A method for preparing natural perfume material as in example 16, which comprises the steps of mixing raw materials according to a formula ratio, drying at 83 ℃ for 3.5 hours, cooling naturally to room temperature, pulverizing the dried raw materials to 240 meshes to obtain a powdery material, adding 2 times of commercial white spirit by weight to the powdery material, stirring at 20 ℃ for 2 hours, filtering with a microfiltration membrane to remove suspended matters to obtain a filtrate, filtering with an ultrafiltration membrane to remove proteins and pectins, filtering with a nanofiltration membrane to remove small molecular substances, and concentrating with a reverse osmosis membrane to remove inorganic salts and water.
A preparation method of a sheet-shaped solid spice for cigarettes comprises the steps of leaching and separating tobacco raw materials to obtain tobacco pulp and coating liquid, adding the prepared natural spice substance into the tobacco pulp, wherein the adding amount is 1.5% of the total weight of the pulp, uniformly stirring, forming a sheet base by the tobacco pulp added with the natural spice substance according to a conventional procedure, uniformly coating the coating liquid on the sheet base, and drying to obtain the sheet-shaped solid spice for cigarettes.

A method for preparing natural perfume material as in example 18, comprising the steps of mixing raw materials in a formula ratio, drying at 87 ℃ for 3.5 hours, cooling naturally to room temperature, pulverizing the dried raw materials to 200 meshes to obtain a powdery material, adding 8 times of commercial white spirit by weight to the powdery material, stirring at 50 ℃ for 10 hours, filtering with a microfiltration membrane to remove suspended matters to obtain a filtrate, filtering with an ultrafiltration membrane to remove proteins and pectins, filtering with a nanofiltration membrane to remove small molecular substances, and concentrating with a reverse osmosis membrane to remove inorganic salts and water.
A preparation method of a sheet-shaped solid spice for cigarettes comprises the steps of leaching and separating tobacco raw materials to obtain tobacco pulp and coating liquid, adding the prepared natural spice substance into the coating liquid, wherein the adding amount of the natural spice substance is 0.3% of the total weight of the coating liquid, uniformly stirring, forming the tobacco pulp into a sheet base according to a conventional procedure, uniformly coating the coating liquid added with the natural spice substance on the sheet base, and drying to obtain the sheet-shaped solid spice for cigarettes.

Claims (3)
1. a solid spice in a flake form for cigarettes is characterized in that natural spice substances are added into slurry for preparing reconstituted tobacco to prepare the solid spice in the flake form with the thickness of 0.05-1 mm; the natural perfume material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-30 parts of Chinese date; 0.1-0.5 parts of lemongrass; 0.1-1 part of bay leaves; 5-40 parts of liquorice; 2-20 parts of dark plum; 0.5-5 parts of sandalwood; 0-3 parts of lotus, 0-10 parts of rose, 0-3 parts of camellia, 0-2 parts of jasmine, 0-3 parts of pseudo-ginseng and 0-2 parts of dendrobium; 0-1 part of vanilla and 0-0.5 part of mint;
the preparation method of the natural spice substance comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the formula proportion, drying the mixture at the temperature of 60-90 ℃ for 2-4 hours, naturally cooling the mixture to room temperature, and crushing the dried raw materials to 150 meshes and 300 meshes to obtain a powdery substance; the powdery substance needs to be continuously treated, specifically, commercially available white spirit with the weight of 2-8 times is added into the powdery substance, the mixture is fully stirred for 2-10 hours at the temperature of 20-50 ℃, then a microfiltration membrane is used for filtering to remove suspended matters to obtain a filtrate, an ultrafiltration membrane is used for filtering to remove protein and pectin, a nanofiltration membrane is used for filtering to remove micromolecular substances, and finally a reverse osmosis membrane is used for concentrating to remove inorganic salt and water;

1-30 parts of Chinese date; 0.1-0.5 parts of lemongrass; 0.1-1 part of bay leaves; 5-40 parts of liquorice; 2-20 parts of dark plum fruit; 0.5-5 parts of sandalwood; 0-3 parts of lotus, 0-10 parts of rose, 0-3 parts of camellia, 0-2 parts of jasmine, 0-3 parts of pseudo-ginseng and 0-2 parts of dendrobium; 0-1 part of vanilla and 0-0.5 part of mint;
