Abstract
The invention discloses a roller transmission device of a linear peristaltic pump, which is used for driving a roller assembly to reciprocate and comprises a transmission assembly, a guide shaft and a guide bearing, wherein the guide shaft is arranged on the guide bearing, one end of the guide shaft is connected with the driving end of the transmission assembly, the other end of the guide shaft is connected with the roller assembly, and the guide shaft carries the roller assembly to reciprocate linearly under the driving of the transmission assembly. The invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small volume, suitability for aseptic production environment and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the technical field of peristaltic pumps, in particular to a roller transmission device of a linear peristaltic pump.
Background
With the development of technology, the requirements of a plurality of special industries on the accuracy and the cleanliness of metering are higher and higher, such as the biopharmaceutical industry, the medical industry, the chemical industry and the like. At present, when the fluid is precisely metered, plunger pump and peristaltic pump technologies are generally adopted. However, the existing methods still have some defects, so that the accuracy of metering is greatly affected.
The existing peristaltic pump technology generally comprises two structural forms of a rotary peristaltic pump and a linear peristaltic pump. In the conventional linear peristaltic pump technology, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transmission of the roller assembly 2 adopts a screw transmission device 4 or a module transmission device 3 arranged right below the working hose 1, and the technical problem of the transmission device is that: in the environment with higher use requirements, the transmission device cannot be well sealed and is exposed outside, especially in the environment like medicine production, and the transmission device is applied to the dynamic A-level sterile production environment, and if the transmission device cannot be sealed according to the requirements, the transmission device cannot meet the national regulation medicine production requirements and cannot be applied.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the technical problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides the linear peristaltic pump roller transmission device which has a simple and compact structure and a small volume and is suitable for the aseptic production environment.

A roller transmission device of a linear peristaltic pump is used for driving a roller assembly to reciprocate and comprises a transmission assembly, a guide shaft and a guide bearing, wherein the guide shaft is arranged on the guide bearing, one end of the guide shaft is connected with a driving end of the transmission assembly, the other end of the guide shaft is connected with the roller assembly, and the guide shaft carries the roller assembly to reciprocate linearly under the driving of the transmission assembly.
As a further improvement of the invention: the guide shafts are arranged in the vertical direction.
As a further improvement of the invention: the two ends of the guide shaft are respectively provided with an upper guide shaft fixing plate and a lower guide shaft fixing plate, so that the guide shaft has the functions of guiding and preventing rotation.
As a further improvement of the invention: the guide assembly is a double-shaft guide assembly, and the roller assembly is arranged on the double-shaft guide assembly.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the roller transmission device of the linear peristaltic pump has a simple and compact structure, adopts a guide shaft to drive the rollers, and has good synchronism and high transmission precision. The invention further adopts a closed design, has good sealing performance, and is more suitable for working in a sterile production environment. Moreover, the lifting type linear motion mode is adopted, so that the volume and the occupied space of the whole equipment are greatly reduced.

The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and the specific examples.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a linear peristaltic pump roller transmission device of the present invention is used to drive the roller assembly 2 to reciprocate. The roller transmission device comprises a transmission assembly, a guide shaft 54 and a guide bearing 56, wherein the guide shaft 54 is arranged on the guide bearing 56, one end of the guide shaft 54 is connected with the driving end of the transmission assembly, the other end of the guide shaft 54 is connected with the roller assembly 2, and the guide shaft 54 carries the roller assembly 2 to do linear reciprocating movement under the driving of the transmission assembly.
In this embodiment, the guide shafts 54 are arranged in a vertical direction to reduce the footprint of the overall apparatus. The guide shaft 54 has upper and lower guide shaft fixing plates 591 and 592, respectively, at both ends thereof, for guiding and preventing rotation.
In this embodiment, the transmission assembly includes a transmission motor 51, a coupling 52 and a screw assembly 53, the transmission motor 51 is connected to the screw assembly 53 through the coupling 52, a guide shaft 54 is connected to the screw assembly 53, and the screw assembly 53 carries the guide shaft 54 to perform linear reciprocating motion, such as lifting linear reciprocating motion in this example, under the driving of the transmission motor 51. In this example, a lower guide shaft fixing plate 592 is coupled to the screw assembly 53 and moves the guide shaft 54 up and down. The roller assembly 2 is fixed to the upper guide shaft fixing plate 591.
In this embodiment, the guiding assembly is a dual-axis guiding assembly 5, and the roller assembly 2 is mounted on the dual-axis guiding assembly 5.
In this embodiment, the guide shaft 54 and the guide bearing 56 in the whole roller transmission device are both encapsulated in a pump housing 58, and a pump housing 55 is provided to ensure the cleanliness of the working environment. The pump body seat 55 is sealingly mounted on the machine frame panel 6 of the apparatus.
In this embodiment, a seal ring assembly 57 is disposed between the guide shaft 54 and the pump body seat 55, a pump body cover 58 serving as a dust cover is disposed on the outer side of the whole moving part, and all transmission parts are disposed inside the pump body seat 55 and below the frame panel 6, so that the transmission parts are effectively sealed, and the oil dirt and particles in the transmission are completely isolated from the clean environment, so that the device meets the requirements of drug production.
As shown in fig. 5, in another specific application example, the transmission assembly is a linear motor guiding assembly 7, and a linear motor 71 in the linear motor guiding assembly 7 is used as a driving member, and the guiding shaft 54 connected with the driving member is made to linearly reciprocate and linearly by the driving member.
In this embodiment, the linear motor guide assembly 7 is enclosed in a pump housing 58 and may be disposed above the frame panel 6 without occupying the lower space of the frame panel 6.
In this embodiment, the guide shaft 54 and guide bearing 56 may be prior art guide rails and slides or other guide means.

5. The linear peristaltic pump roller drive device of claim 4, characterized in that a sealing ring assembly (57) is provided between the guide shaft (54) and the pump body seat (55).

The linear peristaltic pump roller transmission device according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that the transmission assembly is a linear motor guide assembly (7), wherein a linear motor (71) in the linear motor guide assembly (7) is used as a driving member, and a guide shaft (54) connected with the linear motor guide assembly is made to reciprocate linearly through the driving member; the linear motor guide assembly (7) is encapsulated in a pump body cover (58) and is arranged above the frame panel (6).
