As shown in the drawings, a locking apparatus 100 for a seat rail of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is combined with a moving rail that moves on a fixed rail, for temporarily fixing the moving rail to the fixed rail, and includes: a locking guide combined with the moving guide; a locking unit 120 vertically moving with the locking guide 110 and the moving guide and locked on the fixed guide to perform a locking function; a guide bracket 130 preventing the locking piece 120 from being separated from the locking guide 110; a locking bar 140 rotatably coupled to the locking guide 110 to operate the locking unit 120; a locking spring 150 elastically supporting the locking bar 140.
First, the fixed rail is fixed to the vehicle floor, and the moving rail is fixed to the seat. The moving rail is movably coupled to an upper side of the fixed rail and is temporarily fixed to the fixed rail using the seat rail locking apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention. A plurality of locking holes are formed on the fixed rail for locking the moving rail by a locking device of the seat rail.
The locking guide 110 is fixed on the bottom surface of the moving rail, and is formed by bending a plate having a certain length several times, and vertically bending both side portions upward based on the certain length of the central portion, and then horizontally bending both ends again.
Then, the locking guide 110 is formed with fixing portions 111 at both ends thereof to be closely adhered to the bottom surface of the moving guide and fixed by other tightening means. A groove portion is formed at a central portion of the locking guide 110 so that the locking member 120 is movably coupled.
The bottom surface of the groove of the locking guide 110 forms a through hole 112 that protrudes downward after the lower end of the locking piece 120 is clamped. That is, a locking wedge 121 formed at a lower end of a locking piece 120, which will be described later, protrudes to a lower side of the locking guide 110 through the through hole 112 and is clamped to a locking hole formed at the fixed rail.
The ends of the fixing portions 111 provided on both sides of the locking guide 110 are protruded to form hinge portions 113, respectively. The hinge portion 113 is formed with a hinge hole into which a hinge pin is inserted, for fixing the lock lever 140 to be described later by hinge and fixing the lock spring 150 to be described later.
A locking jaw 114 is formed at both sides of the bottom surface of the groove of the locking guide 110 in a protruding manner, and the locking jaw 114 prevents the guide bracket 130 engaged with the groove from being separated from the groove.
The lock 120 is formed in a ring shape at the upper end in a state where a plate-shaped member having a predetermined length is erected. A plurality of locking wedges 121 are formed at the lower end of the locking piece 120 to be clamped in the through-hole 112 of the locking guide 110 and to be clamped upward to protrude toward the lower side of the locking guide 110.
A side surface of the locking unit 120 is formed with a catching wedge 122 in which one end of the locking lever 140 and one end of the locking spring 150 are caught. That is, one end of the lock lever 140 is caught by the lower side of the engaging wedge 122 of the locker 120, and the end of the lock spring 150 is caught by the upper side of the engaging wedge 122 and supported.
The guide bracket 130 is coupled to the groove of the lock guide 110, and prevents the lock 120 received in the groove of the lock guide 110 from being separated from the groove when moving up and down. The guide bracket 130 is coupled to the groove portion in a sandwiched manner, and has a box shape with an open lower portion to cover both side portions and an upper portion of the groove portion. Both side surfaces 131 of the guide bracket 130 are caught inside the engaging ridges 114 of the lock guide 110 to prevent the side surfaces from being separated in the groove portions.
A through hole 132 is formed on the upper surface of the guide bracket 130, and the upper end of the locking piece 120 is inserted into the through hole 132 and protrudes upward.
The lock lever 140 is hinged and fixed at one end of the lock guide 110 at the center thereof by a hinge pin, and is interlocked with an operation lever (not shown) operated when the occupant wants to adjust the seat position. The linkage structure with the operation lever is omitted here.
The locking lever 140 is bent at one end thereof into an "L" shape and is coupled to an operating lever operated by a passenger. The other end of the lock lever 140 extends to the groove of the locking guide 110 through the lower side of the fixing portion 111 of the locking guide 110, and further reaches the lower side of the engaging wedge 122 formed on the side surface of the locker 120.
When the occupant operates the operating lever, the lock lever 140 moves downward in conjunction with the operating lever and rotates about a portion fixed to the lock guide in a hinged manner, and then moves upward to lift the latch 120 by moving up the other end portion caught on the lower side of the engagement wedge portion of the latch 120. At this time, the locking wedge 121 of the locking piece 120 is disengaged from the locking hole of the fixed rail, thereby releasing the locked state of the seat rail.
The locking spring 150 is fixed to the opposite end (the other end) of the locking guide 110 to which the locking lever 140 is fixed, and elastically supports the locking piece 120, and presses the locking piece 120 downward by the elastic force.
The locking spring 150 has one end coupled to the other end of the locking guide 110 via a hinge pin, and the other end hooked on the engaging wedge 122 of the lock 120. That is, after the other end of the lock spring 150 is fixed to the hinge portion 113 of the lock guide 110, the one end enters the groove portion of the lock guide 110, and the engagement wedge portion 122 of the lock 120 is caught upward.

The lock spring 150 includes a support portion 152 extended toward the lock 120 by the hinge portion 113 and supported by the bottom surface of the other fixing portion 111 of the lock guide 110.
That is, the support portion 152 of the locking spring 150 is configured such that the coupling portion 151 of the locking spring 150 is supported by the locking guide 110 in order to generate a downward pressing force on the locking spring 150 pressing the locking piece 120 downward when the locking lever 140 is rotated in conjunction with the user's operation of the operation lever to lift the locking piece 120 upward.
The following briefly describes the functions of a locking device of a seat rail for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
First, after a passenger sits down on a seat in a vehicle, if the position of the seat is perceived as inconvenient, the position of the seat is readjusted. At this time, the occupant operates the operation lever around the seat, such as the lower portion or the side portion of the seat. At this time, the seat rail locking apparatus is in a locked state, that is, a state in which the moving rail is fixed to the fixed rail, and the locking wedge 121 of the locking member 120 is clamped to the locking hole of the fixed rail.
When the occupant operates the operating lever, lock lever 140 is interlocked by the operating lever. That is, the lock lever 140 rotates around the center portion at the hinge portion 113 at one end portion of the lock guide 110.
At this time, the end of the lock lever 140 interlocked with the operation lever is lowered, and the opposite end presses the engagement wedge 122 of the lock 120 upward under the bottom, thereby lifting the lock 120. The locking wedge 121 of the locking member 120, which is clamped in the stationary rail locking hole, is then disengaged to release the locked state of the seat rail locking apparatus 100.
At the same time, an elastic force for pressing the latch 120 downward is generated in the latch spring 150 elastically supporting the engagement wedge 122 of the latch 120 upward.
The occupant then pulls or pushes the seat forward or backward in the vehicle to position it, and then lowers the operating lever to stop the operation.
In this way, the lock 120 moves downward by the elastic force of the lock spring 150 pressing the lock 120 downward, and the locking wedge 121 is clamped by the locking hole of the fixed rail, so that the seat rail locking device 100 is locked.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention.
