Abstract

本发明公开一种调节螺栓,包括螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,螺杆带正向外螺纹,内螺母带反向外螺纹,内螺母内孔为光滑面,内螺母内孔前端设有嵌件,外螺母带与反向外螺纹匹配的反向内螺纹,凸环内壁带有内正螺纹,外螺母与内螺母相互套接并螺纹连接,螺杆前顶在嵌件上并转动,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着反向内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆前端持续向前拧进并穿过嵌件,嵌件内部形成于螺杆匹配的内正螺纹,螺杆再穿过所述内螺母的内孔与所述外螺母的凸环螺纹连接,螺杆和内螺母夹紧将第一机架和第二机架夹紧。该调节螺栓的的操作更加方便,有利于提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节螺栓。
背景技术
传统调节螺栓一般配置螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,但是在调节螺母时需要分别对螺杆、内螺母和外螺母进行调节。其操作较为繁琐,对操作人员的要求较高,使用不便。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种只通过向前拧螺杆实现对两第一机架的拉紧的调节螺栓。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:调节螺栓,包括螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,螺杆带有正向外螺纹,所述内螺母带有反向外螺纹,内螺母的内孔为光滑面,所述内螺母的内孔前端设置有可被螺杆钻动形成内正螺纹的带有内通孔的嵌件,所述外螺母带有与反向外螺纹匹配的反向内螺纹,所述外螺母的尾端带有向内凸出的凸环,凸环的内壁带有内正螺纹,所述外螺母与内螺母相互套接并螺纹连接,使用状态下,所述螺杆前顶在嵌件上并转动,转动过程中在内通孔上形成内正螺纹并带动内螺母转动,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着反向内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆前端持续向前拧进并穿过嵌件,嵌件内部形成于螺杆匹配的内正螺纹,最终螺杆再穿过所述内螺母的内孔与所述外螺母的凸环螺纹连接,直至螺杆1和内螺母2夹紧将第一机架和第二机架夹紧。
本发明中的有益效果:本发明提供的调节螺栓在使用状态下,其螺杆前顶在嵌件上并转动,转动过程中在内通孔上形成内正螺纹并带动内螺母转动,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着反向内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆前端持续向前拧进并穿过嵌件,嵌件内部形成与螺杆匹配的内正螺纹,最终螺杆再穿过所述内螺母的内孔与所述外螺母的凸环螺纹连接,直至螺杆和内螺母夹紧第一机架。其螺杆只需保持持续向前拧进即可使第一机架和第二机架相互夹紧,其操作更加方便,对工人的要求较低,有利于提高工作效率。

本发明提供的调节螺栓,包括螺杆1、内螺母2和外螺母3,螺杆1带有正向外螺纹,所述内螺母2带有反向外螺纹,内螺母2的内孔为光滑面,所述内螺母2的内孔前端设置有可被螺杆钻动形成内正螺纹的带有内通孔的嵌件4,所述外螺母3带有与反向外螺纹匹配的反向内螺纹,所述外螺母3的尾端带有向内凸出的凸环5,凸环5的内壁带有内正螺纹,所述外螺母3与内螺母2相互套接并螺纹连接,使用状态下,所述螺杆1前顶在嵌件4上并转动,转动过程中在内通孔上形成内正螺纹并带动内螺母2转动,进而使内螺母2相对外螺母3转动,内螺母2沿着反向内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架6,当内螺母2夹紧第一机架6时螺杆1持续向前拧动使螺杆1前端持续向前拧进并穿过嵌件4,嵌件4采用容易被钻动后形成内螺纹的材料构成,本实施例中嵌件4为塑料件,嵌件4内部形成于螺杆1匹配的内正螺纹,最终螺杆1再穿过所述内螺母2的内孔与所述外螺母3的凸环5螺纹连接,直至螺杆1和内螺母2将第一机架6和第二机架7拉紧。在本实施例中,为了防止嵌件转动,所述内螺纹内孔前端带有多边形槽孔8,所述嵌件与多边形槽8孔匹配,所述嵌件4嵌入多边形槽孔8内,所述多边形槽孔8为六边形。

1.一种调节螺栓,包括螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,其特征是:螺杆带有正向外螺纹,所述内螺母带有反向外螺纹,内螺母的内孔为光滑面,所述内螺母的内孔前端设置有可被螺杆钻动形成内正螺纹的带有内通孔的嵌件,所述外螺母带有与反向外螺纹匹配的反向内螺纹,所述外螺母的尾端带有向内凸出的凸环,凸环的内壁带有内正螺纹,所述外螺母与内螺母相互套接并螺纹连接,使用状态下,所述螺杆前顶在嵌件上并转动,转动过程中在内通孔上形成内正螺纹并带动内螺母转动,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着反向内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆前端持续向前拧进并穿过嵌件,嵌件内部形成于螺杆匹配的内正螺纹,最终螺杆再穿过所述内螺母的内孔与所述外螺母的凸环螺纹连接,直至螺杆和内螺母将第一机架和第二机架拉紧;
所述内螺纹内孔前端带有多边形槽孔,所述嵌件与多边形槽孔匹配,所述嵌件嵌入多边形槽孔内。
