Abstract

本发明涉及电池领域尤其涉及一种二次电池及其制备方法。该二次电池包括电池负极、电池正极以及全固态电解质层,电池负极包括负极集流体,不包含负极活性材料;全固态电解质层为无机固态电解质;电池正极包括正极集流体和正极活性材料层,正极活性材料层包括自由可逆脱嵌锂离子、钠离子或镁离子的正极活性材料。采用全固态电解质层,不易腐蚀电极材料,能够在宽的温度范围内维持化学稳定性,增加了电池的使用寿命;同时采用全固态电解质层从而不需要隔膜,缩小了电池体积,降低了电池整体质量,增大了电池的能量密度;取消负极活性物质,不仅降低电池生产的成本,有效的提高电池的电池容量及能量密度,并且表现出良好的充放电循环性能。
