Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a child stroller with a rotatable seat, wherein the seat can be positioned at various different angles relative to a frame, and the operation is particularly simple and convenient.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a child stroller with a rotatable seat comprises a frame, the seat and a connecting mechanism for connecting the frame and the seat, wherein the connecting mechanism comprises a rotating seat, a locking piece, a connecting seat and a first spring, the rotating seat is relatively and fixedly connected with the seat, and a first tooth groove is formed in the lower end of the rotating seat; the locking piece comprises an annular partition plate, a first gear extending upwards from the upper end face of the partition plate and a second gear extending downwards from the lower end face of the partition plate; the connecting seat is connected with the frame, and a second tooth groove is formed in the upper end of the rotating seat; the first spring is arranged in the second tooth groove and abuts against the lower end of the second gear; the rotating seat and the connecting seat can be connected in a relatively rotating mode, a gap is formed between the lower end face of the rotating seat and the upper end face of the connecting seat, under the action of the first spring, the first gear of the locking piece is meshed with the first tooth groove of the rotating seat, meanwhile, the second gear is meshed with the second tooth groove of the connecting seat, the outer end of the partition plate extends out of the gap, and the upper height and the lower height of the gap are larger than or equal to the total height of the partition plate and the first gear.
The middle of the bottom wall of the first tooth groove extends downwards to form an upper abutting table, the middle of the bottom wall of the second tooth groove extends upwards to form a lower abutting table, and the upper abutting table abuts against the lower end face of the lower abutting table and the upper end face of the lower abutting table.
The locking piece also comprises an annular extending part which extends downwards from the periphery of the partition plate, and the extending part surrounds the upper end of the connecting seat.
And a plurality of convex ribs are arranged on the outer wall of the extension part.
The rotary seat and the connecting seat can be connected in a relatively rotating mode through a pin extending up and down, the upper end of the pin is fixedly connected with the rotary seat relatively, the lower end of the pin is connected with the connecting seat in a rotating mode, or the lower end of the pin is fixedly connected with the connecting seat relatively, and the upper end of the pin is connected with the rotary seat in a rotating mode.
The upper supporting table and the lower supporting table are both annular, the first spring is sleeved outside the lower supporting table, and the locking piece is also sleeved outside the lower supporting table.

The connecting mechanism further comprises a supporting seat, the connecting seat is connected to the push rod through the supporting seat, the lower end of the supporting seat is fixedly connected to the push rod, a left pivoting body and a right pivoting body which are spaced are arranged at the upper end of the supporting seat, the lower end of the connecting seat is pivoted between the left pivoting body and the right pivoting body, and a limiting device used for limiting relative rotation of the lower end of the connecting seat and the supporting seat is arranged between the lower end of the connecting seat and the supporting seat.
The limiting device sequentially comprises a first button, a third gear, a second spring, a third spring, a fourth gear and a second button from left to right, wherein third tooth sockets are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the left and right pivoting bodies, corresponding fourth tooth sockets are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the lower end of the connecting seat, and the left and right ends of the second spring are respectively abutted against the bottom walls of the third gear and the fourth tooth socket on the left side of the connecting seat; the left side and the right side of the third spring are respectively abutted against the bottom wall of a fourth tooth groove in the right side of the connecting seat and the fourth gear; the first button includes first splenium and certainly first elasticity finger that the first splenium of pressing extends toward the right side is pressed, first elasticity finger with supporting seat left side pin joint body coupling and support lean on in the left end of third gear, the second button includes that the second presses the splenium and certainly the second elasticity finger that the second pressed the splenium to extend toward the left side, the second elasticity finger with supporting seat right side pin joint body coupling and support and lean on in the right-hand member of fourth gear, under the effect of second spring, the third gear meshes with the third tooth's socket of supporting seat left side pin joint body and connecting seat left side fourth tooth's socket mutually simultaneously, under the effect of third spring, the fourth gear meshes with the third tooth's socket of supporting seat right side pin joint body and connecting seat right side fourth tooth's socket mutually simultaneously.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the child stroller seat can be relatively positioned at various different angles, the requirements of different vision of children and mothers can be met, the operation of changing the angle of the seat relative to the frame is particularly simple and convenient, and the child stroller seat can be pushed downwards and the locking piece is loosened only by pushing the locking piece downwards.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the child stroller with a rotatable seat of the present invention includes a frame 1, a seat 2, and a connecting mechanism 3 for connecting the frame 1 and the seat 2, wherein the connecting mechanism 3 includes a rotating seat 31, a locking member 32, a connecting seat 33, and a first spring 34, the rotating seat 31 is fixedly connected to the seat 2, a first tooth socket 311 is disposed at a lower end of the rotating seat 31, and an upper abutting table 312 extends downward from a middle of a bottom wall of the first tooth socket 311; the locking member 32 includes an annular partition 321, a first gear 322 extending upward from an upper end surface of the partition 321, and a second gear 323 extending downward from a lower end surface of the partition 321; the upper end of the rotating seat 31 is provided with a second tooth groove 331, and the middle of the bottom wall of the second tooth groove 331 extends upwards to form a lower abutting table 332; the first spring 34 is placed in the second gear 331 and abuts against the lower end of the second gear 323; the rotating seat 31 and the connecting seat 33 can be connected in a relatively rotating manner, the lower end surface of the upper abutting table 312 abuts against the upper end surface of the lower abutting table 332, a gap 310 is arranged between the lower end surface of the rotating seat 31 and the upper end surface of the connecting seat 33, under the action of the first spring 34, the first gear 322 of the locking piece 32 is meshed with the first tooth groove 311 of the rotating seat 31, the second gear 323 is meshed with the second tooth groove 331 of the connecting seat 33, the outer end of the partition plate 321 extends out of the gap 310, and the upper and lower height of the gap 310 is greater than or equal to the total height of the partition plate 321 and the first gear 322.
When the first gear 322 of the locking member 32 is engaged with the first tooth socket 311 of the rotating seat 31 and the second gear 323 is engaged with the second tooth socket 331 of the connecting seat 33, the connecting mechanism 3 is in a locked state, and the rotating seat 31 cannot rotate relative to the connecting seat 33, that is, the seat 2 cannot rotate relative to the frame 1; when the angle of the seat 2 relative to the frame 1 needs to be changed, the locking member 32 (i.e. the partition 321) is pushed downward to move the locking member 32 downward integrally, the first gear 322 moves downward until completely disengaging from the first tooth groove 311, at this time, the connecting mechanism 3 releases the lock, the rotary seat 31 can rotate 360 degrees around the Y axis relative to the connecting seat 33, i.e. the seat 2 can rotate 360 degrees around the Y axis relative to the frame 1, when the required angle is reached, the partition 321 is released, the locking member 32 moves upward integrally under the action of the first spring 34, the first gear 322 engages with the first tooth groove 311 again, the seat 2 is locked at the relative angle and cannot rotate relative to the frame 1, so that the seat 2 of the child stroller of the present invention can be positioned at various different angles relative to the frame 1, and the operation is particularly simple and convenient.
In this embodiment, the rotating seat 31 is fixedly disposed at the lower end of the seat 2, in other embodiments, the rotating seat 31 may be fixedly disposed at the rear end of the seat 2 or at other suitable positions such as the left and right ends, and the rotating seat 31 may be integrally formed with the seat 2. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the rotation 31 may or may not be part of the seat 2.
The locking member 32 further includes an annular extension portion 324 extending downward from the periphery of the partition 321, and the extension portion 324 surrounds the upper end of the connecting seat 33, i.e. the upper end of the sidewall of the second slot 331 is located between the extension portion 324 and the outer wall of the second gear 323. The advantage of providing the extension 324 is that when the locking member 32 is pushed downwards, a force can be applied to the extension 324, i.e. the extension 324 is held to be forced downwards, and the extension 324 is better than the partition 321, so that the operation is more convenient. Preferably, a plurality of ribs 325 are disposed on the outer wall of the extending portion 324, and the ribs 325 can increase friction to avoid force application failure due to excessive slip.
In this embodiment, the rotating base 31 and the connecting base 33 are connected to each other by a pin 36 extending vertically and rotatably, the upper end of the pin 36 is fixedly connected to the rotating base 31, and the lower end is connected to the connecting base 33, or the lower end of the pin 36 is fixedly connected to the connecting base 33 and the upper end is connected to the rotating base 31.
In this embodiment, the upper abutting table 312 and the lower abutting table 332 are both annular, the first spring 34 is sleeved outside the lower abutting table 332, the upper end of the pin 36 is fixedly connected to the rotating base 31, the lower end of the pin passes through the lower abutting table 332 and then is located in the lower end of the connecting base 3, the lower end of the pin 36 is provided with a neck 360, a transverse pin 361 passes through the neck 360, correspondingly, the lower end of the connecting base 33 is provided with a left transverse through hole and a right transverse through hole (not shown) corresponding to the positions, two ends of the transverse pin 361 are respectively inserted into the left transverse through hole and the right transverse through hole, so that the connecting base 3 is prevented from being separated from the pin 36, and the pin 36 can also rotate relative to the connecting.
In this embodiment, an iron sheet (not shown) is disposed between the lower end of the seat 2 and the rotary seat 31, the upper end of the pin 36 penetrates through the upper abutting table 312 and then is welded to the iron sheet, and the iron sheet and the rotary seat 31 are fixedly connected to the lower end of the seat, so that the pin 36 and the rotary seat are relatively fixedly connected.
In other embodiments, the pin 36 can be connected with the rotating seat 31 and the connecting seat 33 by other known methods.
In this embodiment, the frame 1 includes a push rod 11, two rear leg tubes 12, a front wheel 13 connected to a lower end of the push rod 11, and two rear wheels 14 respectively connected to lower ends of the two rear leg tubes 12, upper ends of the two rear leg tubes 12 are pivotally connected to the push rod 11, a locking mechanism (not shown) for limiting relative rotation between the rear leg tubes 12 and the push rod 11 is disposed between the upper ends of the two rear leg tubes 12 and the push rod 11, and a lower end of the support seat 35 is connected to the push rod 11.
As shown in fig. 8, the connecting mechanism 3 further includes a supporting seat 35, the connecting seat 33 is connected to the frame 1 through the supporting seat 35, the lower end of the supporting seat 35 is fixedly connected to the push rod 11, the upper end of the supporting seat is provided with a left pivot body 351 and a right pivot body 351 which are spaced, the lower end of the connecting seat 33 is pivoted between the left pivot body 351 and the right pivot body 351, and a limiting device 4 for limiting the relative rotation between the lower end of the connecting seat 33 and the supporting seat 35 is arranged between the lower end.
In this embodiment, the limiting device 4 sequentially includes a first button 41, a third gear 42, a second spring 43, a third spring 44, a fourth gear 45, and a second button 46 from left to right, the opposite sides of the left and right pivoting bodies 351 are respectively provided with a third tooth space 352, the left and right sides of the lower end of the connecting seat 33 are respectively provided with a corresponding fourth tooth space 333, and the left and right ends of the second spring 43 respectively abut against the bottom walls of the third gear 42 and the fourth tooth space 333 on the left side of the connecting seat 33; the left side and the right side of the third spring 44 are respectively abutted against the bottom wall of the fourth tooth groove 333 on the right side of the connecting seat 33 and the fourth gear 45; the first button 41 includes a first pressing portion 411 and a first elastic finger 412 extending from the first pressing portion 411 to the right, the first elastic finger 412 is connected to the left pivot 351 of the support base 35 and abuts against the left end of the third gear 42, the second button 46 includes a second pressing portion 461 and a second elastic finger 462 extending from the second pressing portion 461 to the left, the second elastic finger 462 is connected to the right pivot 351 of the support base 35 and abuts against the right end of the fourth gear 45, under the action of the second spring 43, the third gear 42 is engaged with the third tooth space 352 of the left pivot body 351 of the support seat and the fourth tooth space 333 of the left side of the connecting seat 33 at the same time, under the action of the third spring 44, the fourth gear 45 is engaged with the third tooth space 352 of the right pivot body 351 of the support seat 35 and the fourth tooth space 333 of the right side of the connecting seat 33. So that the connecting seat 33 cannot rotate up and down relative to the supporting seat 35, i.e. the seat 2 cannot rotate up and down relative to the frame 1; when the seat 2 is to be folded, the first button 41 and the second button 46 are pressed relatively at the same time, so that the third gear 42 is disengaged from the fourth tooth space 333 of the left pivot body of the supporting seat 35 and is only engaged with the third tooth space 352 at the left side of the connecting seat 33, and the fourth gear 45 is disengaged from the fourth tooth space 333 of the right pivot body 351 of the supporting seat 3 and is only engaged with the third tooth space 352 at the right side of the connecting seat 33, at this time, the connecting seat 33 can rotate up and down relative to the supporting seat 35, that is, the seat 2 can rotate up and down relative to the frame 1, and the seat 2 can be folded. In other embodiments, the limiting mechanism 4 may also adopt other known structures.
In other embodiments, the support seat 35 may not be provided, and the lower end of the direct connection seat 33 is connected to the push rod 11, and the connection mode may adopt different structures according to the functional requirements.
In other embodiments, the frame 1 may be any other frame structure, as long as the connecting mechanism 3 is provided, the frame 1 and the seat 2 can be connected through the connecting mechanism 3, and the mechanism of the connecting portion of the connecting seat 33 or the supporting seat 35 and the frame 1 can be provided according to the specific structure of the frame 1.
