高温环境或进行运动或劳动作业时,会产生汗液,并带走热量,以此来维持人体的生理平衡。人体汗液需要通过服装面料吸收和散发,衣物在这种环境下非常容易滋生细菌并使细菌大量繁殖,衣物面料由于其多孔式结构,有利于微生物附着,因而成为微生物生存、繁殖的良好寄体。而且,由于在人体穿着过程中,衣物会沾染汗液、皮脂及其他人体分泌物,这些都是各种微生物的营养源。
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对服装面料的要求也越来越高,面料的功能性、舒适性、环保性、健康性等特征成为人们越来越关注的内容。现有技术中,应用于贴身穿着的的服装面料一般选用天然纤维制成,具有良好的的吸湿性能,然而然纤维面料的抗菌性能不能满足人们的要求,而且,天然纤维面料不能有效地将人体的汗气或汗液排出,无法使人体皮肤保持干爽,影响穿着舒适性。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种吸湿性好的速干抗菌面料,具有单向导湿功能,在运动时使人体产生的汗液能通过面料快速从面料的内层传导到面料的外层,并保持内层干爽,而且具有良好的抗菌性能。本发明具体技术方案如下:
一种吸湿性好的速干抗菌面料,包括导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料,导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料之间通过粘合剂粘合为一体,所述导湿抗菌内层面料的内部设置有导湿孔,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由高吸水吸湿纤维和抗菌纤维混纺制成,所述耐磨外层面料由高吸水吸湿纤维与涤纶纤维混纺制成;
所述导湿抗菌内层面料由以下方法制备:
(1) 将竹纤维粉碎,得到竹纤维颗粒,备用;
(2) 将竹纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散10~15min制成分散液;
(3) 将纳米银离子抗菌剂加入到步骤2所得分散液中,超声分散10~15min,然后过滤,收集沉淀产物,再用去离子水清洗沉淀产物直到中性,然后将沉淀产物干燥;

作为优选,所述步骤2中,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为竹纤维颗粒重量的0.05~0.1%;所述步骤3中,纳米银离子抗菌剂的加入量为步骤2所述竹纤维颗粒重量的0.1~0.5%;所述步骤4中,沉淀物与竹纤维颗粒的重量比为1:10~15;所述步骤5中,纳米银离子改性竹纤维与罗布麻纤维的重量比为1:0.5~1.5。
作为优选,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由蜂窝状微孔结构的高吸水吸湿纤维制成,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料需要进行亲水整理。
所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由以下方法制备:
(1)将蜂窝状微孔结构的高吸水吸湿纤维粉碎,得到纤维颗粒,备用;
(2)将纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散10~15min制成分散液;
(3)将氧化石墨烯加入到步骤2所得分散液中,超声分散10~15min,然后过滤,收集沉淀产物,再用去离子水清洗沉淀产物直到中性,然后将沉淀产物干燥;
(4)将步骤3所得沉淀物与纤维颗粒混合,螺杆挤出,进行熔融纺丝,然后开松得到氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维;
(5)将步骤4所得氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维与抗菌纤维混纺,得到中间层面料;
(6)将步骤5所得中间层面料进行亲水整理,即得到所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料。
作为优选,所述步骤2中,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纤维颗粒重量的0.02~0.06%;所述步骤3中,氧化石墨烯的加入量为步骤2所述纤维颗粒重量的0.08~0.2%;所述步骤4中,沉淀物与纤维颗粒的重量比为1:5~10;所述步骤5中,氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维与抗菌纤维的重量比为1:0.2~0.8。
作为优选,所述导湿抗菌内层面料的上表面与吸湿抗菌中间层面料粘结,所述导湿抗菌内层面料的下表面设置为波浪状。减少与皮肤的接触面积,即使出汗较多也不会产生粘腻感,具有极佳的吸湿排汗透气效果。
作为优选,所述导湿抗菌内层面料内部的导湿孔为变径通孔,所述导湿孔由上至下直径逐渐增大。可以使汗液快速从面料的内层传导到面料的外层,透气排汗性能好。
作为优选,所述耐磨外层面料由日本尤尼契卡公司研制的高吸水吸湿纤维Hygra与涤纶纤维混纺制成,两者的重量比为0.2~0.5:1。
所述导湿抗菌内层面料的上表面与吸湿抗菌中间层面料粘结,所述导湿内层面料的下表面设置有镂空层,且镂空层的下表面设置有横截面为半圆弧形的垫块。所述垫块分别位于导湿孔开口端两侧。
有益效果
本发明所述的吸湿性好的速干抗菌面料,由导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料复合制成,导湿内层面料具有疏水疏油性能,吸湿外层面料具有高亲水性,两层面料之间形成明显的导湿梯度,使水分由内而外单向导出,所得的面料既具有透气性、吸湿性、速干性、抗菌性好的特点,而且还具有罗布麻纤维的保健功效。该面料在运动时使人体产生的汗液能通过面料快速从面料的内层传导到面料的外层,并保持内层干爽,提高穿着舒适性。
所述导湿内层面料进行拒水拒油整理,使面料的里层几乎不吸收汗液,使人体始终保持干爽,提高穿着舒适性。面料的内部设置有导湿孔,可以使汗液快速从面料的内层传导到面料的外层,透气排汗性能好。面料的下表面设置为波浪状,减少与皮肤的接触面积,即使出汗较多也不会产生粘腻感,具有极佳的吸湿排汗透气效果。
本发明导湿内层面料利用纳米银离子抗菌剂改性竹纤维,使其具有较好的抗菌性能。竹纤维是从自然生长的竹子中提取的一种天然纤维,具有透气性、吸湿性、染色性、悬垂性好的特点,而且还具有天然抗菌、抑菌、防臭和抗紫外线功能。本发明导湿内层面料利用纳米银离子改性竹纤维与罗布麻纤维混纺,罗布麻纤维中富含多种药物成份,如黄酮类化合物、强心试、芸香贰等多种氨基酸,其药理作用有祛痰止咳、强心利尿、平喘、降血压,降血脂,增加冠状动脉流量,增加肾上腺素,抗炎扰过敏等,经临床观察结果对高血压、慢性气管炎有较好的防治功效,它还具有抑菌去病发射远红外线作用,它的纤维具有棉的柔软,丝的光泽,麻的清爽,罗布麻纤维中的有效药物成份通过机体体表孔窍穴位作用于经络气血,脏腑及胃部病灶,参入血液循环,使增厚变硬的血管壁恢复弹性,达到降血压,提高机体机能的效果。
本发明所述氧化石墨烯改性高吸水吸湿纤维的制备方法中,先将高吸水吸湿纤维粉碎,增加其比表面积,然后用硅烷偶联剂将高吸水吸湿纤维表面改性,改性后的纤维再与氧化石墨烯反应,形成高吸水吸湿纤维-硅烷偶联剂-氧化石墨烯的结合层。石墨烯使得改性后的纤维具有超强抗菌抑菌功能,对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等多种细菌抑菌率达到99%。而且具有良好的吸湿祛湿功能,可以快速吸走湿气,透气排汗。

一种吸湿性好的速干抗菌面料,包括导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料,导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料之间通过粘合剂粘合为一体,所述导湿抗菌内层面料的内部设置有导湿孔,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由高吸水吸湿纤维和抗菌纤维混纺制成,所述耐磨外层面料由高吸水吸湿纤维与涤纶纤维混纺制成;
所述导湿抗菌内层面料由以下方法制备:
(1)将竹纤维粉碎,得到竹纤维颗粒,备用;
(2)将竹纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散10min制成分散液;
(3) 将纳米银离子抗菌剂加入到步骤2所得分散液中,超声分散10min,然后过滤,收集沉淀产物,再用去离子水清洗沉淀产物直到中性,然后将沉淀产物干燥;
(4) 将步骤3所得沉淀物与竹纤维颗粒混合,螺杆挤出,进行熔融纺丝,然后开松得到纳米银离子改性竹纤维;

(6)将步骤5所得内层面料进行拒水拒油整理,即得到所述导湿抗菌内层面料。

(5)将步骤4所得氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维与抗菌纤维混纺,得到中间层面料;
(6)将步骤5所得中间层面料进行亲水整理,即得到所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料。
所述步骤2中,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纤维颗粒重量的0.02%;所述步骤3中,氧化石墨烯的加入量为步骤2所述纤维颗粒重量的0.08%;所述步骤4中,沉淀物与纤维颗粒的重量比为1:5;所述步骤5中,氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维与抗菌纤维的重量比为1:0.2。

所述步骤2中,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为竹纤维颗粒重量的0.1%;所述步骤3中,纳米银离子抗菌剂的加入量为步骤2所述竹纤维颗粒重量的0.5%;所述步骤4中,沉淀物与竹纤维颗粒的重量比为1: 15;所述步骤5中,纳米银离子改性竹纤维与罗布麻纤维的重量比为1: 1.5。
所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由蜂窝状微孔结构的高吸水吸湿纤维制成,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料需要进行亲水整理。
所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由以下方法制备:
(1)将蜂窝状微孔结构的高吸水吸湿纤维粉碎,得到纤维颗粒,备用;
(2)将纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散15min制成分散液;
(3)将氧化石墨烯加入到步骤2所得分散液中,超声分散15min,然后过滤,收集沉淀产物,再用去离子水清洗沉淀产物直到中性,然后将沉淀产物干燥;
(4)将步骤3所得沉淀物与纤维颗粒混合,螺杆挤出,进行熔融纺丝,然后开松得到氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维;
(5)将步骤4所得氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维与抗菌纤维混纺,得到中间层面料;
(6)将步骤5所得中间层面料进行亲水整理,即得到所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料。
所述步骤2中,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为纤维颗粒重量的0.06%;所述步骤3中,氧化石墨烯的加入量为步骤2所述纤维颗粒重量的0.2%;所述步骤4中,沉淀物与纤维颗粒的重量比为1: 10;所述步骤5中,氧化石墨烯改性吸水吸湿纤维与抗菌纤维的重量比为1: 0.8。

所述导湿抗菌内层面料由以下方法制备:
(1) 将竹纤维粉碎,得到竹纤维颗粒,备用;
(2)将竹纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散12min制成分散液;
(3) 将纳米银离子抗菌剂加入到步骤2所得分散液中,超声分散12min,然后过滤,收集沉淀产物,再用去离子水清洗沉淀产物直到中性,然后将沉淀产物干燥;
(4) 将步骤3所得沉淀物与竹纤维颗粒混合,螺杆挤出,进行熔融纺丝,然后开松得到纳米银离子改性竹纤维;
(5) 将步骤4所得纳米银离子改性竹纤维与罗布麻纤维混纺,得到内层面料;
(6)将步骤5所得内层面料进行拒水拒油整理,即得到所述导湿抗菌内层面料。
所述步骤2中,硅烷偶联剂的加入量为竹纤维颗粒重量的0.06%;所述步骤3中,纳米银离子抗菌剂的加入量为步骤2所述竹纤维颗粒重量的0.2%;所述步骤4中,沉淀物与竹纤维颗粒的重量比为1:12;所述步骤5中,纳米银离子改性竹纤维与罗布麻纤维的重量比为1: 1.0。
所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由蜂窝状微孔结构的高吸水吸湿纤维制成,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料需要进行亲水整理。
所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由以下方法制备:
(1)将蜂窝状微孔结构的高吸水吸湿纤维粉碎,得到纤维颗粒,备用;
(2)将纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散12min制成分散液;

Claims (10)
1.一种吸湿性好的速干抗菌面料,其特征在于,包括导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料,导湿抗菌内层面料、吸湿抗菌中间层面料和耐磨外层面料之间通过粘合剂粘合为一体,所述导湿抗菌内层面料的内部设置有导湿孔,所述吸湿抗菌中间层面料由高吸水吸湿纤维和抗菌纤维混纺制成,所述耐磨外层面料由高吸水吸湿纤维与涤纶纤维混纺制成;
所述导湿抗菌内层面料由以下方法制备:
(1)将竹纤维粉碎,得到竹纤维颗粒,备用;
(2)将竹纤维颗粒加入到硅烷偶联剂水溶液中,超声分散10~15min制成分散液;
(3)将纳米银离子抗菌剂加入到步骤2所得分散液中,超声分散10~15min,然后过滤,收集沉淀产物,再用去离子水清洗沉淀产物直到中性,然后将沉淀产物干燥;
(4)将步骤3所得沉淀物与竹纤维颗粒混合,螺杆挤出,进行熔融纺丝,然后开松得到纳米银离子改性竹纤维;
(5)将步骤4所得纳米银离子改性竹纤维与罗布麻纤维混纺,得到内层面料;
